Throughout the entire planning process, Gab was so helpful, responsive, and reassuring. She always made me feel like everything was under control, and I knew I could count on her for absolutely anything. On our wedding day, Gab and Ashley were AMAZING. They handled every little detail behind the scenes so that my husband and I could truly relax, be present, and enjoy every second of our day. It is so clear how much Gab and Ashley genuinely care about their couples and the work they do. They made us feel so taken care of, and having them there gave us such peace of mind. Our wedding weekend was AN INSANE AMOUNT OF WORK. ~200 guests, tented reception in Montauk, NY, a massive vendor team, and Gab, Ashley and Genna handled EVERY single aspect perfectly. There were very strong personalities involved, many opinions, same-day changes, and last minute requests. Somehow, these three handled every bit of it without ever making us feel the stress happening behind the scenes. Gab was our go-to throughout the process; she understood the vision, the extremely complicated timeline, and pushed back when she knew she needed to. She very quickly understood us and our families, which was just as important as our wedding weekend. She knew when we needed honest advice, when to step in to handle an issue, and when we just needed someone to tell us not to worry. The amount of work that Gab did behind the scenes was insane. She lit a fire under every vendor that needed a push, she coordinated timelines, vendors, logistics, rentals, transportation, photo/video, content creation, setup, deliveries, and fielded approximately one million phone calls from us and our families. Ashley and Genna were right there with her all weekend and throughout the planning process, running the floor so smoothly that we only found out about half the fires afterward, and even then only because we asked. Every setup detail was exactly as we’d pictured it, every transition happened on time, and every one of our 200 guests had someone to turn to the second they needed anything. What we appreciated most is that Gab never just told us what we wanted to hear. She gave us real opinions when the timeline didn’t work, when a vendor needed to be replaced, and when we were overthinking something that didn’t matter. That honesty is why we trusted her completely by the time the weekend arrived, and why Nicole and I were able to actually be present at our own wedding instead of managing it. If you’re planning a big, complicated, high-opinion wedding (or frankly any wedding), The only place you need to look is to The Wedding Connection- Gab, Ashley & Genna are absolutely fantastic, work together seamlessly...& we truly can’t recommend them highly enough... we will be telling anyone who asks for years to come!

Ashley and her team made such a huge difference on our wedding day. We did a full restaurant buyout instead of a traditional wedding venue, so there were a lot of extra logistics and moving parts to figure out. Ashley had a solution or answer for basically everything that came up, things I honestly would not have known how to handle without her.

I had a very specific vision and like to be in control of every detail, but she kept everything on track without making me feel like I had to manage a thing. It became a running joke that anytime I went to ask for something, Ashley was already handling it.

The day flowed exactly how we hoped, and I was actually able to be present and enjoy it instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. One of my friends who attended the wedding already booked The Wedding Connection for her own wedding after seeing Ashley in action. We’re so grateful to the team for helping make the day feel seamless and so us.

Gab, Genna and Ashley were truly spectacular. They brought every detail of our daughter’s wedding vision to life—even the ideas that seemed impossible. Their creativity, dedication, organization, and attention to detail were beyond anything we could have imagined.

Every challenge was handled calmly and seamlessly, even when it wasn’t easy. They went above and beyond. The wedding was absolutely magical, and that was largely because of these ladies and the incredible team. We will forever be grateful for the love, care, and tireless effort they put into making our daughter’s dream wedding a reality. We could not recommend them more highly!

Gab and Ashley are truly the best wedding coordinators in the WORLD. I am probably the most Type A person ever. I am on top of every decision, every detail and literally ALL the things, so I genuinely thought I wouldn’t even need a coordinator. WRONG. I have no idea how I ever thought I could have gotten through that day without Gab and Ashley.

From listening to my 5 daily worries and complaints to immediately finding a solution every single time something went wrong, they made the entire process feel completely manageable. Half the time my response was basically “I have no clue, you decide” and they took over without hesitation, which saved me from so much decision fatigue.

On my wedding day, I genuinely did not have to use my brain once. I would look over at Gab and Ashley and just know that whatever needed to be done was being handled. They involved me in every decision that mattered while taking every ounce of unnecessary stress off of me. You could genuinely tell that they wanted my wedding day to be the most amazing day of my life just as much as I did, and THAT is what makes an amazing coordinator.

I wanted rose petals outside the church and was told we would be charged $500 if they weren’t completely cleaned up. Gab and Ashley literally picked up every single rose petal themselves so I could have exactly what I wanted without worrying about the fee. They handled every hiccup, helped navigate anything with the venue, guided me through things I was completely clueless about and somehow kept our huge Italian/Irish family organized for pictures, which deserves an award in itself.

And if you need any more proof, my husband was pretty much on the sidelines of all the wedding planning, (as they usually are), and the DAY AFTER our wedding he looked at me and said, “What would we have done without Gab and Ashley?” THAT is when you know!!!

During one of the most stressful, emotional and decision-filled days of my life, I felt completely calm because they were there. Even a simple “breathe, I’m with you, you got this” before walking down the aisle meant more to me than they’ll ever know.

I would have 500 more weddings if I could because it was truly the best day of my entire life, and I would choose Gab and Ashley by my side every single time. They were worth every penny and more. We hired the wedding connection for help planning our wedding and would love to recommend them to everyone looking for a planning team. They were able to execute all of our plans and visions and at the same time give us guidance. They helped bring our visions to life and alleviated a lot of the administrative work for us leading up to the planning. Gabby checked in with us often, took our concerns and requests and handled them very efficiently. She was extremely communicative and had a great knowledge of various vendors that could make our vision come to life. We were absolutely blown away by the day of coordination done by Ashley and Genna. They ran the day perfectly without us having to think any logistics! They also were a sense of calm throughout the day for us and our family members!

We hired the Wedding Connection for their coordination services for our NYC wedding. From the moment speaking to Gabrielle (the owner) for a phone consultation, I knew that we could trust her to handle anything for our wedding. They truly made the day stress free so we could live in the moment.
The entire Wedding Connection team lifted all of the weight off of us for the few months leading to and for our wedding date. They took over communication with our vendors leading up to the day, including background information like loading dock location, parking information, timelines, transportation tracking, etc. They hold your hand through the entire process, send you recommendations for all vendors, give you checklists, packing lists, and an amazing, down to the minute timeline.

There was a hiccup with photography at our church and the menus at the venue misspelling my name, Gabrielle and Genna took care of it within minutes. They helped with ALL the small details - from steaming my veil to helping me put on my deodorant!

I would say they are 1000% worth the money and would book them again without a thought.
