My wife and I had a beautiful small wedding and the success of it had a lot to do with Adam & Hector. We completely trusted them to make them our day special. The planning process was stress free and they helped us each step of the way. We would HIGHLY recommend Sidecar Kitchen to anyone who is planning a wedding or event in the South Florida area. We are so thankful for the service they provided us and the lifetime of memories we were gifted with.

Adam and Chef Hector were amazing. The food was outstanding, with many guests claiming it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They accommodated gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free diets with ease, including making separate batches of the empanadas, bruschetta, and croutons gluten-free.

Service was fantastic. There was never a line at the bar, the plated dinner was served without delay, and the staff was attentive, ensuring that water and wine glasses stayed filled throughout the dinner.

Adam also served as our day-of coordinator. He helped us establish a timeline and plan some of the additional details, including decor items he has available to use (picture frames, signage, card box, cake stand, etc). He also has a great network of vendors that we utilized for some of the other details of the day. Day of the wedding, he ensured the wedding party stuck to the timeline and the events of the day went off without a hitch.

Finally, their pricing was reasonable, there were no extraneous fees, and they were incredibly easy to work with.

My husband and I planned our wedding in South Florida from another state. My mom did the food tasting for us and Adam and Hector treated her like family. All of our questions were answered; we never felt like we were being sold to. I would have had Adam plan our entire wedding if we had found him sooner. On the day of, I thought no one would be able to have an eye for the small details like me. I was wrong. Adam took care of everything and my wedding was perfect because of him. The food was delicious. My husband and I were stress free. I wish I could do it all over again just to work with Sidecar Kitchen again.

You listened to all of my crazy ideas and helped bring them to life. Your patience and dedication never wavered, even when I changed my mind multiple times, just to change it again once more. From the delicious food to ensuring this day was everything I dreamed of, thank you for making our wedding special. The food, the setting—everything is beyond our wildest dreams, and we owe so much of that to you.

We hired Sidecar Kitchen as our wedding caterer and partial wedding planner, but Adam Irvin was so much more to us. He went above and beyond to give us an easy and amazing experience.
Food was our top priority, and we knew from our tasting that Sidecar was for us. They gave us a multi-course tasting before we hired them and blew us away. Chef Hector's food is so bold and full of flavor. It was also a great value. We had passed appetizers, custom red and white sangrias, sit down entrees, dessert trifle cups, and a delicious wedding cake with buttercream frosting. Our guests loved it all and we received many compliments on the food.
Then, there is Adam's in-house supplies and decorations. He provided all of our decorations, table settings, lighting, and flowers. He also built a huppah for the ceremony that meant so much to us. Everything was beautiful and so easy.
On the day of, there were no hiccups and we were so pampered. Adam was very attentive over the timeline, details, and the coordination with all our vendors and the venue. We enjoyed our day, our food, our guests, and celebrating our marriage.
We wish we could do it all over again!

Sidecar is the absolute best. I cannot express how amazing Adam and his team are. From the menu planning to attention to the detail at our event Adam was there for us. The food was absolutely incredible at our wedding and I am confident our day ran smoothly because Adam was on our team. He is creative and truly heard how I pictured the day. My sister and I both hired sidecar for our weddings and plan to continue to utilize their services. I could not recommend this company more for any type of event.

Adam and sidecar are absolutely amazing. We got our coordination, catering, cake, and bartending from Sidecar, and Adam and his team did not miss a beat. I was an out of town bride, and from start to finish, Adam made planning a breeze. The day of, Everything was timely and beautiful. The food was amazing (I’m still dreaming about that wedding cake), table service was on point. If you want to have a seamless, glitch-less wedding you need to hire Sidecar. Working with Adam was the least stressful part of the whole process, not only did Hector make the most amazing food - Adam helped plan the wedding and was the day of coordinator. He went the extra mile for everything, making sure we got the best deals, handling some stressful moments, and even planning out the flowers and last minute decor issues. Honestly, you don’t need a wedding planner if you hire Sidecar, it’s a one-stop-shop. The team on the day of the wedding were there when you needed them, taking care of everything and I’ve never seen a team work so efficiently from start to finish. We had the most magical night. Adam and his team will now be our family’s caterer and event planner! Thank you for a perfect wedding.

don’t even know where to start. There is no way I would have been able to do this without Adam and Chef Hector. The wedding planning process was so overwhelming I almost gave up and went to the courthouse multiple times. Sidecar Kitchen is 100% the reason I chose to have the big wedding. The day of the tasting I hired them on the spot. Chef Hector’s food absolutely needed to be what was served at my wedding, no questions asked. And Adam was the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic planner/ coordinator I’ve spoken with. He wears any and all the hats that need to be worn. My one conversation with Adam was enough to make me put my full trust in his abilities to make my dreams a reality. And my god he did. I sent my vision board over and it was brought to life. THEY EVEN BUILT ME A COOKIE TOWER! Every email and text message was answered the same day, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother. When the weather decided to take a turn to nearly freezing 4 days before my wedding day, Adam made sure I had outdoor space heaters. We didn’t want a traditional sit down or buffet style dinner. We chose to have heavily passed appetizers all night with 2 food stations. There was so much food that by the end of the night people were turning it away! From the chefs, to the servers, to the bartenders everyone was so kind and attentive. Every time a server walked by I was asked if I needed a drink or food. Steve even made sure to find me and give me the last spicy margarita of the night. It was a perfect wedding, and if there were any problems I had no idea. My photographer even commented about how smooth everything went. And all of the credit for that goes to Adam and Sidecar Kitchen. I could honestly write PARAGRAPHS about how amazing the entire staff was, and how beautiful the night was. I’ve received non stop text messages from my family and friends telling me it was the best wedding they’ve attended with the best food and staff. My gratitude is overwhelming and I can’t recommend them enough.
