  Very unique style, best wedding food ever, tasty and affordable

  We interviewed several catering companies for our outdoor home wedding.
  We wanted something diffenrent. Something good without gluten and no catering company came close to what Asado Authority offered!
  
  It is good to know that grilled food do not need flour or gluteen to enhance the flavor. All the food was fresh and incredible.
  
  Many of the guests remarked that the food served was "best wedding food ever". It is without a doubt that Iggy and his team helped make my wedding one of the best days of my life.
  
  The team consisted of 2 grill chefs, 4 servers, 2 bartender. They were polite, professional and friendly. They took over the backyard to set up the grill, and yet when they left at the end of the night, there was no trace of any of them having been there!
  
  We would hire them again for our family gatherings.

  AMAZING food, Julio is the best!

  Sole  and her staff are amazing! Everything was perfect from the moment we started planning till the big day. The entire process was a breeze and the food was amazing! Everyone raved about everything, and our families enjoyed leftovers while we were on our honeymoon. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, friendliness, easy, and AMAZING experience! Will absolutely use for another event, and recommend them to everyone!!

  There are many companies that offer a service and a solutions. But let me tell you, when you find one that cares about you, that never makes excuses and only deliver results, GREAT FOOD and DRINKS, that is the company you keep for life.
  
  We hired them for our wedding last year and I simply cannot say enough about the owners and their staff. If you are seriously looking for an answer to have the best then look no further.

  Ignacio is the best

  I want to start off by saying asado authority is the only catering company you should use in south Florida. They are by far the most affordable, have the best customer service and the food is amazing..they cater and offer bar services. The staff was amazing. But the Ignacio is the reason why this company is A+++. My guest are still talking about the food.

  Asado Authority came through with the grill and eerything that completely impressed everyone! They managed the setup and takedown. Ordering was straightforward, with the chef guiding us on selections of main and sides. Their arrived early and setup. Very punctual and seamless, and the breakdown afterward was a breeze. The food was simply incredible. We're already in the works for planning the next family gathering!

  We spoke to Ignacio and he helped us with the food and drinks. This was a birthday party for 50 attendees for a long-time employee. We had several special requests and adjustments. They have a variety of options for any type of food you’re wanting and are so easy to work with. Our tastings were quick and easy, and our wedding guests talk about how amazing the food is! They are prompt and professional and we would definitely recommend Chef Julio for your catering needs!

Thankfully, I had the incredible fortune of hiring Sole and the Julio’s team. Julio orchestrated a seamless process, guiding us through menu selections and ensuring sides and salads were on point. The constant text messages and calls to confirm details were reassuring! On the day of event, everything was effortless, the food was hot and absolutely delicious! A heartfelt thank you to Sole and the Julio. I highly recommend them for any event. Asado Authority Catering surpassed all expectations!

  He helped guide us through all the details, and accommodated all our requests. Even though our (outdoor) wedding started with a torrential downpour, they didn't miss a beat and helped move our ceremony items underneath our tent.
  
  They're a great choice and we'd highly recommend them.

  I was hesitant to move forward with Asado Authority at first since I found them online. However, after tasting their food and seeing how many options they had available – from buffet to seated dinners and family-style meals – I knew it was the right choice!
  The menu we chose for our seated dinner was worth every penny. Plus, Asado Authority made working with them a breeze.
  Highly recommended!

  They cater the food and bar for my wedding. I was absolutely blown away. They did everything by the book.
  Setup, serving, and cleanup. It was above and beyond. Even stayed for 1 more hour to help.

  Our wedding was moved from a venue to a backyard and Asado Authority Catering jumped right in to plan and execute the perfect wedding.
  They were incredible...the food was amazing!
  Please make sure you order the vacio meat, or flap, if you are using Asado Authority catering. In the end, we couldn't be happier with Asado Authority catering.
  We had the most amazing wedding thanks to them. Our guests raved about the vacio, and it was the best I've ever tried!
