Wander is a wedding hair and makeup team based deep in the heart of downtown Austin. We are located on west 6th street out of Wander Salon. From relaxed beach ceremonies, to west Texas elopements and super-glamorous celebrations, we can create the perfect look for any occasion, near and far.

Wander was founded in 2015 and has glammed hundreds of wedding parties all over Texas for the better part of a decade. Our top priority is communicating to ensure that our brides receive exactly what they're looking for. Each of our brides is given a survey detailing their hair and skin type, their beauty icons, and ultimate hair and makeup dreams. We use this information to provide the perfect beauty services, either on-site or in our downtown Austin studio. We aim to provide a relaxed and fun getting-ready experience, as well as stunning wedding looks for clients and their wedding parties. Our team uses only the highest-quality products, and offers hair and makeup trials to ensure that everyone is happy with their look before the big day. SJ is the founder and owner of Wander Salon located off West 6th street in downtown Austin. She opened the doors in 2016 and has grown the brand from the ground up making sure that its consistent with all things local and clean. She works behind the scenes and behind the chair to make sure our salon runs seamlessly with good tunes, great vibes and incredible hair, of course!
Mandie is a huge part of Wander, often times the one sending emails to our brides as well as creating beautiful hair and makeup looks! She began her career working for MAC years ago and has worked hundreds of weddings. She is our go-to girl for on-ocation custom airbrush tans which we often recommend for wedding weekend as well!
Bethany, Sarah and Mandie all work at Wander. We all love making our clients feel beautiful in their own skin and can do any style or makeup look you're wanting!
