There are not enough words to describe what an incredible experience I had with the RGE team. Rebecca Grace was an organized, committed, and personable asset to the planning process. The result was that I was able to enjoy every minute of, and leading up to, my wedding weekend. Her vendor recommendations are phenomenal and the team went above and beyond (Shout out to Joanna!!). My husband called the team "White Glove Service" and constantly asked if we were receiving preferential treatment. He was stunned to learn that we weren't and that's just how the team operates.

Rebecca and her team were just wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our every request, professional, on point and on time at every step of the way. Rebecca worked very well with the venue to produce a wonderful and magical day for my family. We couldn't be happier.

Rebecca planned our wedding at Blue Hill Stone Barns and the day went perfectly. Guests said it was the best wedding they have been to and everything went very smoothly. Rebecca’s strength lies in execution - As a bride I did not have to worry about anything the day of and know that everything was taken care of - from vendor coordination , to timelines, attending meetings with vendors, attending tastings, hotel and transportation coordination etc. On the day of she also had 2 assistants helping with the day to make sure everything was going according to plan.

Throughout the wedding planning process Rebecca and Joanna were incredibly responsive via both email and text . Rebecca also was able to guide us through the vendor selection process based on our budget and talk us through where we needed to make trade offs. She also was helpful in providing guidance on when spending additional money was unnecessary to keep us on budget. Rebecca was also extremely flexible - When I was uncertain on a makeup vendor based on a trial she worked to find me new ones. She also worked with our florist to achieve our vision based on the mood board.

Our wedding could not have been executed without Rebecca and would definitely recommend her to other couples !

Rebecca was the planner for our September wedding at Blue Hill. The entire day went seamlessly thanks to Rebecca and Joanna's hard work. As the bride, I felt like I was able to fully sit back relax and enjoy my day, as all of the logistics had been taken care of by Rebecca and her team. I have attended a couple weddings since my own (not planned by RGE), and it has made me realize that a great wedding planner like Rebecca is KEY to a perfect day.

Rebecca and her amazing team helped us pull off the most incredible wedding ever. We had high expectations and her team blew our expectations out of the water. Rebecca was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very first email through a year of planning, and to the very last moment of loading us into our getaway car at the end of the night. We will forever be grateful to Rebecca and her team for pulling off an evening our friends and family will be talking about for decades. Good on-the -ground event management is probably the strongest key success factor in a wedding. Rebecca and her team were efficiently steering the event at the desired tempo so it flowed to everyone's satisfaction. They were also able to handle two unexpected situations calmly and effectively, showing us they had our back and contributing to our peace of mind.

We recently got married at Blue Hill and Rebecca was our planner. She was fantastic leading up to our wedding weekend; we appreciated her counsel, she recommended great vendors and she's truly an expert on all things Blue Hill. She also handled a bunch of last minute changes/requests super smoothly, which helped take some pressure/stress off of us. Unfortunately Rebecca couldn't be there on the day because she had a family event, but her team was so effective and organized, it was not problematic at all and we really felt like we were in great hands.

We felt so lucky to have had the RGE team in our corner. I appreciate that there were probably so many little problems we didn't know or hear about that were handled by them, but to us the day went off without a hitch. The sign of a great planner! You'll be in great hands with her- 100% recommend!

Rebecca and her team are excellent. We hired them for our wedding at Blue Hill as a day of coordinator. While Rebecca really started her work about 4 weeks before the wedding, she was available to us for quick questions and concerns throughout our planning process. On the day Rebecca really took care of us- she advocates for you so you can just ENJOY your wedding day. She is completely professional, kind, flexible and absolutely knows what she is doing. Rebecca is the most amazing planner and she truly made our wedding day the very best! The planning process with her was so fun and easy and we truly felt calm and relaxed about making decisions with her guidance (and enthusiasm for our constant Zoom requests!) She sent us the most incredible vendors who made our vision for the day come to life – we truly cannot get over the floral arrangements from Poppies & Posies and insane talent/energy/music from OTM/TNM!

Rebecca managed the entire day so seamlessly. We felt so taken care of and special and were really able to relax and not worry about anything. She's a true professional, always with a smile on her face and incredibly calm, allowing us to just have fun, which we certainly did!
