Gab and Ashley are truly the best wedding coordinators in the WORLD. I am probably the most Type A person ever. I am on top of every decision, every detail and literally ALL the things, so I genuinely thought I wouldn’t even need a coordinator. WRONG. I have no idea how I ever thought I could have gotten through that day without Gab and Ashley.

From listening to my 5 daily worries and complaints to immediately finding a solution every single time something went wrong, they made the entire process feel completely manageable. Half the time my response was basically “I have no clue, you decide” and they took over without hesitation, which saved me from so much decision fatigue.

On my wedding day, I genuinely did not have to use my brain once. I would look over at Gab and Ashley and just know that whatever needed to be done was being handled. They involved me in every decision that mattered while taking every ounce of unnecessary stress off of me. You could genuinely tell that they wanted my wedding day to be the most amazing day of my life just as much as I did, and THAT is what makes an amazing coordinator.

I wanted rose petals outside the church and was told we would be charged $500 if they weren’t completely cleaned up. Gab and Ashley literally picked up every single rose petal themselves so I could have exactly what I wanted without worrying about the fee. They handled every hiccup, helped navigate anything with the venue, guided me through things I was completely clueless about and somehow kept our huge Italian/Irish family organized for pictures, which deserves an award in itself.

And if you need any more proof, my husband was pretty much on the sidelines of all the wedding planning, (as they usually are), and the DAY AFTER our wedding he looked at me and said, “What would we have done without Gab and Ashley?” THAT is when you know!!!

During one of the most stressful, emotional and decision-filled days of my life, I felt completely calm because they were there. Even a simple “breathe, I’m with you, you got this” before walking down the aisle meant more to me than they’ll ever know.

I would have 500 more weddings if I could because it was truly the best day of my entire life, and I would choose Gab and Ashley by my side every single time. They were worth every penny and more. They were able to execute all of our plans and visions and at the same time give us guidance. They helped bring our visions to life and alleviated a lot of the administrative work for us leading up to the planning. She was extremely communicative and had a great knowledge of various vendors that could make our vision come to life. We hired the Wedding Connection for their coordination services for our NYC wedding. From the moment speaking to Gabrielle (the owner) for a phone consultation, I knew that we could trust her to handle anything for our wedding. They truly made the day stress free so we could live in the moment.
The entire Wedding Connection team lifted all of the weight off of us for the few months leading to and for our wedding date. They took over communication with our vendors leading up to the day, including background information like loading dock location, parking information, timelines, transportation tracking, etc. They hold your hand through the entire process, send you recommendations for all vendors, give you checklists, packing lists, and an amazing, down to the minute timeline.

There was a hiccup with photography at our church and the menus at the venue misspelling my name, Gabrielle and Genna took care of it within minutes. They helped with ALL the small details - from steaming my veil to helping me put on my deodorant!

I would say they are 1000% worth the money and would book them again without a thought.

What started out as a quick conversation turned into a friendship. Gab, Ashley, Paige, Emily… I have never in my life been able to enjoy a party I have hosted. My mom has never stopped worrying about everyone and everything. You ladies allowed The Cohen wedding to surpass my expectations. From the vendor relationships you have built over the years, your responses to all my questions, but most of all making me laugh through some of the tears that come with wedding planning. You made me feel seen and heard through any roadblock. Gab you tackled everything head first. Paige: Her signage made the entire venue come together so elegantly and beautifully. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful seating chart—my jaw literally dropped! From the drink stirrers to the dinner menus, the bar signs, and everything in between, I couldn’t have picked a better person to handle the details. Not only did she go above and beyond with the design, but her day-of coordination was everything and more.
Ashley: She was amazing with all of the timeline coordination and behind-the-scenes work. The entire day was incredibly smooth and perfect. Everything went off to the tee, and that wouldn’t have been possible without her seamless vendor coordination!
Gab: From the day we first spoke, I knew I had to work with her—she just understood. I am Type A to another extreme, and not only did she never make me feel like any ask was too much, she legitimately shape-shifted into me on the wedding day and embodied every single thing I would’ve done. She helped me bring every vision to life, and I am so beyond grateful for everything she did. She is amazing, and I could not be more thankful to have her as a friend now.

Gab and her team stepped in at the 3 month mark before our wedding and took all of my worries away. With TWC by my side I was able to take a breath and enjoy the last 3 months of being engaged. I was especially able to enjoy my wedding day! Specific shoutout- If you are having a church ceremony, hire TWC!! Our church was lacking with the support staff on the wedding day and Gab and Ashley jumped right in. They lined us up, timed our walks, and opened the doors to my "Here Comes the Bride" entrance in the most epic, dramatic, amazing fashion!

From the first call to the day of wedding, Gabrielle and her team were outstanding. Ashley made sure she touched based with all my vendors and created a detailed timeline. There were some slight hiccups on my wedding day, however Gab and her staff were able to pivot and handle everything thrown their way! It was helpful to have someone experienced to ease the stress of the bride! Sometimes things don’t go as planned but when that happens, it’s good to have a team by your side. Both Gabby and Ashley helped myself and my wife out so much at our wedding at the Barn. We asked them to be involved with our wedding roughly 2 weeks before our date and they were able to take control of the entire situation with all of our vendors and make our lives so much easier to enjoy our special day. Day of the wedding, they were able to make sure both parties were in the right places, vendors were where they needed to be, and if anything was to go wrong, they were right there to handle it. They made it very clear early on that they were there to make sure our special day was as special as they can make it. They both made it constantly known that If myself or my wife needed anything day before or day off the wedding to make sure to contact either of them.
