Wayland Hall is a fun, laid-back wedding venue located just outside of Buffalo in Orchard Park, New York. There, the team is all about providing a space where people can gather and celebrate what matters most in life; couples can host anything from showers and brunches to weddings and more.
Facilities and Capacity
Wayland Hall is a blank canvas waiting to bring your wedding vision to life. This bright, airy brewery and event space has been fully renovated in a chic and timeless style. Inside, this spacious venue can comfortably seat up to 175 individuals for a sit-down dinner with a dance floor. Our private patio offers two fire pit lounges, an auxiliary bar, and an array of lawn game to bring the party outside. For your convenience, two well-appointed upstairs suites are yours on the day of the wedding, providing you with a private space to get ready for the day ahead.
Services Offered
At Wayland Hall, the team’s long-standing relationships with local farmers have shaped their menu, which varies by season. Your wedding meal can be tailored to your taste and preferences, with options to select a plated or family-style dinner of delicious offerings such as smoked short rib, grilled yellowfin tuna, and pork belly porchetta, to name a few. Your menu can include passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrees, desserts, coffee, and tea, while guests can also enjoy anything from cocktails to wines or Wayland Hall’s own beers from the full-service bar. To start planning your wedding, there are multiple packages to choose from. Pricing includes 16 hours of access to the venue, get-ready suites, and the patio. Event management packages can also be booked, allowing their in-house planner to assist in anything from full-service planning and design to day-of coordination. While the team offers their expertise, they always let you take the lead in order to personalize your wedding to your style and budget.

Can’t say enough great things about Wayland!
From the first consultation through the wedding day, we were met with nothing but responsiveness, professionalism, and excitement. There was a coordinator change earlier this year and I was thankful for that communication coming right from one of the owners via phone call and impressed that they handled it with so much care and consideration.
The space is beautifully crafted and is unique compared to any other venue in the area. The food is out of this world. The team found every way possible to say “yes” to any and all of my crazy ideas, including an extremely non-traditional ceremony setup requiring a full room flip. I had so much FUN planning with the team and they relieved so much stress from the process.
The day went off without a hitch (except a few guests having a little too much fun, which was also handled with the upmost professionalism) thanks to Sarah, Rachel and the rest of the event team. The bartenders and staff were attentive to my husband and me constantly offering to get us whatever we needed throughout the night. They even helped us clean and pack up after the event was over which was unexpected but appreciated.
I have been a part of a lot of weddings, and I have never encountered a more caring, creative and joyful event team. We are so thankful that we took the chance on a brand new venue and would trust them with any event in the future!

The food, the drinks, the attention to detail—everything was exceptional. Tara’s passion for what she does shines through in every moment. Her team is thorough, communicative, and so organized. The regular meetings and check-ins made the entire planning process easy to navigate and surprisingly stress-free. The night before our wedding, I slept soundly because I knew everything was in place ready to go.
Using Aisle Planner was also a game changer—it let us visually rearrange seating, track timelines, follow checkpoints, and stay on top of every detail in one clear place. It made planning feel manageable and even fun.
I cannot thank Tara enough. It was genuinely the best day of my life. From start to finish, Tara and her team made everything so easy, seamless, and joyful. I would recommend Wayland a thousand times over.
