Along with my wife Maxine, we are the founders and co-owners of thie 100% 5 star reviewed Cuban caterer, The Stuffed Cuban! We began with a food truck and beat Chef Gordon Ramsey in a blind test contest. We then grew into a full service carering company.
Chef Jorge has trained with classicly trained chefs and more importatnly, trained with his Ciban grandmother! We offer suthentic Cuban traditional dishes, elevated to a 5 star level.
Chef Tyler Florence came to Miami and chose Chef Jorge for his Food Channel program. Chef Jorge cooked his specialty whole roasted pig on national television!
Maxine is a former fashion model, business owner and professional photographer. She is in charge of all purchasing and is the "day of coordinator". Chef Jorge cooks and Maxine organizes!
