Gab and her team stepped in at the 3 month mark before our wedding and took all of my worries away. With TWC by my side I was able to take a breath and enjoy the last 3 months of being engaged. I was especially able to enjoy my wedding day! Specific shoutout- If you are having a church ceremony, hire TWC!! Our church was lacking with the support staff on the wedding day and Gab and Ashley jumped right in. They lined us up, timed our walks, and opened the doors to my "Here Comes the Bride" entrance in the most epic, dramatic, amazing fashion!

From the first call to the day of wedding, Gabrielle and her team were outstanding. Ashley made sure she touched based with all my vendors and created a detailed timeline. There were some slight hiccups on my wedding day, however Gab and her staff were able to pivot and handle everything thrown their way! It was helpful to have someone experienced to ease the stress of the bride! Sometimes things don’t go as planned but when that happens, it’s good to have a team by your side. Both Gabby and Ashley helped myself and my wife out so much at our wedding at the Barn. We asked them to be involved with our wedding roughly 2 weeks before our date and they were able to take control of the entire situation with all of our vendors and make our lives so much easier to enjoy our special day. Day of the wedding, they were able to make sure both parties were in the right places, vendors were where they needed to be, and if anything was to go wrong, they were right there to handle it. They made it very clear early on that they were there to make sure our special day was as special as they can make it. They both made it constantly known that If myself or my wife needed anything day before or day off the wedding to make sure to contact either of them. I HIGHLY recommend them as they were the most helpful, professional, as well as friendly for both of us.

Destination weddings aren’t easy given sometimes there are language barriers, and Gabrielle took on every single task and handled It with ease. I am the biggest worrier, and she answered every question I had and had patience with me from the very beginning. She always made me feel like I was heard when I had new ideas or concerns.

Our guests are still talking about it — so many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and also the most fun. The pictures speak for themselves! Beyond everything, I truly feel like I made a lifelong friend in Gab, which made the entire experience even more special. Gab was so much more than an event coordinator—she was my go-to person and saving grace throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and genuinely an amazing human. She was always one step ahead, thinking of details I hadn’t even considered. She checked in after every appointment, trial, and fitting, helped map out every transition, and handled last-minute changes—like adding vendors the week of and planning for a family member with mobility concerns walking down the aisle—with total ease.

On the wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly, even navigating a difficult church team so I could stay calm and fully present. When one of my flower girls didn’t make it down the aisle, Gab had bubbles ready to keep her entertained during the ceremony—just one example of how prepared and thoughtful she is.

You truly feel like family working with TWC. Because of their hard work, we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our day. My only regret is not hiring Gab sooner and letting her plan the entire wedding.

I truly will never be able to adequately thank the entire TWC team for everything they did before, during, and after our wedding day to make it perfect. When we arrived at our venue, we were shocked to see that our ceremony had been set up indoors, despite planning for an outdoor ceremony. The weather was absolutely beautiful, yet for some reason, our venue had our ceremony set up in a dark, cramped room that didn’t even have enough seating for our guests.

Before I could even begin to panic, Gab and Paige stepped in with such calm, professionalism. Within just hours of our guests arriving, they coordinated and moved our entire ceremony outdoors- giant flower arch and all. They quite literally saved our wedding day.

But what they did goes beyond that- they made our wedding day feel seamless, joyful, and perfect.

I would also be remiss not to highlight the incredible work Ashley did in the months leading up to our wedding. As a paralegal, I’m extremely detail oriented and have difficult relinquishing control of projects, our wedding being the most important “project” of my life. But from the moment Ashley stepped in, I felt an immediate sense of relief. She handled and organized absolutely everything with precision and care. Her level of organization is unmatched, and it ensured that every detail came together flawlessly.

I hired Gab and her team in December 2025 ahead of my March 2026 wedding, and as a Type A, control-loving bride, I truly thought I had everything handled and didn’t need a coordinator—turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
