Working with Cat was truly outstanding!! She's professional, responsive, punctual, and always a few steps ahead of all wedding matters. As brides, we all want our days to go perfectly, and Cat made sure our wedding day was a beautiful breeze! She's warm, attentive, highly communicative, emotionally intelligent, and super organized. You cannot go wrong hiring Cat! Simply put, Cat is very very good at her job. Extremely professional, knowledgeable about the industry, has worked with so many different vendors (always a plus when you're asking your coordinator to lead a team of people), and stayed so calm and on top of things throughout the day.

Cat did our month-of coordination, but she made herself available for us before the month-of because there were things we just needed a bit of guidance on. And, when we were faced with a pretty rainy/windy forecast the week of the wedding, Cat helped us think through a rain plan and was helpful and flexible when plans were changing even the day before the wedding. We had our wedding at a family home, and Cat was really trustworthy and careful with our space.

On the day of the wedding, my husband and I didn't feel stressed about all the little details getting done (decor being placed, signs being put up, things staying dry in the rain, etc) because Cat handled it! We were free to enjoy our day.

Cat is amazing! She assisted me from time to time when needed and a month before our wedding she went into full coordinator mode. Her timeline for our wedding was very detailed and thorough. As she said her OCD kicked in but I was so happy it did! The day of our wedding was absolutely amazing and Cat was there every moment to make sure we stayed on track. We had a couple of minor changes and she made sure everything still went smoothly. Thanks again for making our day perfect!
