Hiring Kelsea and Touch of Whimsy was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! As a meeting & event planner myself, I was able to plan about 95% of my wedding on my own but I needed help when it came to the final coordination with vendors and the day- of execution of all my plans. Where do I even start?! Kelsea is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her eye for design and attention to detail is unbeatable. Kelsea made the entire planning process so fun, go smooth and stress free! I loved talking through all of my design details with her and figuring out how to make my vision come to life. She was always there when I wanted to talk through an idea with someone or simply just needed help picking out my napkin color because I was indecisive.

Kelsea went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I dreamed of. The florals she created were stunning, I was in awe of all of the arrangements, small details and color choices. All of the decor she used fit perfectly into my vision. She of course exceeded my expectations and her florals made my wedding all come together and perfect. I have had so many guests comment on how beautiful all of her flowers were!

Kelsea also did all of the flowers for our rehearsal dinner. We told her we wanted them to mix well with our wedding florals, but be slightly different. She had creative freedom to make what she thought would look best and WOW! She turned our rehearsal space into a mini wedding, it was better than I could have imagined.

My daughter’s wedding was on October 3rd, 2020. Touch of Whimsy was exceptional with every aspect of the wedding. From the planning stage all the way through the wedding! And the flowers Kelsea created were breathtaking! All of our guests were stunned with the beauty of it all. They said everything was gorgeous!! And it was!! A rustic yet elegant wedding. We hired A Touch of Whimsy for month of coordination and florals, and it was the best decision we could have made. I still get teary eyed thinking of how beautiful and perfect our wedding truly was and we owe that all to Kelsea and her team. It was so nice being able to fully enjoy the day and not have to worry about timelines or pesky decorations, because we knew Kelsea was on it. Even the small details I had forgot to mention to Kelsea until the day of, when I asked her about them she responded with, “it’s already been taken care of.” She was such a blessing and my husband and I are beyond grateful for her and her beautiful work!

Planning for a wedding and all the minor details involves so so much and can feel overwhelming. The ToW family was there every step of the way which was beyond comforting! Kelsea had our trust that we would have the ToW family’s undivided attention from our first email exchanges and zoom meeting (we were so impressed that they were virtual before it became the “new norm”). Leading up to our wedding they took so much stress off our plates by re-confirming timing will all our vendors and I loved the ease of communication with the ToW family and having documents all in one place.

For as detail oriented and as organized as we are, one of our main concerns was our family and bridal party not being able to fully enjoy the moment and feel rushed if they were assigned key tasks throughout the ceremony and reception. Cheyanne and the ToW family took care of EVERYTHING to keep our wedding day running smoothly and our family and guests had an absolute blast (and of course we did too!). Kelsea had gorgeous and fresh floral arrangements that we could gaze at all day long!!!

When my first daughter got married, we met Kelsea and fell in love. Then when my second daughter got engaged, I was so excited because I knew Kelsea would make all her dreams come true. She delivered! The wedding had 7 groomsmen and 7 bridesmaids and 5 children in the party. I was so worried that we would have problems getting this many people organized. Kelsea came in and within minutes had the party organized with a beautiful presentation. We ran out of time for getting all our flowers placed and set up. Kelsea jumped in and decorated the church and the isles with all our gorgeous flowers. Kelsea took the stress off us by staying in touch with us during the wedding day and greeting staff, bar tenders, cake, hair and makeup, DJ, all the wonderful people who make your day special. She is intuitive and detail oriented and has so much experience she took the worry out of planning and the result is I enjoyed the party! Kelsea even recommended where I could find a perfect mother of the bride dress. When #3 is ready to get married, Kelsea will be there, and we will have a great day! Touch of Whimsy handled both the coordination and floral for my wedding and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! They were always so responsive and helpful with any questions or clarifications I needed throughout the wedding planning process.
