  Amazing Food, Decorations, and Planning

  We hired Sidecar Kitchen as our wedding caterer and partial wedding planner, but Adam Irvin was so much more to us. He went above and beyond to give us an easy and amazing experience.
  Food was our top priority, and we knew from our tasting that Sidecar was for us. They gave us a multi-course tasting before we hired them and blew us away. Chef Hector's food is so bold and full of flavor. It was also a great value. We had passed appetizers, custom red and white sangrias, sit down entrees, dessert trifle cups, and a delicious wedding cake with buttercream frosting. Our guests loved it all and we received many compliments on the food.
  Then, there is Adam's in-house supplies and decorations. He provided all of our decorations, table settings, lighting, and flowers. He also built a huppah for the ceremony that meant so much to us. Everything was beautiful and so easy.
  On the day of, there were no hiccups and we were so pampered. Adam was very attentive over the timeline, details, and the coordination with all our vendors and the venue. We enjoyed our day, our food, our guests, and celebrating our marriage.
  We wish we could do it all over again!

  Sidecar Kitchen made our wedding so special

  Sidecar is the absolute best. I cannot express how amazing Adam and his team are. From the menu planning to attention to the detail at our event Adam was there for us. The food was absolutely incredible at our wedding and I am confident our day ran smoothly because Adam was on our team. He is creative and truly heard how I pictured the day. My sister and I both hired sidecar for our weddings and plan to continue to utilize their services. I could not recommend this company more for any type of event.

  The best decision we made while planning

  Adam and sidecar are absolutely amazing. We got our coordination, catering, cake, and bartending from Sidecar, and Adam and his team did not miss a beat. I was an out of town bride, and from start to finish, Adam made planning a breeze. The day of, Everything was timely and beautiful. The food was amazing (I’m still dreaming about that wedding cake), table service was on point. Im so grateful that we found this company because I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. Adam was truly worth every cent plus so much more. If you’re having doubts, don’t.   I couldn’t have done this without them

  don’t even know where to start. There is no way I would have been able to do this without Adam and Chef Hector. The wedding planning process was so overwhelming I almost gave up and went to the courthouse multiple times. Sidecar Kitchen is 100% the reason I chose to have the big wedding. The day of the tasting I hired them on the spot. Chef Hector’s food absolutely needed to be what was served at my wedding, no questions asked. And Adam was the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic planner/ coordinator I’ve spoken with. He wears any and all the hats that need to be worn. My one conversation with Adam was enough to make me put my full trust in his abilities to make my dreams a reality. And my god he did. I sent my vision board over and it was brought to life. THEY EVEN BUILT ME A COOKIE TOWER! Every email and text message was answered the same day, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother. When the weather decided to take a turn to nearly freezing 4 days before my wedding day, Adam made sure I had outdoor space heaters. We didn’t want a traditional sit down or buffet style dinner. We chose to have heavily passed appetizers all night with 2 food stations. There was so much food that by the end of the night people were turning it away! From the chefs, to the servers, to the bartenders everyone was so kind and attentive. Every time a server walked by I was asked if I needed a drink or food. Steve even made sure to find me and give me the last spicy margarita of the night. It was a perfect wedding, and if there were any problems I had no idea. My photographer even commented about how smooth everything went. And all of the credit for that goes to Adam and Sidecar Kitchen. I could honestly write PARAGRAPHS about how amazing the entire staff was, and how beautiful the night was. I’ve received non stop text messages from my family and friends telling me it was the best wedding they’ve attended with the best food and staff. My gratitude is overwhelming and I can’t recommend them enough.

  Speechless

  If you want to have a seamless, glitch-less wedding you need to hire Sidecar. Working with Adam was the least stressful part of the whole process, not only did Hector make the most amazing food - Adam helped plan the wedding and was the day of coordinator. He went the extra mile for everything, making sure we got the best deals, handling some stressful moments, and even planning out the flowers and last minute decor issues. Honestly, you don’t need a wedding planner if you hire Sidecar, it’s a one-stop-shop. The team on the day of the wedding were there when you needed them, taking care of everything and I’ve never seen a team work so efficiently from start to finish. We had the most magical night. Adam and his team will now be our family’s caterer and event planner! Thank you for a perfect wedding.

  The best caterer EVER!

  Sidecar Kitchen's food was the talk of my wedding!
  
  Adam and his staff are top-notch, they exceeded any and all expectations on my wedding day! From the first taste testing, Adam treated my husband and me like family and went above and beyond to make our wedding day special.
  
  First let me say, the food is INCREDIBLE! My wedding was 5 days ago and I STILL have guests coming up to me/contacting me RAVING about how good the food was and how they want the recipe to the vegan empanadas served during cocktail hour! Adam and his staff are very accommodating to our dietary needs. My husband and I are vegan and Adam curated a beautiful vegan menu (with one chicken dish for the pickier guests) that made my non-vegan friends/family fall in love! Even the picky ones didn't even notice that most of the food was meat/dairy-free!
  
  I think it is important to note that the delivery of the food was extremely clean, especially during the pandemic. Adam and his staff went out of their way to make us all feel safe during such an uncertain time.
  
  Second, Adam and his staff are exceptionally professional and helpful. Adam took the time to invest in my husband and me, giving us advice on all aspects of wedding planning and what he has seen work/not work in the past. His experience and expertise were indispensable throughout the wedding planning process!
  
  I cannot recommend Sidecar Kitchen enough for ANY and ALL of your catering needs. We will definitely be customers for life whenever we need catering! You will not regret choosing Adam and his Sidecar team.

  Adam is everything!

  My husband and I were SO HAPPY with Adam's services. I was so sick of trying to find an affordable Month of Coordinator who wasn't trying to sell me on some elaborate and expensive package I didn't need. I'm an event planner myself so I just needed a guiding, supportive hand to help me with finishing touches all during a PANDEMIC. To then have that person as your caterer AND rentals guy??? Could not have asked for more. The food was to die for, the service amazing, and everything was made easy, convenient, and affordable. Adam was our rock with a contagious smile and positive attitude. Consider yourself LUCKY to have someone like him. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

  The absolute best!

  I found Adam and Sidecar Kitchen through the list of preferred vendors provided to me by my venue and I'm so glad I did! We set up our tasting and were blown away by how delicious the food was. I tried things I normally wouldn't try and couldn't get over how yummy it all was. We were a little worried that the food may not be as amazing for the wedding as it was being made for 60+ people instead of 2 but WOW! It was even better! Chef Hector rocks!
  As soon as Adam and I started discussing details, I knew he got my vision. We put all of our eggs in one basket and I am SO happy that I did. Adam did EVERYTHING (catering, coordinating, decorating, florals, cake, you name it.. Adam did it!) and it came out flawless! As a crazy control freak who was bound to be a Bride-zilla, I could relax and not worry about a thing! The day of my wedding was so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Sidecar Kitchen to anyone who is planning a wedding!

  Look no further!

  You have FOUND your caterer! Oh my, there are TOO many wonderful things to say about Sidecar Kitchen. Adam was so kind and quick to respond to our wedding coordinator and myself throughout the whole process whether we were asking him about quotes/details, getting advice, or setting up our tasting. Adam was by far the most professional vendor to work with throughout this whole process and it was a weight off our shoulders to know we need not worry about the food and keeping our guests happy. Now for the food... between the mini beef wellington, crab cakes, conch fritters, and steamed veggies... I said to my husband at least 5 times during our tasting, "This is the best food I've ever eaten". But seriously... The mini beef wellington... Get them. And THE PRETZEL BAR! We asked about a pretzel bar and Adam made it happen right before our eyes! The food was amazing, but truly the cherry on top was getting to work with and trust two of the most humble, talented, and kind people. We love you Sidecar Kitchen, and wish we could get married again just to taste your food again!!! Ps. Check out their instagram :) It was helpful for us!

  Bamboo gallery wedding -Amazing fish and chips

  We cannot express how amazing adam and his team were. From the initial meet and greet he knew exactly what we wanted, from food, to rentals, to venue decor ideas. The time up to the wedding his attention spent on us was fab. Communication was top notch.
  Day of the wedding, he took control and sorted out any issues that arose, making sure that it was stress free. Nothing was too much, above and beyond.
  The compliments on the food was recieved by all guests, especially the fish and chips, hector was able to come up with an easy yet amazing buffet.
  Sidecar staff were amazing....
  I could write an essay on how wonderful sidecar kitchen is. I wish we could have another event so we could work together again hah

We had a few revisions of the proposal, and Adam always responded to me timely. The food was high quality and the service was wonderful. My guests really enjoyed the foodtruck idea at our wedding!   They made my culinary dreams come true in a park and a historical venue that didn't have a Kitchen!

  We had our wedding at park with historical buildings and NO KITCHEN (ok, refrigeration but no flames or heating elements allowed). We loved the park and it was available but I had a culinary vision of tapas versions of some of our favorite foods. (I'm extra...I know.) The cake was from 'We take the cake', also wonderful. I told their wedding cake specialist about our situation and she immediately recommended Adam Irvin and Sidecar Kitchen. Other caterers looked at my ideas and tried to push their standard dishes, especially without a Kitchen... Adam took it all in stride and help us create a multi-course tapas menu that was truly unforgettable for us and our guests. They handled everything, set up and break down. It was like a dream. When I got to the venue the day of the wedding, it was so beautiful that I told Adam he was a miracle worker. At the end of the night we had Chef Hector come into the celebration so that all the guests could applaud his creations. The dishes represented a mix of our cultural traditions and favorites from our travels.

  We had our wedding at park with historical buildings and NO KITCHEN (ok, refrigeration but no flames or heating elements allowed). We loved the park and it was available but I had a culinary vision of tapas versions of some of our favorite foods. (I'm extra...I know.) The cake was from 'We take the cake', also wonderful. I told their wedding cake specialist about our situation and she immediately recommended Adam Irvin and Sidecar Kitchen. Other caterers looked at my ideas and tried to push their standard dishes, especially without a Kitchen... Adam took it all in stride and help us create a multi-course tapas menu that was truly unforgettable for us and our guests. They handled everything, set up and break down. It was like a dream. When I got to the venue the day of the wedding, it was so beautiful that I told Adam he was a miracle worker. At the end of the night we had Chef Hector come into the celebration so that all the guests could applaud his creations. The dishes represented a mix of our cultural traditions and favorites from our travels.

  We hired Sidecar Kitchen for our wedding and couldn't be any happier! We had an outdoor wedding with a rustic chic theme. We wanted a food truck and their food selection stood out from everyone else's. Adam was super personable, and worked with us to customize the menu down to the dish names! They made the entire experience super fun and stress free, not to mention the food was delicious! Our guests loved it! Would recommend any time :)

  Amazing Wedding Catering / Coordination Services

  My husband and I had our wedding catered by Sidecar Kitchen and coordinated/designed by Adam Irvin. He was an absolute pleasure to work with (always a fun time speaking with him). We did all our communication via phone call and video chat (since we work in Canada) but everything on the day-of went so smoothly. Adam setup a tasting for my parents, which they loved; coordinated the ceremony rehearsal, handled all of our rentals, and did all the flower arrangements (table settings, arch, bouquet, boutonnieres etc). Everything came out beautiful and the food was amazing! We wish we could relive the day over and over again.
