My husband and I got married on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Estancia Culinaria in Redlands, Florida. My husband and I hired your food truck to serve food at our reception. Alfredo and his staff arrived to our venue ahead of time so that they were able and ready to serve our guest when the reception began. Alfredo was kind enough to personalize a menu just for our wedding. The godfather slider, The Carolina BBQ pulled pork and slaw sliders, , The stuffed Tostones with capese, The Vaca frita tater tot‘s, 4 cheeszy my neezy to name a few delicious and original dishes. Alfredo and his staff delivered exceptional customer service the whole night to each and every guest . Alfredo and his staff explained every dish with a smile.. Every dish was better than the next. Mr. good stuff is not a typical food truck, Alfredo puts his soul and heart in each and every dish that he serves. All the food was beyond amazing . We appreciate all your participation in our wedding . All our guest are still raving about how great the food tasted. Our guest loved the concept of a food truck at a wedding.
