You are did a fantastic job! I find it hard to believe the review below. Especially with the quality of the food of my event this past weekend. Granted you did cut my cake at the cake table it was not with a small knife, it was my cake cutting knife (Prehaps she did not have one). The food and service was exactly as expected and all our meetings prior did serve as a security in my mind that you would keep your promise to make my guest very happy and very full. The bartender was fantastic as well, I had guests tell me how great and strong their drinks were. You did a great job and I am very pleased with the turn out.

Les is an amazing partner, he heard about your food wants and wishes and made it come through. Even when we had to postpone due to Covid, Les made a very difficult situation phenomenally better. When we had to reduce our numbers for the new date, once more he understood and was completely reliable and flexible. Les, is amazing to work with - his staff was brilliant! There were only two very small concerns, we had talked about place cards for which food was what. Lastly, the bar staff at one point told us they ran out of cups - which for a 40 person event should not have been possible. The cups were there but they just did not know. This is more a reflection of those people individually not of Les. Les is by far the best catering service I have ever worked with. We completely appreciate all he did for us.

Our venue was being held at a Jewish Synagogue so it had to be a kosher affair. We were very impressed and excited after we had our tasting of our main course which was steak and snapper. However during the actual wedding event the meat came out cold, full of fat, the fish had bones, and both entrees tasted nothing like what was presented during our taste test meeting. Our event was black tie where we expected white glove service. We requested also that all drinks be served in a glass and no beer bottles are to be served. During the cocktail hour there were numerous guests with beer bottles in their hands. The service was below average, the water at our table was only filled once all evening, and the wine was poured "after" we were finished with the main entree. The icing on the cake, pun intended, was when my beautiful cake was butchered in front of the guests with a small knife with the aid of the caterer's bare hand. Some slices were served razor thin and others too thick. The cake was made to serve 150, the number attending and yet about 1/3 the cake was left over in large pieces. The top layer which normally goes to the bride and groom for their one year anniversary was never boxed and given to us as requested. I was totally disappointed in the quality of the service and food and do not recommend using this caterer.
