We had an amazing experience with Sarah as our wedding coordinator and our wedding day went off perfectly logistically. We hired Sarah and her team a year in advance as the wedding coordinator to help the last 3 months before our wedding, but we were able to start seeing benefits from day 1. The portal you gain access to will help you meet deadlines and stay organized with checklists, guest lists, and vendor contracts, etc.

Leading up to the hired 3 months, we were still able to communicate via emails and the occasional phone call if a situation called for it. Communication was always quick and helpful. We often got tips on what to look for and what we might be able to add. Most importantly, everything was designed and curated to keep us on track and progressing forward.

When Sarah/KWE came on during the last 3 months, the team and portal were great at communicating deadlines and responsibilities. Seating, food, decorations, etc; everything was organized to make the wedding day easy and it paid off.

The wedding day went so seamless. Our wedding size was 82 and there were no issues that came up. At least that we were aware of and that’s the point. The entire experience was great and I have nothing but gratitude towards Sarah and KWE for making our day seamless and unforgettable.

We started planning for a smaller -30ish guests in Feb/March for a summer wedding (which we knew was a tight timeline) and as we struggled to do anything ourselves we found Sarah.

The biggest trouble that we had whilst doing it ourselves was carving out time to look for everything. However, when Sarah stepped in, she acknowledged the short timeline and really was able to tailor the whole planning process to suit our needs: from expediting requirement gathering to laying out every need step and was able to make us feel less overwhelmed.

Based on our preferences, Sarah would send recommendations for venues, photographers, florists, catering etc and all we hd to do was review and provide more feedback until we found the right one. (In most cases, Sarah found the right ones in one go)

All in all, it felt like we were working with someone who genuinely wanted to help us stay within budget and provide the necessary guidance whilst keeping us in the driver seat.

PS. I (groom) was leaning towards not having a wedding at all and was not really excited about planning but honestly, looking back now, Sarah really made it feel easy and smooth and have no regrets whatsoever :)

When it came time to wedding planning and looking for a wedding planner, we wanted someone who could help guide my now husband and me with the process. Someone who would listen and not take over without our input, but who could also help us pinpoint the design and style we wanted. We also wanted someone who specialized in smaller weddings as we anticipated on having 50 guests.

I never dreamt about what my dream wedding would look like and my husband definitely didn't so we were starting from ground zero. When I spoke to other female friends who had or were getting married, many of them already had so many ideas of what they wanted or what it should feel or look like. I was worried that by not having any of this beforehand we would be a harder client to work with, but thankfully, working with Sarah made that part easy. She shared links to articles to help us learn about different styles from wedding aesthetic to photography themes. And eventually had us create a Pinterest board where we could share initial images we liked. Eventually we were able to discover our style and that served as the foundation for how we would plan our wedding and pick vendors.

Surprisingly, my favorite part of the whole wedding process with Sarah was booking our vendors in the span of 2-2.5 months. It sounds crazy and wasn't always easy, but Sarah helped make it manageable. Long story short, we were planning a wedding in roughly 5 or 6 months (from when we booked our venue to the date we scheduled for the wedding). We had put ourselves in this position, but we had our reasons (weather, wanting to avoid the holidays, but not wanting to push into 2026, family health of certain family members, etc.).

Given the short turnaround, Sarah suggested breaking up all the vendors into chunks of 2 or 3 groups per round and each group would get 2-5 options for us to review. From there we could decide if we wanted quotes, had questions, etc. If the original options weren't quite right or turns out they were no longer available, she would suggest more. Every 2 weeks the process would repeat: new set of 2 or 3 vendors to review, get quotes, compare options. Even if the previous round of vendors were still in progress, we could keep pushing the needle forward and eventually get everything booked. The first set of vendors were for elements that we cared about most that weren't already included in the venue (i.e. photography, florals, DJ). Now, we still had to interview certain vendors, but overall we were happy with many of Sarah's vendor options. They were all so kind and friendly so it was mostly about finding vendors that felt right for us vs being worried that vendors were trying to scam us or not give us appropriate pricing.

When it came to the big day, it ran without issue. The weather was absolutely amazing, all the florals were beautifully set up, and our officiant shared beautiful words with our guests. The venue was the perfect location with the valley landscape and sunset backdrop. And the food and dessert served was absolutely delicious. Our photographer was so extremely kind and effortlessly moved throughout the wedding to capture moments. I had no complaints and heard so many compliments from our guests. We were both happy to make it through the vows and could enjoy the rest of the evening with everyone!
