We recently held our wedding at the Marriott West St. Louis, and I cannot express enough how perfect the experience was from start to finish. This venue exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

From the moment we began planning, the Marriott West St. Louis team was incredibly supportive and professional. They executed our wedding flawlessly, ensuring every detail was meticulously handled. Their organizational skills and attention to detail truly shone through, making the day run smoothly without a hitch.

The service at Marriott West St. Louis was exceptional. The staff were not only professional and efficient but also warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the event. We specifically want to thank CK for going out of her way to unlock a conference room for one of our guests to privately pump so that she would not have to pump in the bathroom. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction, adding a personal touch that made our day even more special.

The food was another highlight of our wedding. The culinary team at Marriott West St. Louis prepared an exquisite menu that impressed all our guests. We specifically want to thank Albert, the executive chef who made sure each dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and tailored to our preferences. The quality and variety of the food exceeded our expectations, and many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal. Albert also was very accommodating to our guests that had food allergies and restrictions. We can’t thank him enough!

The decorations at the venue were stunning and exactly as we envisioned. The Marriott West St. Louis team did a fantastic job transforming the space into a beautiful setting that perfectly matched our theme. The attention to detail in the decor added an elegant and sophisticated touch to the celebration, creating a magical atmosphere for our special day.

In summary, our wedding at the Marriott West St. Louis was an unforgettable experience thanks to their outstanding service, delicious food, and beautiful decorations. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our day so perfect!

We recently had our wedding at Marriot Saint Louis West, and I can’t say enough good things about our wedding the wedding coordinator manager Izzy Heintz! From the first meeting to our big day, she was always professional, super responsive, and genuinely invested in making our dream wedding! Every detail was handled either carefully, her calm and cool demeanor is elegant and calming which really kept us stress free! Thank you Izzy, for being such a rockstar! From a bride perspective, I am blessed to have you!

We cannot say how much we appreciate the Marriott and their staff helping us have the perfect wedding reception. We had to back out of our original venue with only 5 weeks before the wedding due to their un-professionalism. The Marriott was quick to confirm they had availability for the day of our wedding, host us to tour the space and answer any questions we had, and had us onsite for a delicious tasting of the dining options so we could pick the perfect meal for ourselves and our guests. The professionalism and willingness to accommodate our budget and preferences was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. Dinner ran smoothly and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the space and staff. The bartender was friendly with our guests and even went out of his way to get us the ingredients to a drink we had asked for that he ran out of. Highly recommend working with the Marriott to plan the wedding reception of your dreams!

We were happy to find the Marriott West for our wedding reception. The prices are in line with other venues but what we liked most was working with Rose and Maxwell. They had can do attitudes, didn't nickle and dime us like many of the other venues had and helped see our vision through to fruition. We were provided a large meeting room for the weekend that we used as a hospitality room for our guests. The hotel bar opened early and stayed open late for our group. The room was spacious, the tables were set beautifully and the dance floor was big- as requested by the bride. Everyone raved about the cocktail hour and the passed appetizers. The food was as delicious the night of the reception as it was at our tasting. The staff checked on us and the bride and groom often to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. As with any large event , we had a couple of hiccups that they quickly owned and resolved. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this venue for sure!!

Maxwell was so pleasant to work with and help with every little thing he could we were behind schedule he still helped us along we left the flower girl basket he found a random regular small basket that worked just fine but what really did it was before me and the flower girl go down my daughter was going to ring bells and say the bride it coming the bride is coming and wouldn't you know it we left the bells at home next to the flower girl basket my daughter had a melt down damn near and wouldn't stop crying and out of nowhere Maxwell finds a white xylophone and she's like yayyyy and is ready to walk down he saved the day no tears or red eyes for these pictures it was along day but we made it and I loved it

The staff at Marriott West were wonderful, from management to serving staff, everyone was so accommodating and professional. Our guests who stayed at the hotel truly enjoyed their stay and were impressed with the amenities.

Overall the experience for our wedding went really smoothly and the food was quite good. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for saving us a bunch of money on decor.
