Josiah Barclay at East Coast Events delivered exactly the kind of music and style my wife and I were looking for. He worked with us and was in communication with us the entire way. We knew how important music was going to be for our wedding, and Josiah met and exceed expectations. He was able to fine tune the music to our tastes, preferences and sensibilities, but he also came through doing custom edits for specific songs, helped us create a show-stopping entrance, and showcased his true DJ ability. He wasn't just there to hit the play button and play some songs. We couldn't have been happier with East Cost Events or Josiah.

We contracted John for our April 25 wedding. From the get go we knew we had made the right decision. He met with us multiple times before our wedding to iron out details and make sure we got everything we wanted out of our DJ services. He also was about $1000 less than anywhere else had quoted us. Let me say this . . . john did a great job day of. He had to set up in three spaces, and still keep the party going. He did just that. He also had to make sure are guests knew where to go and when, and he also did that. My only gripe is that he ran our wedding with a somewhat militant attitude; telling us exactly how he wanted things done, and how it was going to be. It all worked out in the end, but at times he seemed almost to demanding. For example. My husband and groomsmen had decided to hold their hands behind them during the ceremony. During our rehearsal, John called and said to make sure all the guys held their hands in front of them. Our officiant had already gone over this with them and said as long as they were all doing the same thing it was fine. Day of the wedding, John went into the Groom's room and again demanded they all hold their hands in front of them, or pictures were going to look bad. My husband felt awkward doing this, and it shows in pictures. He was also really big on hand signals, directing the wedding party and what not. I guess we can chalk it up to him being really intense about doing a good job, but at times it was somewhat harsh and bossy. Other than that though, he did do a really good job, and was also an incredible value. I would recommend him for events, and If needed I would hire him again.

DJ Vinnie was the DJ for my brothers wedding and when deciding on a DJ we knew we had to hire him to DJ our wedding. My family is always on the dance floor at weddings, but my husband was worried that his family would not be - since they are not big dancers. However, DJ Vinnie kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He played a variety of music that appealed to the many ages of guests we had. He was receptive to our requests and created the perfect atmosphere for our reception! So many guests told us how much fun they had and a large part of that was due to DJ Vinnie! We highly recommend DJ Vinnie for your wedding - you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I chose Gemini Music for our wedding last October and Brian was AMAZING. I had picked up his card a few years previously at a wedding we had attended and knew from then on that I wanted him to DJ at our wedding. We didn't even check out any other vendors! Not only is Brian incredible friendly, but he is so accommodating. My father and I changed our song the day before the wedding and while I was a little stressed about it he was so great about it! All of our guests could not stop commenting on how much FUN Brian was. He had the whole room dancing and working up a sweat the whole night! We couldn't have chosen a better DJ for our wedding and if you are still looking - search no more! You won't find anyone better than Brian!
