Chef Jorge and his team catered our wedding a few weeks ago! I highly recommend them, we received countless compliments on how amazing the food was. They were polite, efficient, and fun! The food was outstanding, from the passed appetizers to the paella to the late night Cuban sandwiches! Fantastic food and service.

Their tagline, "The Art of Cuban Cuisine!", truly reflects the level of skill, passion, and quality they bring to their service. They came fully prepared with everything needed, including a food prep tent, tables with linens, serving utensils, chafing dishes, a propane fryer, an oven, and authentic paelleras. Their attention to detail and seamless coordination made hosting stress-free for us. We highly recommend them for any occasion and can’t wait to work with them again!

I am a fine dining restauranteur of 30 years (extremely hard to impress) and I can wholeheartedly give Jorge and his team my 100 percent endorsement on every level!!The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and perfectly timed for our huge event. (So important!) These folks are true professionals and they are passionate about everything they do! Even more than that, they truly care about the event, the people hosting and attending. That joyful- above and beyond attitude, is rare these days. The roasted pig is an event in itself - such a big hit with guests who are mesmerized by the show! This pig was perfection- literally, the best I have ever had, and that includes many in Hawaii! The crispy skin is an art and the guest went crazy over it. We received so many glowing compliments! They deserve more stars than 5. Bravo to Jorge and his wife and team!!

We had a taste of the Stuffed Cuban at my best friends wedding a few years again and knew when it was our turn to get married we’d certainly be contacting Jorge & his team! From start to finish The Stuffed Cuban completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding last weekend! The food was absolutely delicious!! We wanted a mixture of Spanish & Italian dishes and Jorge and his team made that happen!! The fried Yucca and the Whole Roasted Pig had everyone raving. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, seamlessly managing every detail throughout the evening. We received numerous compliments from guests about the quality of the food and service, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any future event!! Surpassed all expectations! The Stuffed Cuban is a full service operation that does not scrimp on anything! From table/chair/place setting set up to desert all went according to plan. They are a first class organization offering traditional Cuban/Latin American menu. They’re staff is exceptional and professional. They are easy to communicate with and eager to please. In our case we chose buffet style service. In addition to mouthwatering appetizers we had “Lechon” (pig) cooked luau style on premises with a paella cooked by Chef Jorge Alvarez on display. Both were excellent crowd pleasers. We had a full service bar which was precisely managed and perfectly stocked. I would highly recommend the Stuffed Cuban for your next stress free event - whether engagement party or in our case wedding, you’re sure to be pleased.

We can't Recommend the stuffed Cuban enough. The communication, service, and specially the Food!!!! All was exceptional!! They were literally the only stress free part of planning our daughter's quince. Jorge and Maxine along with their team Exceeded our expectations. It felt like they were part of our family. All of our guest were raving about the food. The lechon, the chicharon (wish I had some now) the chicken and rice paella!!! We even had some of our guest whom live in our community asking for the contact information of our caterer. From The cocktail hour to the dinner To the desserts. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing and everyone at the party kept approaching my husband and I letting us know how great all the food was. Can't wait to host another event and have a reason to have the Stuffed Cuban cater it. Thank you guys again!
