Kandace and the Elite Catering Staff went above & beyond with their service. From our tasting to our wedding day she was in contact with me providing the best communication and guidance I could ask for. Not only was the service beyond amazing, but most importantly the food was a 10 out of 10! I have received nothing but compliments from everyone who attended. Everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I also would like to shout out Julio as well. He was there for us throughout the entire process even down to the moment I walked down the aisle making sure my dress was fluffed out. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Do yourself a favor and hire Elite catering company for your special day. They will not disappoint!

WOW—words truly cannot describe how much Kandace and her team knocked it out of the park with our wedding catering.

To start, the hors d’oeuvres were absolutely incredible—honestly better than restaurant quality, which you don’t always expect at weddings. We had the bacon, ahi tuna, crab cakes, BBQ chicken tacos, and spring rolls, and every single one was insanely delicious.

Dinner was just as much of a hit. We’re still hearing from guests about how amazing the food was! We served chicken and steak with mashed potatoes and carrots, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We loved it just as much as our guests and couldn’t get enough.

Beyond the food, Kandace was truly the best to work with. She offered great advice, helped with logistics, and went above and beyond—even taking a moment during the wedding to fan us and help us cool down. She was professional, kind, and always incredibly quick with communication.

Kandace was UNBELIEVABLE. I had 20+ people tell me that of all the weddings they've been to, this food was the best BY FAR. Kandace was over-the-top supportive throughout the entire process. When the forecast said 85% chance of rain all day, she buried a knife for me for good luck, and I swear that's the reason we had SUN ALL DAY! Her and her husband were truly a joy to work with, they both went above and beyond what is necessary of a vendor and I could not recommend them enough!!

We hired Kandace at Elite Catering for our wedding last night, and she was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! The food was absolutely killer! Our guests have been RAVING about it nonstop. Kandice was truly the best caterer we could’ve ever asked for! While doing taste testing we knew we wanted to hire Kandice as our caterer from the first bite. Throughout the planning process Kandice was responsive, kind, and accommodating. In terms of the food we got so many comments from our guests telling us that this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. What makes Kandice and her team special is that they prepare your food as if they were having family and friends over for dinner. The care, time and thought put into every bite was evident. Many caterers we met with and had tastings with felt “corporate” in a sense but that was not the case with Kandice and her team. On top of all of that they also have very fair pricing especially when considering the quality of the food. Elite Catering is truly the only way to go when choosing a caterer for your wedding in south florida!

Kandace was a preferred vendor for our wedding venue and we were so lucky to have found her. Kandace was very involved and on top of It! Over the last couple of months we’ve built a friendship and I was so grateful to have her as our caterer. She was always available for me and worked with our budget to help us create an excellent experience for our guests. At the tasting, not only was the food incredible but the presentation was elegant and that’s why we knew we needed her. On wedding day we had the salmon and chicken as protein options and many of our guests complimented us on the food afterwards and even during the reception. The drinks were also delicious as well. Julio’s rentals were also so elegant and amazing. Honestly I could go on and on but we are so grateful to have chosen Elite Catering!! Thank you Kandace and Julio!

We are so happy we chose Elite Catering and An Elite Production for our wedding. From the very beginning, communication was great and everything only got better from there. The tasting alone had us excited and the food on the wedding day somehow exceeded even that. Guests still haven’t stopped talking about the food! The mini tacos and bacon were major hits and the family-style dinner was such a fun and memorable way to enjoy the reception. I’m still dreaming about the food myself.

On top of the incredible catering, we also worked with Julio for day-of coordinating and it made such a difference. He kept everything running smoothly and ensured all the details were exactly how I envisioned. My mom was handling florals and decor, so having Julio there took so much stress off both of us.

I truly appreciated how seamless everything felt, which let us relax and enjoy every moment. I absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for amazing food, wonderful service, and a team that truly cares.
