We LOVED working with Fabienne. She felt like one of our family members guiding us with our wedding step by step from the beginning. While we barely knew anything about wedding planning, she helped us make our big day truly beautiful, happy, and memorable! We know Fabienne and her team did a lot of work on our big day. Even though it was super hot and humid outside, they worked incredibly hard to set up everything truly beautiful and managed the entire wedding perfectly! All of our guests enjoyed our big day and we received lots of fantastic compliments! Unmarried couples especially said they would like their wedding to be like ours! LOL!

From the beginning of the planning, Fabienne started by helping us search and book venue tours. We had tons of questions every step of the way. She is incredibly professional and patient to listen to all of our questions. She addressed all of our concerns and gave us truly great suggestions and solutions. COVID-19 started just as we were started our wedding planning. We were stressed and didn’t know how to handle the schedule and each step of the process. After a lot of conversations with Fabienne, she helped us work with each vendor to make sure everything was done smoothly with no hiccups. We genuinely appreciate Fabienne’s work. We cannot imagine if we didn't have her for our big day.

She worked with us for full planning service for our June wedding.
We had several meetings where she helped us walk through the various wedding planning stages and steps. She tells it like she sees it, in the most helpful way, helping us narrow in on decor and elements that were most important to us and helping us understand why she believed some things would work and others wouldn’t and make accurate cost assessments to lead us to final, well thought-through decisions. Most invaluable was her knowledge of local vendors- we’d list the qualifications she had in mind and she’d supply us with a handful of curated and trusted options for us to choose between. This work and knowledge on her end saved us so much time and headache!! The team she brought together for us was a dream team- altogether they helped us bring our dream to fruition beautifully! Our wedding was designed to involve Latin/American fusion and some bilingual elements, and she had no problem helping put together a culinary and DJ team that could make that vision a reality. She clearly loved engaging with the multi-cultural aspect of our wedding and we found her to be a very inviting, accepting, and loving host for our event, and we suspect couple could feel confident that she would make you and all your guests feel very welcome.
A couple of memorable standouts in her work that we should mention: She and her team went above and beyond to seamlessly move floral decor from our ceremony site to the reception site, saving us a lot in terms of money and waste. She also went above and beyond in connecting with us about personal family dynamics that would affect the day in a way that meant the whole world to us. This time and emotional energy she put into the planning with us left us feeling more confident and ready for the day. She managed all the dynamics in a wonderfully unruffled way. Finally, her love for Shenandoah Woods (our venue) shone through, and so especially if you are considering inviting her in to join you in your planning experience for a wedding there, she’s definitely your girl!

I have struggled for months to come up with the words to adequately describe how important Fabienne was to making our wedding weekend as special as it was. The truth is, there is no way to put into words what Fabienne did for us. The joy we felt that weekend, the love, the peace…it was all due to Fabienne’s meticulous planning.

I am as type A as they come. I did not want to spend the money on a wedding planner because I thought I could do it all myself. But after attending several weddings without a planner, I knew I needed to hire one. I knew after my first call with Fabienne that she was who I wanted to work with. Fabienne is direct, confident, and extremely experienced. She has planned and executed every kind of wedding - which meant our Venezuelan-Jewish wedding in the middle of the woods did not intimidate her in the least. She was so well-connected that she was able to secure every type of vendor we wanted. She was incredibly accessible - always responding to emails and texts. Our phone calls often lasted well over an hour because she is just so much fun to talk to. Fabienne was clear with what to expect, she was transparent about pricing, and always did everything she could to make my unconventional dream wedding happen. And what a dream it was! The night was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to Fabienne and her team! ❤️❤️

Fabienne has a beautiful soul that makes it fun to do planing with. Her experience will help your wedding significantly and give you a peace of mind. I am a huge procrastinator, and I told this to her from the beginning, but she still had everything on time by being clear, up front, and urgent when needed. We needed someone with experience to guided us with our wedding that was at a venue where everything was our responsibility. And honestly, it was an easy and effortless experience that both of our families raves about to this day. This planning was during covid times and she always kept us up to date. I loved her lists! They kept me in check and if I had questions I just shot a text or had a meeting if needed.

It rained on our wedding day and she quickly executed the rain plan so smoothly that guest did not know the difference! Our ceremony was outside, then reception under pavillion. She worked so well with all the other vendors. So much that 1 of my vendors said she was great and professional to work with that they asked her details to work with her again. She blended with our families and also lead beautifuly with all the vendors, but she transitioned between the two without any effort.

And also, they do beautiful flowers! I am not big in flowers due to having allergies, but these arrangements were beautiful and did not irritate my allergies! I loved my boutique and evey day I look at my photos, I see the exact image I wanted when we discussed the options in planning. Plus, the plan included small items for the wedding thay we didn't have to buy.

Almost 2 years later I still feel the bliss from my wedding day knowing our wedding went perfectly and there is nothing I would change at all! I am very late on my review, but this review is from 20 months straight of thinking back to our wedding day and having the greatest feeling of having the best wedding day ever.

Fabienne is the best! She went above our expectations! We opted for her wedding Wrap Up package (8 weeks prior to wedding day). She gave us an itemized list that was categorized in chronological order that was super invaluable as we went about planning for our wedding. Before the 8 weeks prior, she made herself available several times to provide guidance to us as we went about hiring vendors, renting items, handling various considerations, etc. There were things about the wedding planning process that we didn't even consider and she would shed light on it! Her communication was awesome!! She was always a joy to speak with and when we hit stressful situations, she led us through it! She was very knowledgeable about our venue. That knowledge and her thorough experience with wedding planning made our day super enjoyable! We miss working with Fabienne! I would recommend her to anyone!
