Preserve Marthasville is a luxury wedding and event venue located just across the river from Washington, MO. An early 1900s corn cob pipe factory, Preserve is being restored to retain its romantic appeal, while bringing in modern amenities. We only schedule one wedding per weekend, ensuring appropriate time for the rehearsal, the wedding and reception, and any decoration pick-up the next day.

• Separate areas for preparation: Separate and beautifully decorated areas for the couple to prepare for their special day. The Chateau Suite includes a large get-ready area with ensuite bathroom, large vanity with mirrors and outlets, a French style balcony and more. The Speakeasy Suite, located on the lower level, will evoke the sense of being in a 1920's speakeasy (which it may actually have been back in the day!).
• Three levels of event space: Preserve offers multiple spaces, allowing your event to run stress free and seamless. The Chateau area offers sparkling chandeliers, soaring cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a grand entrance. The Speakeasy space features a stage perfect for the exchanging of vows, or to dance the night away after your dinner reception. The two are connected by a bistro area ideal for cocktails between the wedding and reception, or coffee and late night snacks to close out the evening.
• Event logistics and amenities: The 11,000 square foot venue was expertly planned out to support photographers, caterers, florists and especially you. Attention to detail and finishes bring a magical atmosphere, while ample kitchen and multiple bars assure smooth logistics. All tables, chairs and choice of black or white linens are included within our services, as well as ample advance planning, day-of support, vendor coordination and set-up specific to your arrangements. We currently have an open vendor policy - so you can work with whomever you select as long as the caterer and bartender are licensed and insured.
• Outdoor ceremony option: You will also be offered use of our sister property, La Charrette Farm (www.lacharrettefarm.com) for stunning outdoor views for engagement photos. Outdoor ceremonies can also be offered depending upon time of year and availability.
