From the beginning, Alex and Kara were super great to work with and had great communication with us, they made the entire process smooth and we never felt stressed out. They did an amazing job of bringing my wedding vision to life! My husband and I agree that hiring Weddings By Weaver was the best wedding planning decision we made. It brought us so much peace of mind on our wedding day knowing that everything was in their hands and being taken care of.

If you’re considering trusting Kara with your wedding, this is your sign to DO IT. I just had my wedding last week and my husband and I keep reminiscing on how amazing she was. We hired Kara over a year in advance to do our full planning and day-of coordination. My mom and I must have had over 10 zoom calls with her throughout the year during which she had super detailed and structured agendas to make sure we were covering everything. She thought of all the little details you would never think of that make ALL the difference and she offered extremely valuable design input as we made decisions with vendors. The month leading up to the wedding, she made sure to contact all of our vendors, confirm timelines, and make sure we knew who was bringing every little thing. In full transparency, I had a lot of requests and last minute mind-changes, so we were definitely not the simplest or easiest couple to plan for, but she took it in complete stride. She gave input when asked or when needed but never took too much control - I always felt like my vision was being built upon and brought to life, never changed or forced. On top of all the logistical pieces, she was kind, comforting, and just a JOY to work with. On the day of, Kara was an absolute star. She brought the perfect blend of friendliness and firmness when it came to making sure everyone was where they needed to be. In every interaction I had with her that day, she was calm, smiling, and totally composed even when things were crazy. Not to mention, the day went basically perfectly which was a huge credit to her work. I couldn’t be more thankful to have had Kara as my go-to gal throughout the WHOLE process. She was truly a blessing!

Kara is the best! I hired her to be our 45 day out coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions I made about my wedding day. She is so helpful always full of ideas and solutions. There were some "problems" on my wedding day but my husband and I had no idea. Kara takes care of it all. I highly suggest going with Weddings by Weaver, and we hired one of their in house DJs, so good!

Alex and Tina did an awesome job as our wedding day managers at our wedding in March 2020. In the last couple months before the wedding my husband and I were feeling pretty overwhelmed and Tina and Alex were hugely helpful in relieving our stress. They answered every question we had very promptly and patiently (I had a lot of questions). Because of Alex and Tina our wedding day went so smoothly. My husband and I could really relax and enjoy the day since we knew they were taking care of everything. Thank you Tina and Alex! We loved our wedding day and could not have done it without you!

I am so so SO glad I happened upon Weddings by Weaver. My friend recommended Kara and her team, and I am so grateful. Since my first consultation with Alex Romo, I felt comfortable and at ease. Alex was on top of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g, from the moment we started planning to the end of my big day. She was sweet, caring, and intentional--while also could handle the negotiations and difficult vendors. She made planning (and re-planning) a wedding during covid a simple and stress-free process. I am endlessly thankful for all her hard work.

Additionally, their DJ package was great. DJ Jacob was awesome and everyone loved him. He did an amazing job and made our day so much fun!

Lastly, my mom worked with Kara for my bridal shower and it was beyond beautiful. It was a perfect day with the most stunning florals.

All and all, these are exactly the kind of people you want taking care of your wedding plans. They genuinely care about their clients and their work, and they do an incredible job!

I cannot say enough good things about Weddings by Weaver, especially Alex! She was incredibly helpful and made the last 30 days before our wedding as stress free as possible. I had multiple guests after our wedding remark on how well she managed the day. I feel so lucky that she was there. I loved working with Kara for our flowers! She was so responsive, kind, and supportive through a stressful planning process. She gave great guidance when I did not know what all I wanted aside for a few main flowers and greenery. She worked with me to pick some cheaper options to stay inside my budget. I made lots of changes as we went along and she was so kind and patient with me. She created beautiful and memorable bouquets that I’m still obsessed with.

Weddings by Weaver helped make our wedding EXACTLY what we wanted it to be! Alex was our coordinator and we absolutely loved her! We couldn’t have gotten through our day without her! The ability to rent almost all of our decor through them was a MAJOR plus! We can’t recommend them enough.!

The Weddings by Weaver team is AMAZING. They are so committed to you and your vision and will do everything they can to make that happen. They are so personable and caring: they treat you like you’re family! I wanted to be completely hands off during my wedding weekend and the Weddings by Weaver team took over everything and it was amazing.
