I am the biggest worrier, and she answered every question I had and had patience with me from the very beginning. She always made me feel like I was heard when I had new ideas or concerns.

Our guests are still talking about it — so many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and also the most fun. The pictures speak for themselves! The colors, the flowers, the list goes on!!! They also said there was NOTHING we didn’t think of! These are the best compliments since so much planning went behind this day!

Beyond everything, I truly feel like I made a lifelong friend in Gab, which made the entire experience even more special. I hope to stay in touch and whenever someone asks me for a recommendation it’s her name that comes to mind first. She is genuine, sweet, and hilarious and exactly the person you want on your side for your big day. She will do whatever It takes to make your vision come to life!

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Gab and The Wedding Connection Team are. She is an absolute MUST for any couple planning a wedding—especially on a 6 month timeline. I’m very type B, and there is no way I could have pulled off the wedding we had without her.

Gab was so much more than an event coordinator—she was my go-to person and saving grace throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and genuinely an amazing human. She was always one step ahead, thinking of details I hadn’t even considered. She checked in after every appointment, trial, and fitting, helped map out every transition, and handled last-minute changes—like adding vendors the week of and planning for a family member with mobility concerns walking down the aisle—with total ease.

On the wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly, even navigating a difficult church team so I could stay calm and fully present. When one of my flower girls didn’t make it down the aisle, Gab had bubbles ready to keep her entertained during the ceremony—just one example of how prepared and thoughtful she is.

You truly feel like family working with TWC. Because of their hard work, we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our day. My only regret is not hiring Gab sooner and letting her plan the entire wedding.

I truly will never be able to adequately thank the entire TWC team for everything they did before, during, and after our wedding day to make it perfect. When we arrived at our venue, we were shocked to see that our ceremony had been set up indoors, despite planning for an outdoor ceremony. The weather was absolutely beautiful, yet for some reason, our venue had our ceremony set up in a dark, cramped room that didn’t even have enough seating for our guests.

Before I could even begin to panic, Gab and Paige stepped in with such calm, professionalism. Within just hours of our guests arriving, they coordinated and moved our entire ceremony outdoors- giant flower arch and all. They quite literally saved our wedding day.

But what they did goes beyond that- they made our wedding day feel seamless, joyful, and perfect.

I would also be remiss not to highlight the incredible work Ashley did in the months leading up to our wedding. As a paralegal, I’m extremely detail oriented and have difficult relinquishing control of projects, our wedding being the most important “project” of my life. But from the moment Ashley stepped in, I felt an immediate sense of relief. She handled and organized absolutely everything with precision and care. Her level of organization is unmatched, and it ensured that every detail came together flawlessly.

I hired Gab and her team in December 2025 ahead of my March 2026 wedding, and as a Type A, control-loving bride, I truly thought I had everything handled and didn’t need a coordinator—turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The final three months before the wedding are easily the most overwhelming, with vendors reconnecting after nearly a year, but Gab and her team were completely on top of it all. Gabrielle and her company, The Wedding Connection, were incredible from start to finish. We truly weren’t sure what kind of wedding we wanted, which meant Gabrielle explored many different avenues with us—and she did so patiently and without hesitation.
