Cynthia and Evelyn pulled off our Postponed Pandemic wedding in the midst of the craziest time in all of our lives - if that's not testament to their professionalism, then I don't know what is! I had a very complex event with a lot of moving parts and they kept all of the vendors on time and in line and made sure that the actual production of the event was flawless. I didn't make it easy on these ladies with a ceremony and reception in two different counties and a guest list that changed by 20 people with a week to go!! They handled all of it with a smile and became part of the family. No matter how big or small, Cynthia and Evelyn can handle it with class and ease :)

Cynthia is THE BEST! I wouldn’t bother looking for any more planners- book Cynthia and thank yourself later! Cynthia is a type-A bride’s dream- she is always ON IT, so responsive, easy to work with, and she actually cared about and noticed every single detail about the day. I can not say enough good things about her. I didn’t have a single worry about my wedding at all, which is insane to say, and literally everything went right. Cynthia had my trust every step of the way and she was just as detail oriented as I am. It felt like I was having the wedding coordinated by my own twin, which was such a relief. I was confident handing over the wedding to Cynthia, and she went above and beyond what I ever expected. Cynthia was also the best partner to have because she was always on my side regardless of what obstacles we faced. On the day of the wedding she would check in on me and she would keep an eye on the flow of the event. If she thought the pre-set timeline wasn’t matching with the flow of the evening, she would recommend moving on to the dessert or a different aspect to keep guests engaged. I am sad the wedding is over because I already miss working with her, and I would hire her a thousand times over. Cynthia is simply the best there is!

They brought our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. From our initial consultation to the big day, every single base was covered. Dream team wedding planners is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of With A Flair Events. Cynthia and Evelyn are everything a bride and a groom need. Detailed, organized and more importantly caring. I knew I was in the best hands the minute I got off our introductory call. From creating my To Do List, to weekly check-ins, to being there for me as early as 8am in the morning when I had a question, needed to talk and vent, With A Flair Events was always there. They worked incredibly hard and made my wedding day an absolute breeze…every single tiny detail was perfection. My husband and I couldn’t have done it without them by our side! Being the bride who had a million things on her plate, who still wanted to be super hands on in the planning process, I didn’t realize from the get-go, how much better my planning was going to go with Cynthia and Evelyn on our side. They put so much effort into getting to know us and what our expectations are, and how we work, that they knew what we were thinking before we needed to say anything! Before I even met Cynthia, she actually referred me to a wedding dress Boutique I had never even heard about after she found out how much trouble I was having finding ‘the dress’ and I walked into the store and my jaw dropped because the entire store was exactly my style. They just get it! Even the most stressful parts of planning felt completely manageable with their guidance, industry tools and referrals. Although I was nothing near being a bridezilla (my bridal party was shocked by how calm I was about everything), I was extremely picky which meant I wanted different rentals from different vendors, an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and all the works, which also meant there was so much to be coordinated. Cynthia and Evelyn took over all meetings with vendors, including the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills which has very strict rules I didn’t have the time to learn all about, and they just handled it all.

Like every bride will share, the most important thing about your wedding day is being really present to take it all in and enjoy every moment, and we honestly wouldn’t have been able to take in all the love and beauty of our wedding if it wasn’t for the girls managing everything behind the scenes. Honestly, I will never be able to thank Cynthia and Evelyn for everything they did to help our wedding day the wedding of my dreams, even with all the unexpected things that occurred. From our earlier planning stages, nerve wrecking days leading to the big day and final the big day, they made every moment feel special and completely in control. Most people prep you for the typical things that could go wrong on your wedding day, like forgetting your veil at home, but no one really ever tells you that your family members dress zipper might rip, a family member might be locked out of the house and your bridesmaid might get drinks spilled on her by three different people. Cynthia and Evelyn are more than just wedding coordinators, they’re literally magicians who can make problems disappear even before you realize they existed! From sewing dresses to arranging random requests from family members, they handled it all with a huge smile on their face. My entire family was amazed by them, and wanted to become best friends with them! It’s no wonder they are so loved in the industry and so well connected. My husband and I are eternally grateful for them and recommend them without any hesitation!
