We had our reception here at Three Sixty ontop of the Hilton hotel and it was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our guests talked about it for weeks. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small reception venue.

My husband and I had nearly a two year engagement. When planning, we wanted to make sure to book our reception venue quickly. I came across Hilton at the Ballpark when reading through some wedding blogs. The beauty of the Archview ballroom was what immediately attracted me to the place. The architecture is very modern and has a great view of the Arch and the Old Courthouse.

We also had the pleasure of working with Emilie Fink. Emilie, in short, is awesome. She is incredibly professional, yet wanted to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. Whatever we needed when we were at the hotel, she made it happen, right away. She ensured that we had top notch service. Emilie was also very flexible and understanding when bumps in the road would occur. My husband and I needed to move our night-of hotel room, and she made it happen within minutes. If you want things done the right way, go through Emilie and Hilton at the Ballpark! My family and I are really going to miss meeting with her!

I can't say enough positive things. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was the way we envisioned. They provided our catering, and the food was excellent. Portion sizes were enough so each guest left full! I can say with confidence that everything went as planned...such a relief as a bride!

This was one of the best choices we made for the wedding, and it was a no brainer. The room was absolutely beautiful, especially the skyline for the many out of town guests we had and Emilie did not miss a beat. She took care of any questions we had and ensured the night ran absolutely perfectly. While we know wedding food is typically mediocre, we are still receiving comments on how amazing the food was...and we highly recommend the Mediterranean station during the cocktail hour...you won't regret it. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue.

We booked a block of rooms at the Ballpark Hilton for our wedding guests to stay at during our wedding weekend. It was a very busy weekend at the hotel (and in the downtown area in general) but Nikki went above and beyond while working with us to make sure that all of our guests (as well as the two of us) were accommodated. The rooms were great and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Most of our guests were from out of town so there couldn't have been a better location for them to stay - they were all visiting the Arch, Ballpark Village, and taking the free shuttle from Ballpark Village to the Anheuser Busch brewery. Thanks Nikki & the rest of the Ballpark Hilton staff!

Ceremony and Reception in the Archview ballroom. All our guests were seated first with the view blocked by blackout curtains. When we were announced, they raised the curtains and the view was stunning! The food and service during the reception was amazing! Guests really enjoyed the setup of the H'oeuvres station. The staff made this a great event!

This was a great location for out of town guests and the views in the Arch View Ballroom were wonderful. I did have some issues the day of the reception though. I brought in a bunch of decorations I had made myself and was planning on using for another event after the wedding. The staff threw away a ton of my personal decorations and any extra programs I had. I don't have any to keep as a keepsake now. We also had extra cake ordered that they cut into and was not needed. We should have had over 50 pieces of cake to bring home but that was also thrown away without asking anyone from my family if that was OK. I was very hurt and upset by people simply tossing out personal keepsakes without asking. The Hilton did provide a refund for the items but that does not replace the sentimental value that was lost.
