They were absolutely instrumental in making our wedding weekend at Blue Hill at Stone Barns everything we had dreamed of and more. My only regret is that we didn't hire them from the very beginning!

They immediately took the initiative to connect with all of our existing vendors, familiarize themselves with the plans already in place, and get our planning process back on track. We particularly appreciated their monthly check-in emails, which outlined upcoming deadlines, outstanding decisions, and everything we needed to focus on. They were always available to answer questions, offer thoughtful suggestions, and help us navigate decisions without ever being pushy or trying to impose their own vision. They respected our preferences and never pressured us to work with specific vendors, which was incredibly refreshing.

Their execution throughout our wedding weekend was just as impressive as their planning. Rebecca and Joanna were there for our entire rehearsal dinner and welcome party on Friday, as well as throughout our wedding day on Saturday. Their additional support teams were fantastic—attentive, responsive, professional, and always one step ahead. Our families repeatedly commented on how well taken care of they felt throughout the weekend, and that meant so much to us.

When our table numbers were accidentally forgotten during packing, Joanna generously offered us the table numbers from her own wedding! During our first dance, a guest accidentally tripped over a speaker cord, causing a brief technical issue. Joanna and our bandleader immediately jumped into action, worked together to find a solution, and got everything back on track. Rather than allowing these little hiccups to become stressful moments, they handled them with professionalism, creativity, and grace.

As someone who has worked professionally in the events and hospitality industry for years, I have an especially deep appreciation for the amount of coordination, preparation, and behind-the-scenes work required to execute an event seamlessly. Rebecca and Joanna are truly exceptional at what they do. Their professionalism, flexibility, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to their clients were evident at every stage of the process.

Most importantly, they allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding weekend without worrying about logistics or what was happening behind the scenes. We were able to spend time with our friends and family, soak in every moment, and trust that everything was being handled.

There are not enough words to describe what an incredible experience I had with the RGE team. Rebecca Grace was an organized, committed, and personable asset to the planning process. The result was that I was able to enjoy every minute of, and leading up to, my wedding weekend. Her vendor recommendations are phenomenal and the team went above and beyond (Shout out to Joanna!!). Rebecca planned our wedding at Blue Hill Stone Barns and the day went perfectly. Guests said it was the best wedding they have been to and everything went very smoothly. Rebecca’s strength lies in execution - As a bride I did not have to worry about anything the day of and know that everything was taken care of - from vendor coordination , to timelines, attending meetings with vendors, attending tastings, hotel and transportation coordination etc. On the day of she also had 2 assistants helping with the day to make sure everything was going according to plan.

Throughout the wedding planning process Rebecca and Joanna were incredibly responsive via both email and text . Rebecca also was able to guide us through the vendor selection process based on our budget and talk us through where we needed to make trade offs. She also was helpful in providing guidance on when spending additional money was unnecessary to keep us on budget. Rebecca was also extremely flexible - When I was uncertain on a makeup vendor based on a trial she worked to find me new ones. She also worked with our florist to achieve our vision based on the mood board.

Our wedding could not have been executed without Rebecca and would definitely recommend her to other couples !

Rebecca was the planner for our September wedding at Blue Hill. The entire day went seamlessly thanks to Rebecca and Joanna's hard work. As the bride, I felt like I was able to fully sit back relax and enjoy my day, as all of the logistics had been taken care of by Rebecca and her team. I have attended a couple weddings since my own (not planned by RGE), and it has made me realize that a great wedding planner like Rebecca is KEY to a perfect day.

Rebecca and her amazing team helped us pull off the most incredible wedding ever. We had high expectations and her team blew our expectations out of the water. Good on-the -ground event management is probably the strongest key success factor in a wedding. Rebecca and her team were efficiently steering the event at the desired tempo so it flowed to everyone's satisfaction. They were also able to handle two unexpected situations calmly and effectively, showing us they had our back and contributing to our peace of mind.

We recently got married at Blue Hill and Rebecca was our planner. She was fantastic leading up to our wedding weekend; we appreciated her counsel, she recommended great vendors and she's truly an expert on all things Blue Hill. She also handled a bunch of last minute changes/requests super smoothly, which helped take some pressure/stress off of us. Unfortunately Rebecca couldn't be there on the day because she had a family event, but her team was so effective and organized, it was not problematic at all and we really felt like we were in great hands.

We felt so lucky to have had the RGE team in our corner. I appreciate that there were probably so many little problems we didn't know or hear about that were handled by them, but to us the day went off without a hitch. The sign of a great planner! You'll be in great hands with her- 100% recommend!

While Rebecca really started her work about 4 weeks before the wedding, she was available to us for quick questions and concerns throughout our planning process.
