Everything was beautiful!!! The presentation of the food was beautifully set, everything was super yummy and they even separated the buns for our gluten free guest! They went above and beyond for our event. They served with a smile on their face the whole time, very attentive. We are super thankful for them.

I cannot say enough incredible things about this company and the experience she provided for my daughter’s wedding. From day one, she went far beyond what anyone would expect, not just as a caterer, but stepping in as a true wedding planner when needed. Her level of care, attention, and commitment was unmatched. When our floral vendor couldn’t get what we were hoping for, she personally went to multiple distributors to track down the exact flowers my daughter had envisioned. That alone speaks volumes about her dedication to making everything perfect. The food was absolutely exceptional. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, the beef Wellington was rich and unforgettable, and the mac and cheese was hands-down the most decadent and delicious we’ve ever had. Every dish was served timely, hot, and beautifully prepared—something that’s not easy to accomplish at a wedding. She also left the kitchen cleaner than she found it, which is a rare level of professionalism and respect for the venue. What truly sets her apart, though, is her heart. After the wedding, when a deeply sentimental family heirloom cake knife went missing, she drove TWO HOURS back to the venue to search for it, found it, and then shipped it back to us out of her own pocket. That kind of integrity and care is something you simply can’t teach. It’s honestly disappointing to hear that there are people that are attempting to sabotage her with fake reviews. It only highlights how threatened and immature they are in the face of her obvious talent and success. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond in every possible way, deliver outstanding food, and truly care about your event like it’s her own—look no further. She is simply the best. It was such a pleasure working with Eggwhites as our caterer. They were flexible, detail oriented, and true professionals. We know the difference they made because the day before at our rehearsal dinner, we had to manage everything w another caterer but the day of, Eggwhites seamlessly managed every aspect of the food, the catering, the drinks, the cake. Ann and her team didn’t leave out a single detail. They made sure to execute our floor plan perfectly. When we asked for a bigger portion and a less sweet cake, they delivered on those adjustments and more! Our guests raved about the food afterwards, and it was one of the most memorable aspects of the wedding!

Our wedding at Villa Woodbine was better than perfect. We started our journey with Gen, Eva, and team a little over a year ago and the process has been beyond smooth. The team brought a level of professionalism and communication that was much appreciated, from planned check-ins to taking our random calls for questions we had along the way. The team does a great job ensuring that they can provide you with the vendors and catering that will make your night perfect. The food and drinks were beyond delicious and the best I have had of any venue. The staff at the venue were beyond attentive and professional, making our night stress-free and beautiful. Steve the owner of premier caterers was efficient, thorough, and most attentive. He helped orchestrate our menu made amazing suggestions was always available and his food was superb. The staff was amazing ! there was no way to get a drink which is the most important !!!! Premier caterers was a huge success I highly recommend them and will absolutely have another wedding there again. Kosher food was yummy! Our guests are still talking about our event

My husband and I got married on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Estancia Culinaria in Redlands, Florida. My husband and I hired your food truck to serve food at our reception. Alfredo and his staff arrived to our venue ahead of time so that they were able and ready to serve our guest when the reception began. Alfredo was kind enough to personalize a menu just for our wedding. The godfather slider, The Carolina BBQ pulled pork and slaw sliders, , The stuffed Tostones with capese, The Vaca frita tater tot‘s, 4 cheeszy my neezy to name a few delicious and original dishes. Alfredo and his staff delivered exceptional customer service the whole night to each and every guest . Alfredo and his staff explained every dish with a smile.. Every dish was better than the next. Mr. good stuff is not a typical food truck, Alfredo puts his soul and heart in each and every dish that he serves. All the food was beyond amazing . We appreciate all your participation in our wedding . All our guest are still raving about how great the food tasted. Our guest loved the concept of a food truck at a wedding.
