Working with Sarah was an absolute dream. We hired her for our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. She is extremely organized, thorough and readily available to assist with any issue. She gave us the best direction and guidance and went above and beyond to assist us with finding the best vendors to fit our budget. With the vendors I had already chosen, she would manage and monitor their progress throughout the whole process to ensure everything was under control. Having Sarah in charge on the wedding day was the best decision I’ve ever made. She handled everything. This allowed our parents, wedding party, and myself to just show up and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to do any set-up, and we didn’t have to manage vendors, unexpected issues, or the schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Woman. She took away all of my worries the day I met her. I count Sarah as one of my greatest blessings.

Hiring Sarah as our Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She did a wonderful job. Not only did she make sure things went smooth on the day of, she also began helping me reach out to vendors and created a timeline leading up to our wedding day. She enlisted her husband and daughter to assist her on our wedding day and even ran home to grab linens of her own to use when we realized I did not order enough. All I can say is WOW!!! We hired Sarah for our day of coordinator but she was wayyyy more than that. She was with us every step of the way and made our day a dream come true. She made the whole planning process stress free and for that we are forever grateful. She puts her heart and soul into each and every wedding as if it were her own daughter getting married.

Not only did she do a great job of setting up, but when things got hectic she was always there to settle the issues or come up with a plan b just in case. We hired Sarah as our day-of coordinator and we could not have done it without her. She does so much more than just “day-of duties”. She offered 3 different meetings prior to the wedding and even met us at our florist appointment so she would know how the tables and centerpieces were supposed to be set up. She created the timeline and individually communicated with all of my other vendors. She is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, so easy to work with, and very reasonably priced! Sarah is an incredibly hard worker and is willing to jump in and help wherever it’s needed. There is no way I would have been able to relax and enjoy the day without Sarah. Thank goodness we found Sarah to be our wedding coordinator/planner! She helped us through every step of the planning process, and allowed us to choose vendors that were not only amazing, but also very affordable. Despite holding a wedding immediately following Hurricane Harvey, Sarah jumped into action, and helped us call all of our vendors to ensure that we were still on track to hold our celebration. My husband, at the end of our wedding, said that he felt that he had done nothing all day with regards to set up and whatnot because Sarah had taken care of EVERYTHING. Sarah goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She is so helpful and walks you through the entire process so you don't forget a thing. She is so patient and calm with us. She's a wonderful lady and very easy to work with and very helpful. Sarah quickly responded to any questions. I am so thankful for all the help she has given me. Sarah is amazing. I think I called her my angel or my hero all the time. She was so detail oriented and went above and beyond our expectations. My happiness was her number 1 priority.
