Having Veronica as apart of our wedding day was the best decision we made. She is absolutely amazing- thorough, intentional, and organized. Before the wedding, we felt so much comfort having her with us for all the meetings. We knew that working with Veronica meant that no details would go missing. On the day of, we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. Veronica managed the whole day, from set up to take down, as well as navigating our big bridal parties and families. Having Veronica Rose as our month-of coordinator felt absolutely essential. She took all of our plans, ideas, vendors, family members, and moving pieces and somehow made everything come together flawlessly. The day could not have gone smoother. My fiancé (now husband!) and I are both pretty organized, planning-oriented people, but there is just no substitute for having someone whose sole focus is making sure everything is happening when and where it needs to, especially while you’re off actually enjoying your wedding. Veronica’s organization and professionalism kept everything running on time, and she somehow managed to corral our families and keep everyone moving in the right direction without it ever feeling intrusive or stressful.

Her help also went well beyond the wedding day itself. Veronica joined vendor meetings in the months leading up to the wedding, helped us navigate tastings and vendor communications, and pulled together the timeline across all of our vendors so everyone knew exactly what was happening. Her team was exceptional; the centerpieces and details they set up were beautiful, and we never once felt like we needed to check in or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We got to be completely present and celebrate because we knew she had it handled. On top of all of that, she is just a genuinely lovely person and someone you’re happy to have around on such an important day. We truly cannot thank Veronica and her team enough!

Hiring Veronica as our planner was hands-down the best wedding planning decision we made. Her vendor suggestions both saved us a ton of money and pointed us in the direction of exactly what we wanted - great people who made our day beautiful and fun. She was great at sharing her expertise about what makes a good wedding without being prescriptive about traditions. Overall, Veronica kept us on track throughout the planning process, ran a super helpful rehearsal, and was such a legend on the day of our wedding. Veronica and Amy did an INCREDIBLE job planning and executing our 3-day, 200-person wedding which included 3 music vendors, 2 floral vendors, 2 officiants, 4 food vendors… you get the picture… I spent the entire weekend without one worry because they took care of EVERYTHING! Everyone says something goes wrong at each wedding… honestly, not one thing went wrong at ours, thanks to Veronica and Amy!
During the entire process, I don’t think more than an hour went by before our emails to Veronica were answered, and answered soooo thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Veronica and team were prompt, detail oriented, kind and caring. Couldn’t have asked for better people to mange my most important day.
