WOW -- hands down, the best investment we made on our wedding day! Leah and her team set up and took down everything on the big day and made sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. I couldn't stop talking about how great she was throughout the day and so many people came up to me to tell me how sweet, professional, and on top of things she was throughout the whole weekend. She kept my glass full the entire night and made sure every detail was perfect. Even during the planning process, she was aways available if I had questions or concerns or just needed to get a thought out. I will recommend the Planning Bee to everyone I know getting married :) Thank you, Leah and Team!! -

There are truly no words big enough to express how thankful we are for Tiff from The Planning Bee. From day one, she was so much more than a planner — she became our guide, our calm in the chaos, our problem-solver, and truly, a dear friend.
Our wedding day would not have been what it was without her. Tiff's attention to detail, thoughtful organization, and incredible creativity brought our vision to life in ways we never imagined. Even when dealing with a tough venue, she never missed a beat — always offering solutions, smart workarounds, and fresh ideas that made everything come together beautifully.
Tiff was with us through every step, and when the big day finally came, she was a steady, reassuring presence who made sure everything ran flawlessly behind the scenes. We were able to relax and fully enjoy every moment, knowing she had it all under control.
We also have to shout out Ashley, who was such a huge help during our rehearsal and on the wedding day itself. She brought so much calm and care to the process — together, they were the ultimate dream team.
We truly miss them both and will never stop singing their praises. If you're lucky enough to work with Tiff and The Planning Bee, know that you’re in the best hands possible. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made, and we are forever grateful. -

Working with Leah at The Planning Beed was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was such a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire planning process and her connections in the industry were invaluable. Our monthly meetings were actually enjoyable—Leah ensured we got through all of our topics in just one hour, but always made time for fun too. From start to finish, she was organized, professional, and such a joy to work with. On the day of our wedding, everything was executed so smoothly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment. Our vision came to life so beautifully, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend! -

Leah communicated with our vendors so well. We couldn't have had a better experience. Leah thought of everything and made sure we had answers from vendors and knew exactly what to expect. We had a flawless wedding experience in every way and we were able to sit back and enjoy the day. Leah is personable, dependable, gracious and able to capture the bride's vision of what she wants. Her timeline planning let the wedding party know what they had to do. Her attention to detail is a great strength. I highly recommend The Planning Bee for wedding event planning! -

Go with The Planning Bee! Leah was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire 1.5 year engagement! She made sure each detail was thought through and well organized. Our monthly meetings helped keep me on track as we checked off each to-do. She sat in on my calls with each vendor while taking notes, and helped talk me through my vision and budget while I made my decisions. She was always available for a call or text with any of my one-off questions or concerns.
The Details (just to name a few!)
-I sent Leah an inspo pic of napkin bows, and the next day she had answers from the venue on when she could pick up our napkins so she could hand fold each one!
-I was also able to rent my gold flatware and chargers through The Planning Bee, which saved me $$ vs going through rental companies.
-She was extremely helpful in my custom invitation process. She attended an in person meeting with the vendor, proof read the wording, and helped seek out cost savings where we could. She drove around to numerous post offices to find the right, non gaudy, non machinable (who knew that was a thing), postage to ensure my acrylic invitation dreams could come to life.
The Day Of:
Leah & Rachel kept everyone and everything on track the day of my wedding, which really allowed me to enjoy my day. We got hit with rain in the middle of our bridal party photos, but with one phone call, Leah had us on arriving at our venue earlier than planned so we could finish our photos there. She made sure each of my requests were executed throughout the day, while staying calm and helping me feel at ease.
I loved my experience with The Planning Bee, and would absolutely choose them again! -

Working with The Planning Bee was so easy! I loved having access to aisleplanner. It helped me to plan and budget and help my planner see my vision. I'm so happy I was able to work with Leah. She was very relatable and super sweet. We had a HUGE group. 22 wedding party members plus a lot of parents and grandparents and she did a great job of rounding us up and keeping us as much on track as possible. We had some unexpected weather, not as many centerpieces and decorations as we thought, but Leah was still able to make our vision come to life despite this! Thank you SO SO much for helping make our day PERFECT! -

HIGHLY recommend The Planning Bee!
How do I even begin to express my LOVE for The Planning Bee!? Not only did this woman-owned business go ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us sort through our “non-traditional” wedding planning but, they NAILED it on our special day. My new husband and I have officially nicknamed them as wedding ninjas! We would think of something, and Karima and Leah were 10 steps ahead! We could not have had as smooth of a wedding if it wasn’t for Karima and Leah!
RUN and go book with them ASAP. You will not be disappointed!
Oh, and… The Planning Bee even has a brand-new, STUNNING event space, The Genesis!

The Planning Bee's were amazing from start to finish! Karima and Leah made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible and helped make my vision a reality. If you’re looking for a coordinator or partial planner, I highly recommend the Planning Bee team! I was able to relax and enjoy my morning instead of running around, coordinating with vendors, and setting up my decor. They were so flexible and always put up with me changing my mind all the time! All of our family and friends loved them and had so many kind things to say about the team. Our wedding day wouldn’t be the same without them! -

Where do I even begin… the Planning Bee and Karima are AMAZING!!! If you’re getting married and are not using the Planning Bee, your wedding will be missing details… just saying! This company will take your wedding day to the next level! They took our ideas, created a vision, and turned it into a perfect reality. The Planning Bee thought of so many details we overlooked and perfected each one of them. Karima was our point of contact for each vendor too, which took so much stress off of us and our families. The small price for the Planning Bee’s services is far outweighed by their performance and assurance throughout your wedding process. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the Planning Bee for almost 2 years. Our venue (which Karima helped us choose!) already had all of our vendors included. However, the Planning Bee acted as our point of communication between said vendors. They are a professional, unbiased, and helpful third party, which made everything effortless and smooth! I cannot emphasize the amount of stress and potential arguments Karima and the Planning Bee completely prevented. They are the absolute BEST at what they do! Book quickly, because Karima is a busy bee! THANK YOU to the Planning Bee for creating the most magical memories we will cherish forever! -

First of all, if you're planning your wedding and considering getting a coordinator... without question, DO IT! It will make your wedding weekend soooo much more enjoyable and in our opinion, it is one of the most important vendors to book.
Secondly, and even more importantly, Karima, Leah, and The Planning Bee team are absolutely AMAZING, professional, get-shit-done people!! They made us feel so taken care of and more relaxed throughout the entire process. Not only do they provide monthly meetings to keep your planning on track, but they give great feedback and support, they are always positive, and were consistently responsive and accommodating for many months leading up to our wedding. The timeline they provide is very detailed and all our other vendors greatly appreciated it. The Planning Bee was the team that kept everyone else on track and at the right place at the right time, and our special day was 100% totally smooth because of their preparedness. They did an incredible job setting up our venue (even our big Youngstown cookie table!) and then helping to pack up everything afterward too.
On top of all their great work, we just really enjoyed working with them as people and will definitely keep in touch. You can feel totally confident that you would be making the right choice when choosing The Planning Bee! -

Working with Karima and Victoria on our wedding made everything go so much better than if I would have done it by myself like I planned. Even though they are located in Columbus we were able to have virtual meetings to go over wedding details and Karima even made the drive down to Cincinnati for our venue walk-through and a couple of meetings in person. They are very responsive, highly organized, flexible and gave honest feedback to make our wedding fabulous. HIRE THEM! The Planning Bee made our wedding day smooth and stress free! 11/10 -

Dream Come True
Planning Bee made my dream wedding come true. Karima and Leah were the best—always available to answer questions and field my calls. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Leah & Tiffany from The Planning Bee as our wedding coordinators, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the big day itself, they demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for making our wedding day truly special. We knew we wanted coordinators that would handle our day of set up and coordination so that our friends & family could relax and enjoy the day with us, and they did just that!
Leah & Tiffany not only met but exceeded our expectations in every aspect. During the planning period, they helped us to stay on top of tasks and deadlines. Their expertise in coordinating various elements of the wedding, from coordinating vendors to ensuring the timeline flowed smoothly, was so helpful!
On the day of the wedding, Leah & Tiffany executed our vision, ensuring that every moment was picture-perfect. Their calm demeanor and problem-solving skills were particularly reassuring during any unexpected hiccups (including running around to grab a change of shoes and helping with a broken wedding dress zipper!).
