Simply the best
There is not enough characters available to express our gratitude and how delighted we we were with Cynthia, Evelyn, her team, and all the wonderful vendors they recommended. They guided us seamlessly throughout our wedding planning. They were excellent listeners and great problem solvers which helped us with all or any nerves we had through the process. I would in a heart beat hire them again and recommend to friends and family. Five stars ten times over. Thank you for making our wedding a dream!!! Forever grateful -

Cynthia and Evelyn are professional, experienced, and amazing at what they do – they are THE DREAM TEAM! I am truly so thankful for this magic duo – they brought our vision to life. From our very first consultation through one-week post wedding, these gals were with us through thick and thin! It was easy to trust them with our big day because they were quick to respond, had the best recommendations/solutions, they kindly listened and respected our budget, and kept track of EVERYTHING! If I were to go back in time the only thing I would change about our day would be to hire Cynthia and Ev sooner!! These gals seriously care about their couples and that shines through with everything that they do. -

Cynthia & Evelyn helped us successfully re-plan our entire wedding because of the current pandemic; that in and of itself was super helpful. They went above and beyond, made me and my husband feel *completely* taken care of from A to Z. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped us with decision-making, which I appreciated, as someone with no experience in event-planning, much less wedding planning, and they coordinated amongst the vendors, which was a complete relief for me, as my day job left little time to handle the minute yet time-consuming tasks of daily coordination and bringing the whole event together. Cynthia and Evelyn were like the human forms of Google, wedding edition, on our wedding day; I would ask a question and they just knew the exact answer, exactly what was going on, whether it was a vendor, a bridesmaid, or a ring boy. The wedding ran smoothly and I cannot thank them enough for making it all happen. -

I cannot stress how amazing this team was. From the initial phone appointment to every appointment thereafter, they were always so supportive and professional. Dream team wedding planners is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of With A Flair Events. Cynthia and Evelyn are everything a bride and a groom need. Detailed, organized and more importantly caring. I knew I was in the best hands the minute I got off our introductory call. From creating my To Do List, to weekly check-ins, to being there for me as early as 8am in the morning when I had a question, needed to talk and vent, With A Flair Events was always there. They worked incredibly hard and made my wedding day an absolute breeze…every single tiny detail was perfection. My husband and I couldn’t have done it without them by our side! When I started planning my wedding, I didn’t think I needed a coordinator. I then came across the girls from With Flair Events, and they not only made planning my wedding a breeze, but they also kept my spirits up the whole time and made sure everything was going smooth sailing....and actually made it fun! Cynthia had everything organized and followed up with me numerous times to make sure I didn’t forget anything! I love these girls and can’t wait to have them help my friends out with their weddings! -

Absolutely amazing!
Cynthia and Evelyn are incredible! Besides for being so on top of everything at all times, they’re so sweet, caring and genuinely want their bride and groom to have an amazing day. The weeks leading up to our wedding were stress free thanks to these lovely ladies. We were able to fully enjoy and be present on our big day. Hiring them was definitely the best decision we made!! -

The best decision you will make
What can I say to fully sum up how amazing Cynthia and Evelyn are? In short, they are THE best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. From the moment we contacted them to start planning until the last guest left the reception, they did everything they could to make sure the wedding went smoothly, and it did! Truly nothing went wrong on my wedding day, and I attribute this fully to the magic that is With a Flair Events.
Throughout the planning process, they were warm, attentive, responsive, professional, patient, and also SO much fun to work with. They kept our vision and budget in mind and designed a wedding that was beyond my wildest dreams.
On the day of the wedding they put my mind completely at ease and let my husband and I enjoy the day without worrying about the details.
Cynthia and Evelyn, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do! I cannot emphasize how amazing this power duo is, and I cannot recommend them enough. -

Forever thankful
First of all, as I write this review, I am tearing up because Cynthia was more than my wedding coordinator, she was my shoulder to cry on, my confidant, and my life saver for all wedding matters. She made herself available to me 24/7, even when she was out of the country on vacation! She did not miss a beat. She is literally MY HERO and I would recommend her and With A Flair Events to all my family and friends.
And our wedding day – even though I had to walk barefoot down the aisle because my back was in so much pain, Eric said “I do” too soon, and my wedding gown ripped, it was PERFECTION to us and our guests and that would not have been possible without Cynthia and Christina. They worked so hard to make Eric and my special day run smoothly and at the end of the night our friends and family couldn’t stop complimenting the joyous occasion. The credit goes to With A Flair Events!

Amazing experience from start to finish
If you are looking for a wedding planner for your big day, search no more! I hired With a Flair for my wedding and now that the wedding is over I can honestly say I am so glad that I did. I cannot imagine having had such a fabulous and amazing wedding without all of their help. I had done a lot of research prior to working with them so I definitely know that they are WAY better and are willing to go above and beyond compared to others, and I do not regret my decision for a second. It can be challenging finding people you trust, so my advice to other brides would be to work with them. -

Planners with a passion!
If you have a special event coming up and you want it to be perfect look no further! Wedding, engagement, shower...you name it With a Flair Events can make it happen to a perfection!
Early last year when my husband proposed to me I started thinking about our wedding and how I wanted it to be. He is Armenian and I am Indian. We both have very beautiful cultures and wanted our wedding to respect both cultures authenticity. After meeting with Cynthia and Evelyn and letting them know our vision, we had the utmost peace of mind knowing they would be able to help bring our vision to life! I forgot to add that they had never planned an Indian wedding before! To tell you their dedication...they spent hours researching online and watched videos on YouTube just to understand and pick up every detail not only impressing me but my entire family! We had a 3 day event: Mehndi, Hindu Wedding Ceremony & cocktail night, Armenian Wedding & joint reception. Their planning was so hands on! We had several meetings and conference calls leading up to your celebrations. But it didn’t stop there. Days leading up to the weddings, as all brides do...I had a breakdown! To show you how connected they were to us Cynthia called me out of the blue just to check in on me and helped me through my moment! This team is a team that cares!
Bringing two cultures and multiple events to life is no easy task but Evelyn brought our vision to love so flawlessly! Dreamy, pastel florals, and romantic was the theme on one day and bright, heavenly and white was the theme for the other day! Evelyn shopped vendors for us and let us know the different prices so we can decide who to move forward with! This was so refreshing...usually planners don’t even give you this option!
Now let’s talk about the days of!! They were phenomenal to say the least! They had planned for everything! If there was an issue...they had a solution! For example, I had a jewelry malfunction from my Indian wedding set. When I thought nothing could be done boy was I wrong! Cynthia moved mountains and somehow was able to fix my Indian jewelry problem! Wow!!!
The coordination from one location to another on these days were seamless. Cynthia, Evelyn, and team were there from start to finish...and by finish I mean 2am on Sunday when our reception ended!
To this day our families and friends cannot say enough words of praise for this team! We love them so very much beyond words can describe. We will be using With a Flair Events for all our special occasions and wholeheartedly recommend you do too!! ❤️ -

PERFECT Wedding thanks to this FABULOUS duo!
Words cannot express my gratitude for Cynthia and Ev, they were the best thing that could have happened to our wedding!! From our first meeting through the end, and even post wedding they have been AMAZING!
I initially was looking for a planner to help plan my Los Angeles wedding, while I was based in San Francisco. I decided to use the partial planning service because I knew I needed more than just month-of-coordination, and WOW did they deliver!
Cynthia and Ev were so organized and always a few steps ahead with every single aspect of wedding planning. Any time I had concerns with budget or details, they always had a creative solution and made me feel at ease. They were always available for a video call, answered emails quickly and were happy to jump on a call as needed!
This was super important since I wasn’t located in the same city as my wedding.
They always made us feel as though they had everything 100% under control. They helped us identify amazing vendors for our budget and negotiate and consult further on anything we needed. Their expertise of the industry and brilliant design ideas made my wedding fairytale perfect!
The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment...
If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again! I would recommend Cynthia and Ev to all of my closest friends and family!

Best Wedding Investment EVER!
Being the bride who had a million things on her plate, who still wanted to be super hands on in the planning process, I didn’t realize from the get-go, how much better my planning was going to go with Cynthia and Evelyn on our side. They put so much effort into getting to know us and what our expectations are, and how we work, that they knew what we were thinking before we needed to say anything! Before I even met Cynthia, she actually referred me to a wedding dress Boutique I had never even heard about after she found out how much trouble I was having finding ‘the dress’ and I walked into the store and my jaw dropped because the entire store was exactly my style. They just get it! Even the most stressful parts of planning felt completely manageable with their guidance, industry tools and referrals. Although I was nothing near being a bridezilla (my bridal party was shocked by how calm I was about everything), I was extremely picky which meant I wanted different rentals from different vendors, an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and all the works, which also meant there was so much to be coordinated. Cynthia and Evelyn took over all meetings with vendors, including the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills which has very strict rules I didn’t have the time to learn all about, and they just handled it all.
Like every bride will share, the most important thing about your wedding day is being really present to take it all in and enjoy every moment, and we honestly wouldn’t have been able to take in all the love and beauty of our wedding if it wasn’t for the girls managing everything behind the scenes. Honestly, I will never be able to thank Cynthia and Evelyn for everything they did to help our wedding day the wedding of my dreams, even with all the unexpected things that occurred. From our earlier planning stages, nerve wrecking days leading to the big day and final the big day, they made every moment feel special and completely in control. Most people prep you for the typical things that could go wrong on your wedding day, like forgetting your veil at home, but no one really ever tells you that your family members dress zipper might rip, a family member might be locked out of the house and your bridesmaid might get drinks spilled on her by three different people. Cynthia and Evelyn are more than just wedding coordinators, they’re literally magicians who can make problems disappear even before you realize they existed! From sewing dresses to arranging random requests from family members, they handled it all with a huge smile on their face. My entire family was amazed by them, and wanted to become best friends with them! It’s no wonder they are so loved in the industry and so well connected. My husband and I are eternally grateful for them and recommend them without any hesitation! -

Amazing, amazing, amazing!
Choosing Cynthia and Evelyn as our wedding coordinators was the absolute best decision my husband and I made in our entire wedding planning process. From the moment I met with them it was evident that they were one of a kind, professional, and very passionate about what they do. My wedding planning process started as a very anxiety-inducing experience and when I say that Cynthia and Evelyn saved me, I cannot stress that enough! They were able to navigate our Assyrian & Bengali wedding with grace and went out of their way to even help family members feel calm and collected throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding (or if there was anything that didn’t go smoothly, I had no idea about it because they’re just that good); I didn’t have to worry about a thing and was able to take in every moment of the day with a calm mind and happy heart. I’ve recommended them to every friend I have that’s getting married and will continue to recommend them as long as people keep having weddings 😁. -
