We hired Shaune to coordinate the day of the wedding logistics to ensure our guests had support before the bride arrived at the venue and she was awesome! Shaune so graciously agreed to help us at the last minute and her expertise that afternoon was invaluable. She was calm, knowledgeable and very patient (lol). We experienced a hiccup with the hairstylist the day before the wedding and we were left without a specialized stylist to do natural hair. Shaune immediately jumped in with a stylist connection and save the day and took the appointment without hesitation! The best thing was the day of the wedding she sent a text to remind us to make sure the bride ate since it was an evening wedding- totally needed that reminder.

I can't thank her enough and would definitely recommend her if you are looking for an experienced professional to ensure your event runs smoothly (and more). She is thorough and has a checklist for everything...lol.

Like many couples we decided to postpone our wedding that was scheduled for 2020 to the following year and were fortunate enough that Shaune from UR Event by Shaune was still available to plan our wedding. It was April 9th and we are scheduled to get married on June 24th and just found out that we needed to find a new florist and ladies you already know the closer you get to your wedding date the more stressed out you get. I was maid of honor in my friend’s wedding and UR Event helped me through the entire process! From coordinating the bridesmaids, planning the bridal shower, to the bachelorette party, and many other details that fall on the MoH’s shoulders. She kept me calm and cool. She provided solutions and helped me execute those solutions. They will before the wedding, she provide a timeline for all relevant parties so we knew if we were on time or not. The timeline was helpful, detailed and accurate. I watched the care in which Ur Event managed my friend’s wedding and I don’t think another firm could have done a better job!
