I used TOW for my wedding day flowers and it was perfection. Kelsea and the TOW Team delivered exactly what I wanted! They were wonderful to work with, highly professional, very reasonable, and lovely individuals in general. From the initial proposal and subsequent meetings, I felt so comfortable with my flowers in their hands! They helped make our wedding day magical! -

Kelsea, Kayleigh, and the ToW team were incredible! From the beginning, Kelsea understood my vision and had the best recommendations to make it happen. She and Kayleigh were encouraging, supportive, professional, and creative. All of our guests agreed that it was the BEST reception they have been to. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire week of -- they were truly a dream come true!
Communication throughout the planning process was a breeze. They made me feel like I was the most important client they had (though I know they have SO many others that were feeling the same way). I couldn't recommend them more. So much love for Kelsea and her team! -

Kelsea and Sophie of Touch of Whimsey are some of the most lovely people I’ve ever met!! I used them for both the flowers at my wedding and for wedding planning, and I am SO glad I did. I was one of those brides that thought I could plan it by myself and realized the stress of everything. They stepped in and made my day exactly how I pictured in my head, if not better!! I’m so happy I met them and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you both for making my wedding day perfect and magical!! I would give them 100 stars if I could! -

Planning a wedding in 2020 is STRESSFUL, but I am so glad I had Sophie and the Touch of Whimsy team to help alleviate some of the stress!! They were so helpful throughout the process by giving me the tools I needed to feel prepared, helping with vendor recommendations, and answering all of my questions. Sophie helped make my vision come to life by coordinating all of the last minute details, helping with reception design and creating a very detailed timeline for the weekend!! There were so many moving parts the day of the wedding and everything came together seamlessly because of all of the hard work behind the scenes. I cannot imagine the day without Touch of Whimsy!! -

Kelsea was our wedding coordinator on October 3rd, she also did our flowers! She did an incredible job and was so sweet! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and she was so good about checking in with us about food, drinks, and desserts. Truly the sweetest! -

Kelsea is a dream to work with! I have been a venue owner/manager for eight years, and in that time I see lots and lots of florals and event design. Besides the fact that Kelsea's eye for beauty is obvious, she is also a delight to communicate with -- which is a major consideration when I am recommending wedding planners/coordinators to my brides. Kelsea goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page and stress-free... these are the things I love most knowing my couples are in good hands when I recommend Touch of Whimsy!

When my first daughter got married, we met Kelsea and fell in love. Then when my second daughter got engaged, I was so excited because I knew Kelsea would make all her dreams come true. She delivered! The wedding had 7 groomsmen and 7 bridesmaids and 5 children in the party. I was so worried that we would have problems getting this many people organized. Kelsea came in and within minutes had the party organized with a beautiful presentation. We ran out of time for getting all our flowers placed and set up. We hired A Touch of Whimsy for month of coordination and florals, and it was the best decision we could have made. I still get teary eyed thinking of how beautiful and perfect our wedding truly was and we owe that all to Kelsea and her team. It was so nice being able to fully enjoy the day and not have to worry about timelines or pesky decorations, because we knew Kelsea was on it. Even the small details I had forgot to mention to Kelsea until the day of, when I asked her about them she responded with, “it’s already been taken care of.” She was such a blessing and my husband and I are beyond grateful for her and her beautiful work! -

Touch of Whimsy was my saving grace during my recent Memorial Day Weekend wedding! Even though we only had about 100 guests, it seemed like there were endless amounts of details that I was worried about. Kelsea never batted a nervous eye during the planning process or the day of. In the midst of helping me nail down all of the last minute plans, she also created all of our BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements. I simply gave her a couple of Pinterest examples and a color palette and she did the rest. I was blown away and received numerous comments about how great everything was tied together. I am so glad that my now husband convinced me to hire a month of coordinator and we couldn't have picked a better one! I felt that the owner Kelsey genuinely cared about me from the beginning and followed up with any questions I had. My month of coordinator was Sydney and she went above and beyond. She was always available to answer my questions from the day I signed the contract, and made the final month before our wedding stress free. The rehearsal and wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. Dawn Sent on 02/25/2017If I could, I would give Kelsea 6 stars on this review. We chose hire Kelsea for month-of coordination, and when that day came, she was like an angel sent from heaven. I was able to email Kelsea with questions and she would get back to me right away with help and suggestions. At our venue walk through, she helped us lay out our perfect day and made recommendations for some adjustments along the way. Her professionalism is outstanding and at the same time, she’s a joy to be around. On the day of, she was there every step of the way and honestly it was such a relief to have her there. Kelsea is the BEST!
Where do I even start?! Kelsea is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her eye for design and attention to detail is unbeatable. Kelsea made the entire planning process so fun, go smooth and stress free! I loved talking through all of my design details with her and figuring out how to make my vision come to life. She was always there when I wanted to talk through an idea with someone or simply just needed help picking out my napkin color because I was indecisive.
Kelsea went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I dreamed of. The florals she created were stunning, I was in awe of all of the arrangements, small details and color... -

You absolutely NEED the ToW team!
You absolutely NEED the Touch of Whimsy team! They are wonderful to partner with to ensure your wedding vision, even as seemingly vague or specific as it may be, becomes a reality!
Planning for a wedding and all the minor details involves so so much and can feel overwhelming. The ToW family was there every step of the way which was beyond comforting! Kelsea had our trust that we would have the ToW family’s undivided attention from our first email exchanges and zoom meeting (we were so impressed that they were virtual before it became the “new norm”). A Dream Come True
My daughter’s wedding was on October 3rd, 2020. Touch of Whimsy was exceptional with every aspect of the wedding. From the planning stage all the way through the wedding! And the flowers Kelsea created were breathtaking! All of our guests were stunned with the beauty of it all. They said everything was gorgeous!! And it was!! A rustic yet elegant wedding. The whole evening flowed perfectly with every detail taken into account. A mother wants everything to be so perfect for their daughter’s wedding day. And it was! A true fairytale wedding. I booked A Touch of Whimsy for florals for my wedding on 11/21/2020. All of my communication was with Kelsea. When I first reached out and through the process of creating my floral proposal (prior to signing a contract) the responsiveness was about average. I appreciated the flexibility and patience as I added, updated, and removed a variety of floral pieces on the proposal. After I signed my contract I had reached out to update something about a month or so later. I was told that any changes to the proposal would be updated about a month or so prior to the wedding and to hold on to any additions/updates I had until that time; so from the time... -
