Trump Tower exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly how I envisioned my wedding to look! Mercedes was the absolute best coordinator, she was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would highly recommend working with Mercedes for your wedding!

We recently hosted our wedding reception at the Trump Tower in Downtown Chicago. Our reception took place in their Grand Ballroom and we hosted a little under 200 people. We were thrilled with the level of professionalism, service, responsiveness, and attention to detail the team provided us from start to finish during the wedding planning process. We had the time of our lives the night of our wedding all thanks to this team. Since our wedding, we have received an endless amount of compliments from our friends and family regarding the reception space and the food. We had a lot of out-of-town guests and we chose this venue because of the stunning views. You can't beat a direct line of sight to Saturday night fireworks at Navy Pier! The venue team was very flexible with some cultural traditions we wanted to incorporate as well and we felt very welcomed. Michelle and Raeanna were extremely helpful answering all of our questions in a timely manner and ensuring we were well taken care of. My groom and I also received a complimentary suite the night of our wedding and it was the best gift not having to worry about our accommodations in the midst of all the planning. The staff also took care of all our friends and family staying at the hotel and valet services were timely upon guest arrival. Absolutely no regrets going with this reception space and we would do it all over again if we could! Thank you for the time of our lives!

My wedding Day and everything leading up to it at The Trump Hôtel exceeded my expectations..... huge thanks to Lanisa Tricoci for going above and beyond to make my day so special.... she honestly thought of absolutely everything and I felt like she was a part of our family!!! Lanisa made sure that everything from the spectacular food...huge thanks to Chef as well... to the cocktail hour on the terrace... to our first dance and every other detail throughout the whole day was absolutely perfect!!! Lanisa even helped us extend our stay at The Trump when our Hawaiian Honeymoon got canceled due to the hurricane..... our wedding at the Trump was The Best Day of my Life!!!

My husband and I got married in the Grand Ballroom at Trump International Chicago just over a week ago. The coordinating staff (specifically Lanisa and Audrey) were very helpful leading up through the day of the event. The catering and bar staff were exceptional. You pay for what you get! Our guests were just as impressed as we were. Highly recommend getting married here!

The Grand Ballroom at the Trump Hotel in Chicago is by far the best venue in in the city! The view is spectacular, the food is exquisite and the service is simply unsurpassing! We had our wedding at Trump Hotel Chicago this past May 2025, and I can confidently say—it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we started planning, we were taken care of by Lanisa and Raeanna, and they were nothing short of phenomenal. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. They went above and beyond in every way to ensure our day was exactly how we envisioned it.

The service was impeccable, the staff ran everything like a well-oiled machine, and I never once had to worry about a single detail on the day of—which, as a bride, is the ultimate gift.

One of the biggest highlights was the customizable food options. We wanted a blend of traditional and Indian cuisine, and not only did the hotel accommodate—it exceeded all expectations. My parents couldn’t stop raving that it was the best Indian food they’ve ever had anywhere, and they meant it!

And of course, the views—breathtaking. Overlooking both the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, it gave our event that true wow-factor. It created the perfect backdrop for our elegant and upscale celebration, and our guests were in awe.

I would choose it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to any couple looking to get married in the heart of Chicago. The staff at Trump International Hotel are amazing. They all go above and beyond to make your stay and event everything you want it to be. Lanisa was so helpful from the first time I emailed her 10 months ago. She helped make our wedding the amazing day that it was. She always had answers for any questions and really personalized our time there. Michele and Lanisa helped with the whole ceremony. The hotel and views are beautiful and that is how we picked the venue but the staff made it as great as it was. I cannot put into words how pleased we were and how impressed we and all our guest were. We highly recommend having events there or staying there.

We had the best wedding and weekend at Trump Tower. The customer service was beyond. Michelle our wedding coordinator was so helpful, super ontop of everything and so much fun to work with. The entire weekend went smoothly they made sure our wedding and stay was perfect and anything we needed they got it to us right away. I have nothing but incredible things to say!!! We are so grateful they made our wedding weekend perfect!

Working with Chris Hathway and Jordan in catering and Adora from Trump was a total dream. They made every detail of the day perfect and put me totally at ease during the stress of planning and the day itself!
