We held our wedding reception at Amara at Paraiso, and it was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Alexandra, our on-site coordinator, was incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. She guided us through every step of the planning process and always made herself available, whether in-person or via email, to address our questions and resolve any of our concerns. When we started looking at venues, we knew we wanted to find a space that really spoke to who we are. From the breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay to the intimate indoor/outdoor rooftop, we knew Amara was the venue we had been looking for. A space that embodied all the amazing things about being in Miami (the water, the greenery, the ambience) while also providing the feeling of being at an intimate wedding with 130 of our closest friends and family. Staying true to us, the meal was served family style and every dish was delicious. Our guests are still talking about it til this day. We cannot thank Alex and her team enough for making the our wedding day so special. We absolutely loved our wedding experience with Amara at Paraiso. The Event Coordinator, Alex, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful, meeting with us and our wedding planner on multiple occasions to ensure that our reception went off without a hitch. Alex and the venue were also very accommodating and flexible, allowing us to bring in different vendors.

As for the venue, the location is simply stunning. It provided our guests with a fantastic view of the sunset overlooking Biscayne Bay during the cocktail hour. The breeze coming in from the bay also keeps the outdoor area from getting too muggy or hot. All in all, the venue has a small, intimate feel without actually being crowded. We had 90 guests and felt that the space was more than sufficient.

The service was similarly top of the line. The bar was excellent, with multiple bartenders attending to guests. There were also various attendants walking around the venue regularly to make sure our guests were in need of nothing.

We cannot recommend Amara enough.

Alexandra was extremely quick with her communication, so knowledgeable about the menu and venue possibilities, and always full of thoughtful, creative suggestions. She truly made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, which is such a gift when planning a wedding!

The venue itself is stunning — the beautiful waterfront views, the stylish spaces, and of course, the outstanding food and craft cocktails made for an unforgettable evening for us and our guests. We received tons of compliments on the atmosphere and the dining experience, and we know that’s largely due to the amazing team at Amara.

We are beyond grateful to Alexandra and everyone at Amara at Paraiso for helping us create the wedding of our dreams. Highly, highly recommend!
