Inside, the space is defined by its roomy dimensions and natural light welcomed in by large sliding doors that open onto views of the estate. The barn can comfortably accommodate up to 100 friends and family for an unforgettable party. Its arched windows and 19th-century Baccarat crystal chandelier add a touch of elegant glamour to the setting. Couples can also choose to host their event outdoors. The stone fireplace of the courtyard is an attractive backdrop for a ceremony and casts a warm glow over the proceeding as dusk falls. There is over 15,000-square-feet of open lawn area for rental tents, lawn games, and socializing, that can accommodate up to 150 guests. As the sun sets, the venue is transformed by atmospheric lighting both inside and out. History

This farm dates back to the early 1800s and the roadway in front of the barn was the major thoroughfare of commerce between Rohrersville and Boonsboro, MD. Grain and other agricultural products were transported to historic mills nearby. Historic Harpers Ferry National Park and Antietam National Battlefield Park are both within close proximity and delight guests with an interest in history.
