We absolutely LOVED this venue. Everything about it was stunning. We especially loved the option of the outdoor patio with the fire pits overlooking the beautiful fountain. Our guests enjoyed having the patio to take pictures at and it was a relaxing place for them to take a break from dancing. The banquet hall itself was spacious and beautiful as well. Katelyn and the water’s edge team are amazing and helped us with all the minor details of the day. We received MANY compliments from guests regarding this venue. I would HIGHLY recommend booking here!

If you are considering having your wedding at the LiUNA, I HIGHLY encourage it. Choosing them as our venue took so much off or plate! Michelle, our coordinator, did such a thorough job of walking us through every detail. She listened to every suggestion that I had, even some that were a little more on the unique-side (such as access to a computer to host a round of trivia!). One of the most pleasant surprises was just. how. incredibly. helpful. Michelle and the staff were on the day of the wedding. They ran the show so well. I got so many positive comments about the decor, the food, and the service. What a great place to have the BEST day!

If I could give the Franklin of Soulard more stars on here, I would! My Husband and I tied the knot over Christmas and the Franklin was the obvious chose. The venue speaks for itself!! As a dancer myself, and someone who grew up in theaters, the Franklin was my favorite, as the elegant, vintage, timeless feels as soon as you walk in. The "Cherry on Top" that sold us, was the staff. The owners are the most genuine, organized, and uplifting people. Our day of coordinator, Emily, was a god send. Our wedding was perfect, because of the staff, and all of the small accommodations they made possible, and all of the small details they put into motion. Having the Franklin for our venue gave us the "Disney World" feeling.

We booked the Zodiac/Starlight rooms for our reception and, I must say, it was truly spectacular! A one of a kind venue with amazing views and top notch service of the Chase staff. My only complaint is that the wedding coordinator that we were assigned did a terrible job responding to us (would take two weeks to respond at times - even up to a month prior to the wedding). However, once my Dad got involved, her manager made sure we received top-notch service! He went out of his way to accommodate us!! At the end of the day, the Chase Park Plaza came through making our wedding reception absolutely perfect! I simply cannot imagine it being any better. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. I highly recommend the Chase Park Plaza!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Norwood Hills was a great location for our wedding reception, and Zina was incredible throughout the whole process! We had our wedding in St. Louis where we both grew up, but we lived in California and did all of our planning long distance. Not being there in person all the time, it was critical that all of our vendors were easy to work with. Zina was perfect for us! She was flexible, accommodating, and had great ideas for tying everything together. She was part vendor, part coordinator for the reception, which for us being out of town was extremely helpful. Norwood Hills itself was a great space for our large wedding. On the big day, Zina and the entire Norwood Hills staff were amazing. Everything was as we planned, and they responded flexibly to any little hiccups out of their control, such as when high winds threatened our outdoor cocktail hour. Everything came together perfectly. We highly recommend Norwood Hills! Wedding reception details in case it helps others with their planning: - 180 guests. All fit very comfortably. - Live band (All Mixed Up band - amazing!) - Photo booth. Everything fit in the hall leading to the banquet room very nicely. - Hotels in the Central West End for out-of-towners - Transportation to/from hotels in the CWE. Maybe not necessary, but those guests who used it seemed to really appreciate it. Other guests Uber’ed or drove to and from just fine.

We had both our ceremony and reception in the Lafayette room and it was a beautiful event. They met all of our needs, and it was both affordable and efficient. The event itself was staffed by very helpful and professional people who made the event streamlined and fun all at the same time. A special shoutout to the DJ, Deandre, who walked us through everything beforehand and made the whole event lighthearted and fun. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding or reception venue!

Me and my now wonderful husband got married. On 10/4/2023, the day was chaotic and had hiccups that every bride runs into. But John and Julie smoothed it over and saved the day. It was wonderful and beautiful and so relaxed. They made you feel like family and offer the shirts off their back if needed. You can tell that they clearly love what they do and offer to stay in contact even now that the wedding is over. And they are the reason that our forever gets to start on the perfect foot. They were there every step of the day, making sure your needs, wants and sanity stayed in place. We can't thank them enough for everything that they did everything they have done, and everything they will do for those in the future. If you get a chance to at least tour the venue, I highly recommend it. You will not even consider or look at another, It's so gorgeous and so perfect. Thank you, John and Julie for everything you have done for the Stricklands. ❤️
