Kandace and the Elite Catering Staff went above & beyond with their service. From our tasting to our wedding day she was in contact with me providing the best communication and guidance I could ask for. Not only was the service beyond amazing, but most importantly the food was a 10 out of 10! I have received nothing but compliments from everyone who attended. Everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I also would like to shout out Julio as well. He was there for us throughout the entire process even down to the moment I walked down the aisle making sure my dress was fluffed out. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Do yourself a favor and hire Elite catering company for your special day. They will not disappoint!

Elite Catering experience was exceptional! Kandace and Julio were so helpful throughout the planning process willing to do whatever they could to make our Wedding day perfect! We had so many people come up to us and say the food was so good, specially the appetizers and the signature drinks!

Extremely professional and attentive. Very detailed oriented, their team understood our exact vision and carried it out flawlessly. Prices are extremely reasonable and so worth the food. I asked for family style on the day of our wedding which I had never heard of but everyone loved the concept and still tells me how great the food was! Timing was perfect! Hire them!! You will not be disappointed:) 

Kandace was excellent with communication leading up to my wedding and all the guests (including myself and my husband) absolutely loved the food. Kandace and her team were able to feed all 224 guests in under 20 minutes. All guests raved about the cocktail hour bites, signature drink, and dinner. Some comments including: how fresh it all tasted, how flavorful everything was, and how tender the meat was. We highly recommend elite catering for their overall quality of service and Kandace is a sweetheart, she’s great to work with! 

If you’re looking for a caterer for your wedding, Kandance is absolutely the one. From the tasting to the very last moment of our wedding day, our experience with her was incredible.

We started with a tasting and immediately fell in love with the food. The chicken and steak were amazing, the sides were delicious, and she had such a great and varied selection of appetizers that it was honestly hard to choose! From the beginning, Kandance also helped guide us beyond just the food. She gave us recommendations for the bar and helped us figure out our rentals, recommending her husband, Julio, who was wonderful to work with as well. Having the two of them handling those parts of the wedding made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about.

But the best part was seeing everything come together on our wedding day. The food was even better than we remembered from the tasting. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night specifically to tell us how amazing the food was. Everyone was talking about the steak, the appetizers, and how delicious everything tasted. We even had guests who work with premium meats tell us that the quality of the meat being served was excellent — which says a lot!

One detail that meant so much to us as the bride and groom was that Kandance and her team made sure we actually got to enjoy the food too. During cocktail hour, they came to find us and personally made sure we tried the appetizers so we wouldn’t miss out while we were busy taking photos and enjoying the day. It may sound like a small detail, but on your wedding day, those are exactly the things that make you feel truly taken care of.

Our guests also kept telling us how incredible the drinks from the bar were. Food, appetizers, drinks, service, rentals — everything came together beautifully.

Looking back, choosing Kandance was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The food was exceptional, the quality was there, our guests were happy, and most importantly, we were able to enjoy our wedding knowing everything was being taken care of.

If you’re a bride looking for amazing food and people who will genuinely take care of you throughout the entire process, I cannot recommend Kandance and Julio enough. ❤️

WOW—words truly cannot describe how much Kandace and her team knocked it out of the park with our wedding catering.

To start, the hors d’oeuvres were absolutely incredible—honestly better than restaurant quality, which you don’t always expect at weddings. We had the bacon, ahi tuna, crab cakes, BBQ chicken tacos, and spring rolls, and every single one was insanely delicious.

Dinner was just as much of a hit. We’re still hearing from guests about how amazing the food was! We served chicken and steak with mashed potatoes and carrots, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We loved it just as much as our guests and couldn’t get enough.

Beyond the food, Kandace was truly the best to work with. She offered great advice, helped with logistics, and went above and beyond—even taking a moment during the wedding to fan us and help us cool down. She was professional, kind, and always incredibly quick with communication.

Kandace was UNBELIEVABLE. I had 20+ people tell me that of all the weddings they've been to, this food was the best BY FAR. Kandace was over-the-top supportive throughout the entire process. When the forecast said 85% chance of rain all day, she buried a knife for me for good luck, and I swear that's the reason we had SUN ALL DAY! Her and her husband were truly a joy to work with, they both went above and beyond what is necessary of a vendor and I could not recommend them enough!!

We hired Kandace at Elite Catering for our wedding last night, and she was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! The food was absolutely killer! Our guests have been RAVING about it nonstop. Kandice was truly the best caterer we could’ve ever asked for! While doing taste testing we knew we wanted to hire Kandice as our caterer from the first bite. Throughout the planning process Kandice was responsive, kind, and accommodating. In terms of the food we got so many comments from our guests telling us that this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. What makes Kandice and her team special is that they prepare your food as if they were having family and friends over for dinner. The care, time and thought put into every bite was evident. Many caterers we met with and had tastings with felt “corporate” in a sense but that was not the case with Kandice and her team. On top of all of that they also have very fair pricing especially when considering the quality of the food. Elite Catering is truly the only way to go when choosing a caterer for your wedding in south florida!
