The Sheraton Westport Plaza & Chalet offers three ballrooms, two in the Plaza Hotel and one on the Chalet convention level, known as the Versailles Ballroom. This all-new Versailles Ballroom is perfect for your large ceremony or reception, accommodating up to 800 guests with banquet-style seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for natural light and come with handsome curtains for privacy during evening parties. The ballroom can also be divided into two sections according to your needs. This venue is elegant and customizable according to your preferred theme or color scheme, featuring open spacious floors, cream-colored walls, and sleek, ornate chandeliers. This facility also offers private get-ready rooms for the newlyweds. The outdoor trees, hedges, and manicured landscaping allow plenty of lovely, timeless photo opportunities. An outdoor patio with flourishing flowers is also available for photos or a chic cocktail hour.

Great Venue with poor people skills
Our disappointment was mostly with Danelle and her demeanor. While I have heard many times on how awesome Danelle has done in the past, it was quite surprising we didn't notice any of those nice behaviors when dealing with her. We were in love with the venue so we proceeded regardless.
During the night of the wedding, two DJ's had their systems in the same frequency causing sound issues. These things happen, but what was awful was Danelle storming in during the bride and groom entrance and yelling at our DJ. On her way out, she maintained that condescending tone with my sister in law as well. No one deserves to be treated that way during their special day. Hopefully this behavior isn't repeated in someone else's wedding.
