Very unique style, best wedding food ever, tasty and affordable
We wanted something diffenrent. Something good without gluten and no catering company came close to what Asado Authority offered!
It is good to know that grilled food do not need flour or gluteen to enhance the flavor. All the food was fresh and incredible.
Many of the guests remarked that the food served was "best wedding food ever". It is without a doubt that Iggy and his team helped make my wedding one of the best days of my life.
The team consisted of 2 grill chefs, 4 servers, 2 bartender. They were polite, professional and friendly. They took over the backyard to set up the grill, and yet when they left at the end of the night, there was no trace of any of them having been there!
We would hire them again for our family gatherings.
