Hotel Wedding Venues in Saint Louis

I would have given 5 star review because the wedding ceremony and reception turned out perfect. But during the planning I feel there should have been more communication and advice. I have never planned a wedding and was not sure about how the wedding rehearsal went and when I brought it up it turned into another unexpected expense. Yes that is something small because in the end everything was amazing. I just think more communication and professional insight would be great for future brides.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the wedding reception at the Sheraton Westport Chalet! Sarah was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. The staff was professional and kind during the event. The ballroom was elegant! The room set up was perfect for all of our guests and plenty of room to dance in front of the band! Several guests commented that the meal was the best they have had at any reception!

For anyone planning a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton as a venue. We had both our ceremony and reception at the location and it was perfect. Everything about the venue process went smoothly and I felt comfortable and confident with everything along the way. From getting the conversations started with Dalton and then Jordan Parks absolutely making our wedding day dreams come true (along with the rest of the wonderful staff!) THANK YOU! The team was very accommodating and I think that’s one of the most important qualities with a wedding venue. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but truly our October wedding could not have been more perfect with a classy rooftop ceremony and sunset cocktail hour, then a beautiful reception room with a large dance floor (which was needed!) I am thankful for everyone at the Le Meridien who helped make our day so special and the beauty and value of the location! If you have the opportunity please check this space out!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding reception! First, the venue was absolutely gorgeous. We loved that the cocktail area and the dinner area were separate. The dance floor easily fit most of our guests. Second, the food was great. We got a ton of compliments on it. Everyone's food came out hot and delicious. Third, the service was wonderful. We were shocked by how fast the food came out and how quickly the guests were served at the bar. And finally, Cassi was absolutely exceptional. She made sure the whole planning process was stress-free. We had a few specific things that we wanted, and Cassi made it happen. She responded quickly to any questions we had and truly cared that we had a great experience. We would recommend The Westin (and especially Cassi) to anyone!

Our wedding was a dream come true! During our tour, Brittany did a fantastic job painting the picture for our special day, showing us the various options. When I saw the Crystal Ballroom, I literally said "wow". When we met Quinton, our Event Manager, it was like he was a long lost relative. He was so personable and just as excited about our big day as we were! We felt that same energy through the day-of, morning brunch and after. He really understood us as a couple and was super helpful in making sure the day was everything we dreamed. Highly, highly recommend!!

Izzy and her team did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect for our special day. She truly did and we still have guests talking about how great the night was. Thank you Izzy for all your wonderful help!

My husband and I were thrilled when we stumbled upon this venue. We wanted a unique space for our intimate wedding that was outdoors but also offered an indoor option in case of bad weather (it is St. Louis, after all!) Despite growing up in St. Louis, I had never heard of Seven Gables Inn, but that just added to its charm. So many St. Louis venues are used over and over again by brides, so Seven Gables Inn really felt like our own special spot. The event coordinator, Stacey Wallace, was so helpful throughout the planning process and willingly accommodated requests that I had to personalize the space even further. We had hoped to use the outdoor courtyard for our ceremony, the indoor Gables rooms for our cocktail hour (so the courtyard could be flipped for dinner), and the courtyard for the dinner and reception. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with us. It started to rain just before our ceremony, so Stacey and her crew quickly rushed to ensure our guests' comfort and saved the fans that were on each of the chairs. When the rain let up, they immediately went to work drying off chairs and replacing fans--ensuring that our ceremony could still take place outside. We ended up moving the cocktail hour into the pub and dinner into the Gables rooms, just in case the rain returned. It was a great move, as it was cooler inside, and everyone loved the historic decor inside. We had initially planned on a wedding for about 70 people, but we ended up having just under 50 guests. While the indoor spaces could have accommodated a few more people, I was glad that we had the amount of people that we did. People were still able to move about, but the space felt very cozy. The food was great! We decided to offer three options to our guests for a plated dinner. Stacey was great about accommodating our special requests, and guests really couldn't get enough. Both the taste and presentation were phenomenal. Prices for food and liquor were both very reasonable.

We booked a block of rooms at the Ballpark Hilton for our wedding guests to stay at during our wedding weekend. It was a very busy weekend at the hotel (and in the downtown area in general) but Nikki went above and beyond while working with us to make sure that all of our guests (as well as the two of us) were accommodated. The rooms were great and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Most of our guests were from out of town so there couldn't have been a better location for them to stay - they were all visiting the Arch, Ballpark Village, and taking the free shuttle from Ballpark Village to the Anheuser Busch brewery. Thanks Nikki & the rest of the Ballpark Hilton staff!
