Steve the owner of premier caterers was efficient, thorough, and most attentive. He helped orchestrate our menu made amazing suggestions was always available and his food was superb. The staff was amazing ! there was no way to get a drink which is the most important !!!! Premier caterers was a huge success I highly recommend them and will absolutely have another wedding there again. Kosher food was yummy! Our guests are still talking about our event
