Kandace and the Elite Catering Staff went above & beyond with their service. From our tasting to our wedding day she was in contact with me providing the best communication and guidance I could ask for. Not only was the service beyond amazing, but most importantly the food was a 10 out of 10! I have received nothing but compliments from everyone who attended. Everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I also would like to shout out Julio as well. He was there for us throughout the entire process even down to the moment I walked down the aisle making sure my dress was fluffed out. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Do yourself a favor and hire Elite catering company for your special day. They will not disappoint! -

WOW—words truly cannot describe how much Kandace and her team knocked it out of the park with our wedding catering.
To start, the hors d’oeuvres were absolutely incredible—honestly better than restaurant quality, which you don’t always expect at weddings. We had the bacon, ahi tuna, crab cakes, BBQ chicken tacos, and spring rolls, and every single one was insanely delicious.
Dinner was just as much of a hit. We’re still hearing from guests about how amazing the food was! We served chicken and steak with mashed potatoes and carrots, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We loved it just as much as our guests and couldn’t get enough.
Beyond the food, Kandace was truly the best to work with. She offered great advice, helped with logistics, and went above and beyond—even taking a moment during the wedding to fan us and help us cool down. She was professional, kind, and always incredibly quick with communication.
We truly cannot recommend Elite Catering enough! -

Kandace was UNBELIEVABLE. I had 20+ people tell me that of all the weddings they've been to, this food was the best BY FAR. Kandace was over-the-top supportive throughout the entire process. When the forecast said 85% chance of rain all day, she buried a knife for me for good luck, and I swear that's the reason we had SUN ALL DAY! Her and her husband were truly a joy to work with, they both went above and beyond what is necessary of a vendor and I could not recommend them enough!! -

Kandace was a preferred vendor for our wedding venue and we were so lucky to have found her. Kandace was very involved and on top of It! Over the last couple of months we’ve built a friendship and I was so grateful to have her as our caterer. She was always available for me and worked with our budget to help us create an excellent experience for our guests. At the tasting, not only was the food incredible but the presentation was elegant and that’s why we knew we needed her. On wedding day we had the salmon and chicken as protein options and many of our guests complimented us on the food afterwards and even during the reception. The drinks were also delicious as well. Julio’s rentals were also so elegant and amazing. Honestly I could go on and on but we are so grateful to have chosen Elite Catering!! Thank you Kandace and Julio! -

We were absolutely thrilled with the amazing service and food provided by Elite Catering for our wedding! Managed by the talented Chef Kandance and her husband Julio, they were recommended to us by our wedding planner, and from the very first interaction, they went above and beyond to accommodate every single request we had.
From small details like agreeing to use pink Himalayan salt for our salads to handling more intricate requests such as managing specific guest allergies, Kandance and Julio ensured everything was perfect. Every dish they served was nothing short of perfection, and even days after our wedding, our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the food. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, especially about the responsiveness of the service staff and the overall excellent service.
Kandance and Julio didn’t just meet our expectations—they exceeded them. They fulfilled every additional request we had, including late-night snacks like tequeños and French fries, which were a huge hit! Their cocktails were equally wonderful, and they truly added a special touch to our celebration.
One of the most memorable moments for us was during our tasting session. Even though Kandance was recovering from an injury and had to navigate the process using crutches, she treated us like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a fantastic experience for us were evident, and we couldn’t had been more grateful.

Elite Catering was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! Kandace and her team brought so much care, creativity, and professionalism to our wedding—every single detail was executed flawlessly. We went with a family style, and the presentation was stunning. Our guests loved the food.

Kandace is absolutely amazing! Her responsiveness throughout the planning process was very quick and her food was unbelievable! You can create your own menu with her and she caters to everyone's food preferences. She gifted us mini late night donuts and they were incredible! Everyone kept complimenting how flavorful and fresh the steak and chicken were. Hands down the nicest chef you could find! Her husband Julio was also our rental and Day of coordinator from Elite Productions. Having them both work together is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! Julio is also very responsive, attention to detail, and very professional. He gave us so many recommendations that go into planning a wedding we had no idea about. 10/10 the best decision we made for our big day!
I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Kandace and her husband Julio for helping us every single step of the way. Literally contact them right now and book them. From the first interaction with Kandace, we knew they needed to be our caterer for such an important day. Such kind people, it really felt like they cared to make our day as special as we wanted. Then the tasting just solidified our decision, because oh my goodness that food was amazing! Even now after the wedding we have not stopped hearing about how good the food was, which is every couple’s goal. On the day of our wedding, Kandace made sure we had a taste of everything. She came over while we were doing portraits and had a beautiful spread of all the hor d’oeuvres we had chosen for everyone to enjoy. We will never ever forget that! She accommodated every single one of our wishes and made our day as amazing as we envisioned! The guests also noticed how wonderful everything was which made it that much more amazing. **Phenomenal, Making Dreams Realities**
Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Julio and Kandace. What an incredible duo that truly made my vision come to life for my wedding at the historic walton house. Not only are they wonderful people, they are masters in their craft and will turn your event into one to be remembered. My wedding was beautiful down to the detail of the tables, plating/presentation of food, utensils etc. It ran so smoothly as they were so attentive throughout the reception. The food was top quality- a menu that Kandace helped us craft. When I tell you months later our wedding guests are still raving about how delicious the food was including how tender and tasty the steak and vegetarian/vegan dishes were. We opted for family style that was the perfect blend of elegant event and coziness that we were hoping for, but even if that isn't your vibe Kandace has a lot of different options to work from including being very inclusive and understanding of dietary restrictions.
Throughout the whole process from day 0 to wedding day they always were ensuring we made progress with my vision, helping me with their wisdom/expertise and truly made our wedding day the best day ever. I promise if you are having a wedding in south florida, this is exactly who you are looking for. -

Amazing quality food and exceptional service!
I used Elite catering for an event I was hosting and I cannot put into words how happy me and family were with the food and service that was provided. We did buffet style with a prime rib carving station and chicken. The food was the talk of the party. Everything came out amazing! Kandace and her team arrived early to prepare everything and were so adaptable with a small rain cloud that passed by. The made the whole process stress free. If you are considering hiring elite catering, stop and book them already. You will not regret it! -

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Wedding Event
From start to finish, Kandace from Elite Catering was an absolute joy to work with. She catered our wedding at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and everything was truly perfect. Throughout the planing process her communication was excellent; she responded to my texts and calls promptly and was always enthusiastic about brainstorming and discussing the details of our event. The level of care she put into everything was amazing, and her genuine desire to make sure we were happy with the outcome was clear from the start. Ultimately she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was not only delicious (which it was!), but also displayed beautifully and elegantly. Some standouts to note were the ahi tuna cones, the shrimp cocktail, both entrees consisting of salmon and skirt steak which were perfectly cooked even for 160 guests. We ended the evening with late night fried chicken sandwiches & fries which she made for the first time upon our request. I’m getting a craving for one now just thinking about it! We also want to thank Kandace’s team and the waitstaff who were prompt and attentive. As the bride I can tell you that I did not have to go up to the bar once since the waitstaff kept providing me with my drink! Huge thank you to Kandace and team for a perfect evening. -

If there was anything we weren’t worried about with choosing our vendors, it was most definitely choosing Elite Catering to cater our wedding. From the phone consultations, to food tasting at their showroom, the entire process was always easy and professional with Kandace and her husband Julio who is the event coordinator for An Elite Production (we also chose him to be our wedding coordinator/month of planner) These two together are the combo you never knew you needed. Selecting our menu with Kandace was so fun because we worked together to select cocktail items we knew our guests would love. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cocktail hour plus the delicious plated dinner. The steak and chicken were cooked to perfection. Which is still mind blowing because we had 110 guests. Having Julio on our side to handle all the rentals and communication with other vendors was seriously the best decision we could have made to make our wedding day stress free. If I had to choose only two vendors to hire on my wedding day all over it would 1000% be Elite Catering/ Elite Productions. -

My guests were licking their plates clean and are still talking about the food. Make your wedding planning a little easier and book Elite. We decided to go with elite catering because the first time you speak with Kandace you can tell that she actually CARES about you, your future spouse, food and especially your wedding day. She is as excited for the day as you are. She was open to my suggestions and gave her opinions when I needed them, and her opinions are right. We also used her husband Julio for the rentals. I cannot describe how beautiful my wedding was, everything I wanted and more. They are kind, patient, they actively listen, and will execute your dreams 100%. I know I’m an internet stranger, and I know weddings are so expensive these days but trust me, book them. Elite catering was worth every penny for us. Just for info: we had a plated dinner with steak, salmon, chicken, and vegan. We had 5 appetizers. EVERYTHING was executed perfectly, no hiccups. -

Kandace was OUTSTANDING to work with! We were able to make a completely custom ‘”Latin-inspired” menu with her and our guests absolutely raved about the food. Some of the favorites from the night were lamb lollipops, beef empanadas, and Beyond Meat mini tacos (even the carnivores at our wedding couldn’t stop eating it!). She was always very responsive with our questions (even if it was after regular work hours) and provided honest feedback with our ideas. From the welcome drinks before the ceremony, to the appetizers, to dinner, Kandace’s culinary skills and attention to detail is unmatched.
Julio also served as our day of coordinator and rental manager making sure we had everything that we needed and that the day ran as smooth as can be. He definitely took a lot of the burden off of us and we were simply able to relax and enjoy our day thanks to him. We would recommend Kandace and Julio’s team with Elite Catering over and over again. We were in love with everything that they did and made our day even better than we could’ve imagined! -

Let me just start off with our first phone call, Kandace was just so friendly and so welcoming right off the bat. She provided me with so much information, pricing, availability, and all the information that a customer just wants to get to. We scheduled an in-person meeting and let me just say, from the first 5 minutes of meeting Kandace and her husband Julio, we knew that this was the vendor for us. We explained all our expectations, and not only did they exceed but the level of attention was so appreciated. Our guests were extremely happy and just overall satisfied with the quality, taste, and portions of the food. Everyone was IN LOVE with the candied bacon during cocktail hour, it was probably my favorite too.
I do also have to mention their catering team (Staff) was so professional. I have been to parties, weddings, and other events where the team just looks miserable and not attentive to their duties. They pick their team with so much thought, they were so attentive and so friendly to all the guests. The bartender eventually became my best friend for the night, and not only because he was serving the drinks but his attitude and just over all a friendly personality, really made him the star of the night. GREAT STAFF!!
I can say that we picked the best of the best. We can agree that this power couple will not only take over the wedding industry but any party event. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future events we will have.

I am so happy I found Kandace and Julio!! Initially, all I wanted for my wedding was a low fuss option and didn’t really know what I was getting myself into goin in. When I was referred to Kandace she was sooooo helpful in guiding me and setting expectations, being realistic about the experience of the dinner and cocktail hour but also supportive of what we wanted to do with our budget and our vision. What made me feel extra taken care of is that Kandace and Julio also do production for weddings separately, and boy do they know how to troubleshoot and handle a crisis! They set up a BEAUTIFUL family style dinner that everyone’s loved, took care of our bar like pros, and worked together with us to create apps for the cocktail hour that meant something to us and matched our theme. Not to mention their salad and dressing was so special!! Would recommend them 100%, we’re so grateful we found them! -

From the beginning, it didn't feel like we were working with a very rigid company, it felt like we were working with someone who took personal vested interest in our special day and will do everything they can to make it the best day ever. When my husband and I met Kandace and Julio at our tasting, we took an immediate liking to how warm and welcoming they were. Even when we looked into other catering companies after our tasting, our hearts were already set. Kandace is a culinary master. Her understanding of food is phenomenal! She took our backgrounds (Cuban and Thai) and created some fusion appetizers for cocktail hour and that were DELICIOUS! The dinner was served family style which was different from the traditional plated or buffet dinners. My husband and I loved the idea of allowing our guests to interact with each other through the family style dinner. We served chicken and beef at the wedding and all of our guests would not stop talking about the food after the wedding. Our family who are picky eaters asked for seconds. She also served a bread (that's not a traditional bread roll) that goes so well with everything. Julio is also amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time. The servers and bartenders were also phenomenal: warm, kind and hospitable to not only my husband and I but to all of my guests. My man of honor made it a point to tell me that he loved the bartender and enjoyed his hospitality. If you're looking for someone who will make your day memorable from start to finish, Elite Catering is the way to go. -

Trust me, look no further! They worked with us on almost everything. What about my odd request for a Florida? I requested crawfish... I'm from Louisiana. Kandace went through obstacles to find my crawfish. The food was outstanding! Kandace even talked me through my nerves and was there holding my hand before walking down the isle. They even brought the bride and groom the apps from the cocktail hour, I haven't seen this before. Her husband Julio who is also a planner (book him, I regret this) he came to help oversee and help setup (even tho I didn't hire him.) they are so fabulous... don't look any further. Love them So much! -

Having Kandice and Julio helping us was what brought out wedding together. They felt like family since the moment we met with them. Both are extremely attentive, caring and informative. The minute we met with them we decided to hire them because Of their knowledge and great energy, the fact that the food we tried was absolutely amazing helped too! Everyone at our wedding was raving about how great the food was, their staff was professional and attentive too. Julio took care of everything for us, he managed our entire day and it was perfect. Julio & Kandace are the absolute best people. Through 2 years of wedding planning (postponed my original date by a year) they were always a joy to speak to and work with. After our first meeting I felt like they were family. Honestly, two of the kindest people I know.
Kandace really took her time to get to know us as a couple and created a fantastic array of appetizers. Her ideas have no limit. They offer a wide variety of options for everything! From food to cloth napkins, utensils to drinking cups and chairs!
The food is AMAZING. Our guests could not stop raving about the appetizers and main course. My family owns restaurants... my dad wanted all the "burgers & a blonde" to himself! The steak is mouth watering. The salad was beautiful. Everyone was so happy with their meals, what more could I ask for?
Julio is a great guy! He was always honest with me when I had decisions to make and the day of the wedding he was superman. Due to rain during set-up time I was not able to use the space I had envisioned for our ceremony. Julio transformed into Dumbledore and did MAGIC. Literal, actual magic happened on our wedding day because of Julio. He setup our venue (like he had never done before) to provide me with the closest thing I had been envisioning for our day. I'm 10000% sure no other caterer would have done what he did.
ALL my guests loved their bartender as well! I wish I would have spent more time at the bar after the raving reviews from friends and family.
We had the BEST wedding day and it I believe it was made possible by Elite Catering. If you contact them after this review, tell them I said "Hi" and they'll tell you the magic they pulled off for our day. Your search ends here ladies & gents. Call them, you will not be disappointed. -

Incredible + perfect
Zero exaggeration when I tell you I could not have dreamt of a better team. I planned a wedding in a very small time frame and would not have been able to do so with Kandace & Julio. They are so warm and welcoming, you feel like you're planning your wedding with family friends. Kandance & Julio go above and beyond for their couples and make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I changed my mind on a few things at the last minute ( I swore I wouldn't be that bride!). Kandance and Julio worked with me and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. This is the company to go with, hands down!!!! Best food, best service, best people, best rentals. Use them as a vendor for any and everything you can! -

Elite catering is exactly that.. ELITE. There are no amount of words to describe how amazing our experience was with Kandace, Julio, and their whole team. Our wedding was so magical and it was all because of them! Their team was extremely professional, responsive, and truly made you feel comfortable navigating the extensive journey of wedding planning. Not once do we ever feel out of the loop or hesitant on any aspect of the planning. The food was spectacular (our guest couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was), The amount of inventory they had gave us endless options of linen, tables, chairs etc. to choose from. And most importantly, the connection they they build with their bride and groom is unreal! They walked us through every step in the process and made us so excited for the big day. They truly made my whole vision come to life and I couldn’t be more grateful to have chosen them to make it all happen. 20/10 recommended them hands down. Kandace and Julio are AMAZING! We are so happy we hired them for our wedding. Working with them was so easy, and they made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony and reception. The fact that they did both food and rentals was so convenient and a real time-saver. Shout-out to Kelly, who was so sweet and helpful during the day-of wedding stress! She had us laughing and feeling special all evening. Kandace's food is DELICIOUS, and she helped us plan the perfect, on-theme menu for both cocktail hour and dinner, even making custom appetizers for us. Her and Julio's passion and dedication to their couples are second to none. They took the time to get to know us to make sure they produced an event to our liking. We always felt like a priority. Julio made sure all of our rentals made it to the venue on time and were set up where we wanted. He kept everything running and our guests happy, taking the stress out of it for us. It’s so hard to put into words how incredible Julio, Kandace, and everyone at Elite are! They made our wedding process so easy and they truly go above and beyond for their couples!!
Kandace is an amazing chef! the delicious food we had at our tasting is exactly the same quality we got the day of our wedding! It was so awesome to hear our guests rave about how good the food was. My mom, who is super picky about chicken, told me that the chicken was the best she ever had!
Julio was so amazing when it came to coordinating the production side and beyond! Whatever we asked for he delivered without hesitation!
Our toasting glasses got lost in the clean up and they searched through their glasses and found them for us within a few days after the wedding!
My husband and I would pick Elite again in a heartbeat without any doubts! We truly have nothing bad to say about them and couldn’t recommend them more! Like I said in the title.....If you don’t pick Elite your making a big mistake! Thank you guys for making our day so unbelievably incredible! -
