Scott was an amazing DJ for our wedding at Ventosa Vineyards in Geneva,NY. He was so helpful and knowledgeable during the planning process and on the day off he believed a great MC performance and the dance floor was packed all night long. Multiple people told us after they hadn’t been to a wedding in a long time with so many people dancing so long into the night. Would highly highly recommend Scott as your wedding DJ!!!

Vara DJ’s provided an amazing experience from the start! When I booked our initial call, Corey was so kind and took his time to show me the app they use and never made me feel rushed or pressured, but kept communication on availability. We booked Evan for our dj and I can’t say enough great things about him. From the first creative call he knew exactly what vibe we were going for. He was extremely responsive and flexible when we had to reschedule a call. The music was the most important part to me and Evan had the dance floor packed all night! You can tell he truly loves what he does and everyone fed off that energy and kept complimenting how great he was. I also showed him an instagram reel idea for the end of the wedding the week of the wedding and he was able to do it. I cannot recommend Evan and Vara DJs enough.

If we could give more than five stars we would. DJ Scott blew our expectations out of the water!! From first meeting to the actual night, he made the process so easy. Best night of our lives and VARA DJs was a huge part of it! Every guest has said how unbelievable Scott was. Truly the best!! We would recommend him to anyone! Devon capturing some of our favorite moments of the night was the cherry on top. Thank you all!!

We highly recommend Vara DJ to anyone planning a wedding. We had Cody DJ our wedding along with his assistant Aiden, and they were the BEST. They kept our guests on the dance floor ALL night long - including our 96 year old grandpa! He knew exactly what songs to play to keep the energy going and we got SO many compliments on the music. Our guests said this was hands down one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to, and we have Cody to thank for that. We couldn’t have hired a better DJ - very professional, kept in communication at all times, and his energy was amazing. Aiden, his assistant, took videos of us along with our guests out on the dance floor all night. It was amazing. 5 stars all around!

If we could give DJ Chamber Guy (Kyle) more than five stars, we absolutely would. He was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning of the planning process through the very last song of the night, Kyle was INSANELY AMAZING.

Working with him leading up to the wedding was genuinely fun and incredibly easy. He uses an app called VIBO, which made the planning process so simple. We could add all of our song choices, select the exact versions we wanted, record important details, and even add songs to our playlist right from our phones whenever inspiration struck. It was incredibly convenient and made communicating exactly what we wanted so easy.

Kyle also handled the lighting for our ceremony space, and it looked absolutely incredible. At one point, we got nervous that we hadn’t ordered enough lighting, and Kyle and his team were able to easily add additional lighting to our package for a very reasonable cost. The extra lighting they recommended based on our floor plan was PERFECT and made such a difference.

He also provided sound for our outdoor ceremony, which was several hundred yards away from the reception space. He had everything needed to make that work flawlessly, and we didn’t experience a single glitch or hiccup. He made sure our ceremony exit was perfectly timed and synced with our song choice, our reception introductions were AMAZING and perfectly timed, and he even edited our first dance and parent dance songs down to the absolute perfect moments of each song. Every transition felt intentional and seamless.

And Kyle didn’t just DJ our wedding — he guided our guests through the entire day. He knew exactly when to make an announcement, how to keep things moving, and how to create the right energy without ever taking over the moment.

Then we got to the reception and saw his setup…

HOLY. SHIT.

It looked like we had hired a real-life club DJ. 😂 The turntables, the sound system, the equipment, the entire setup — it was SO impressive. And then we noticed the digital display he had customized specifically for our wedding with our Harry Potter theme incorporated into it. We had absolutely no idea he was doing that. It was such a thoughtful, personal surprise and honestly blew us away.

But THEN came the dancing.

Our guests were simply not worthy of the talent Kyle brought to that dance floor. 😂 He played banger after banger all night — not just the classics and songs we had specifically requested, but incredible mixes that he had created himself.

At one point, he dropped a mix featuring the Bill Nye the Science Guy theme song, and suddenly every millennial in the room was transported back to elementary school. People were jumping, fist-pumping, and screaming “BILL! BILL! BILL! BILL! BILL!” 😂

Then he pulled out a Law & Order: SVU theme song mix and the entire room absolutely LOST IT.

And we HAVE to mention the Harry Potter dubstep mix he made. We went completely NUTS for it. It was everything we could have wanted for our ridiculous little Harry Potter wedding and somehow even better than we imagined.

Kyle was simply the best. No notes.

This was the third wedding in our family this year, and Kyle was EASILY the best DJ by a mile. His talent, professionalism, creativity, communication, attention to detail, and ability to read a room are on another level.

We genuinely cannot thank Kyle and his team enough for making our wedding so much fun and giving us a night we will never forget. If you’re getting married and considering DJ Chamber Guy, BOOK HIM. We promise you will be in incredibly good hands.

We were lucky enough to work with DJTSwag from Vara DJ's for our June wedding and it was AMAZING! We had a true party the entire night! Starting with our ceremony, the music was perfectly timed and the microphones were easily heard by all in our chapel setting. Moving onto our reception, us and our guests were blown away. DJTSwag played hit after hit. The dancefloor was packed from the second we started dancing to the very last song. Guests were even dancing during dinner! The music was a perfect mix of sing along songs to hip hop. You never knew what was coming next and every song brought more and more energy! Our wedding entrance was also something we will never forget, DJTSwag had everyone standing, cheering and waving towels. Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple calls to go over timelines, event locations and set up. DJTSwag was nothing but accommodating with moving equipment and setting up in different locations for our ceremony and reception. During the wedding, he would check in to make sure we were aware of what was coming next and every transition was smooth. The app provided by Vara DJs also made choosing songs we wanted to hear at different moments of the night seamless. We truly can't thank DJTSwag and Vara DJ's enough for helping us throw the ultimate party. We had a blast, and wish we could enjoy it all over again!

Kyle was amazing to work with! Leading up to our wedding he helped us pick music that would fit what we wanted. He was so responsive and helpful and coordinated with our other vendors so I didn’t have to. The vibe of our dance floor was so important to us and Kyle did not disappoint! We had an unforgettable night that our guests are still talking about. Kyle played something for everyone and the dance floor stayed packed for the entire reception!

When we got engaged, the first vendor we booked was Wyatt with Empire State Events as our DJ. Wyatt DJ’d at our brother and sister in law’s wedding and was phenomenal so the choice was an easy one for us.
Wyatt took multiple calls with us to ensure we were all on the same page regarding ceremony music, cocktail hour vibes, dinner music vibes and reception vibes. He listened to all our thoughts and was 100% on the same page with us.
Not only that, he was able to pull off the ultimate surprise for me when my bridesmaids and mom approached my now husband about doing a surprise performance to Super Trooper during our reception. My husband reached out to him separately to ask if he could add it to the song list but please not to let me know and somehow, they pulled it off.
Wyatt kept the energy levels up, our guests engaged and us enjoying the happiest day of our lives. He was a true pleasure to work with and honestly I wish everyone we know would book him as their DJ from now on just so we can hang out with him!

I had the wonderful experience of having Empire State Events (and specifically DJ Wyatt) work my wedding this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about the team. From the start, they work with you to see what your needs are. They have a large team, (all of which have music samples available to listen to), so you can find a DJ who may best match your style.

They offer you so much guidance along the way - as much or as little as you want. They will send you helpful info along the way as well as a very comprehensive planner so you can fill in all your important details - from your wedding party, to dress and suit inspirations, to helping you organize seating charts, gift trackers as well as to track your budget.

The ability to schedule unlimited calls is also wonderful. Often, the calls were really only a few minutes needed, but much more convenient than trying to explain yourself in a text or email when speaking verbally would probably make it much less complicated.

I had many musical visions for our wedding, and the Empire State Events team listened to every one of them and did what they could to make the dream come true -and they accomplished just that!

Highly recommend the team - very professional, very attentive and know how to get the job done!
