There are not enough words to describe how great everyone at the Franklin was throughout the entire wedding planning and execution processes! We couldn't imagine having held our wedding anywhere else. They truly put their customers first and we are so grateful to have been able to have our big day at this unique venue. The team was flexible and genuinely helpful with every interaction and their number one priority was to ensure we were completely satisfied. We strongly recommend the Franklin to anyone looking to host a wedding or big event! The Franklin team is second to none and we wish them nothing but prosperity!

If I could give the Franklin of Soulard more stars on here, I would! My Husband and I tied the knot over Christmas and the Franklin was the obvious chose.  The venue speaks for itself!! As a dancer myself, and someone who grew up in theaters, the Franklin was my favorite, as the elegant, vintage, timeless feels as soon as you walk in. The "Cherry on Top" that sold us, was the staff. The owners are the most genuine, organized, and uplifting people. Our day of coordinator, Emily, was a god send. Our wedding was perfect, because of the staff, and all of the small accommodations they made possible, and all of the small details they put into motion. Having the Franklin for our venue gave us the "Disney World" feeling. 

Cate, Emily, Christina, and Daniel at the Franklin made wedding planning so much less stressful than it could have been. Leading up to the most perfect day, they were always very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that came up. They go above and beyond and connect you with other vendors that fit your vision- without them I would have been scrambling to find the right vendors for me and my husband. We’ve heard nothing but awe from all of our guest on the beauty of the space and the quality of the food. My husband and I had the most perfect stress free wedding thanks to the Franklin.

My husband and I cannot thank Christina, Cate, Emily, and everyone at The Franklin enough for making our entire engagement and wedding so wonderful! We shortlisted The Franklin because it is such a beautiful venue, but what the team is what tipped us over the edge to select them for our wedding. Every step of the way, the team at the Franklin made us feel so special - no ask was too big, no detail too small to worry about.

We planned our wedding living out of state, and never felt out of the loop or that it made anything more difficult. From the start, Cate made sure to host virtual showings for us, sent us plenty of pictures and videos of the venue, and even hosted our moms for an in-person tour.

The Franklin caters for their events in-house, and we had the BEST tasting experience! They included sides not yet on their menu, and even let us select them for our wedding menu! The food at our wedding was EXACTLY the amazing quality it was at our tasting!

They jumped on board with every idea we had that helped make our wedding "ours." A personalized neon sign for the green wall? "We love it! We'll get it hung up for you!" Beer bucket center pieces for each table? "Such a cool idea, we'll get all the ice in the buckets before cocktail hour for you!" Personal cast iron skillet cookies rather than wedding cake? "Let us set up the heat lamp table for you so they stay warm for everyone!" Our wedding would not have felt nearly as personal without their enthusiasm for making it special for us!

Christina and Emily made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole wedding day. They made sure we had drinks if needed and kept us on time with reminders of upcoming moments. All of this was done in a way that let us enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything! They saw to every moment, every detail, and every guest.

We cannot give The Franklin and their team enough praise. They handled every single detail, vendor, and guest request to make sure we had the best wedding day ever. We're so impressed with their flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and experience. The Franklin is a beautiful venue run by even more beautiful people!

How do I even begin?! From the moment we stepped into The Franklin, we knew the venue and the staff were something truly special. Having our wedding there was the best decision we could have made.

We felt like family from day one. We cannot say thank you enough to Christina, Danny, Cate, Emily, and the entire Franklin team. You made our dreams come true. No detail ever went unnoticed—from the countless emails, calls, and texts you all answered immediately, to our beautiful private tasting (which genuinely felt like sampling dishes from an upscale restaurant, not your typical wedding food), to always opening the doors for us whenever we needed to plan something out or practice our first dance and calm our nerves.

The venue itself is the perfect blend of elegant and historic—every corner feels intentional and magical. Everything ran so smoothly on our big day. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the staff was, how quickly the team served such a large group during dinner, how good the drinks and food were (especially our signature cocktails!), and how insanely beautiful and romantic the venue is.

We will be forever grateful and highly, highly recommend everyone have their wedding at The Franklin!!

The Franklin of Soulard catered food for our wedding at the 9th Street Abbey. The food was delicious and The Franklin team was very professional and quick with service. They answered all questions promptly and offered good advice when requested. They handled all of our allergies and dietary restrictions well and everyone had a complete meal. There were many options to choose from for our menu which made it difficult to pick! We really appreciated the team and Nichole. They helped our wedding day run flawlessly.

The Franklin's sister company House Made Catering is a preferred caterer at our new venue. They catered a wedding recently and as a venue owner, it could not have gone better. Christina and Danny are amazing to work with! They are so communicative and helpful. I know whenever they are booked for an event that everything will be perfect. They are efficient, prepared, professional, and so kind. The food is incredible and the service is even better. You won't regret hiring them for any event!

We will never be able to shut up about our experience with The Franklin of Soulard. They were one of the easiest and kindest vendors we worked with throughout the entire planning process. They helped customize our menu, accommodated every request we had, and made everything feel effortless on the wedding day. You can tell their staff deeply cares about their work as well. The food was beyond delicious — people are still telling us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had! It’s rare to find a vendor who is both so talented and so genuinely caring ( the ENTIRE process). We’d choose them again a thousand times over!

We absolutely loved working with The Franklin of Soulard for our wedding catering! From the generous tasting to the small details to be on-site support, we were thrilled with the service and food they provided.
