Working with The Wedding Connection was one of the best decisions we made. Gab and her team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life in the most seamless and beautiful way.
Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the timeline was flawless — everything ran on schedule, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. Communication with the venue wasn’t always easy, but Gab handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was all completely on point. Destination weddings aren’t easy given sometimes there are language barriers, and Gabrielle took on every single task and handled It with ease. I am the biggest worrier, and she answered every question I had and had patience with me from the very beginning. She always made me feel like I was heard when I had new ideas or concerns.
Our guests are still talking about it — so many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and also the most fun. The pictures speak for themselves! The colors, the flowers, the list goes on!!! They also said there was NOTHING we didn’t think of! These are the best compliments since so much planning went behind this day!
Beyond everything, I truly feel like I made a lifelong friend in Gab, which made the entire experience even more special. I hope to stay in touch and whenever someone asks me for a recommendation it’s her name that comes to mind first. She is genuine, sweet, and hilarious and exactly the person you want on your side for your big day. She will do whatever It takes to make your vision come to life!

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Gab and The Wedding Connection Team are. She is an absolute MUST for any couple planning a wedding—especially on a 6 month timeline. I’m very type B, and there is no way I could have pulled off the wedding we had without her.
Gab was so much more than an event coordinator—she was my go-to person and saving grace throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and genuinely an amazing human. She was always one step ahead, thinking of details I hadn’t even considered. She checked in after every appointment, trial, and fitting, helped map out every transition, and handled last-minute changes—like adding vendors the week of and planning for a family member with mobility concerns walking down the aisle—with total ease.
On the wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly, even navigating a difficult church team so I could stay calm and fully present. When one of my flower girls didn’t make it down the aisle, Gab had bubbles ready to keep her entertained during the ceremony—just one example of how prepared and thoughtful she is.
You truly feel like family working with TWC. Because of their hard work, we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our day. My only regret is not hiring Gab sooner and letting her plan the entire wedding. -

TWC saved my wedding day
I truly will never be able to adequately thank the entire TWC team for everything they did before, during, and after our wedding day to make it perfect. When we arrived at our venue, we were shocked to see that our ceremony had been set up indoors, despite planning for an outdoor ceremony. The weather was absolutely beautiful, yet for some reason, our venue had our ceremony set up in a dark, cramped room that didn’t even have enough seating for our guests.
Before I could even begin to panic, Gab and Paige stepped in with such calm, professionalism. Within just hours of our guests arriving, they coordinated and moved our entire ceremony outdoors- giant flower arch and all. They quite literally saved our wedding day.
But what they did goes beyond that- they made our wedding day feel seamless, joyful, and perfect.
I would also be remiss not to highlight the incredible work Ashley did in the months leading up to our wedding. As a paralegal, I’m extremely detail oriented and have difficult relinquishing control of projects, our wedding being the most important “project” of my life. But from the moment Ashley stepped in, I felt an immediate sense of relief. She handled and organized absolutely everything with precision and care. Her level of organization is unmatched, and it ensured that every detail came together flawlessly.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Gab, Paige, and Ashley. We would hire TWC a million times over without hesitation. -

As the MOB I heard my daughter speak about all the research she did to find the most affordable Vendors.
When discussing Wedding day plans, she wanted someone to oversee & make sure her vision was executed. As her voice of reason, I admit having doubts in spending money on unnecessary things. I stand corrected. The value Gabi brought to my daughter’s Wedding Day was beyond worth the investment.
The amount of time dedicated to details, getting to know the Bride & Groom’s dream day, is valued at an imeasurable amount of money. From the minute Gabi walked in to the Bridal Suite, my daughter completely changed into a calm Bride who knew her day was about to be perfect having her Wing Woman next to her, walking her through the day & making sure we all were in sync with the time line of the day. I highly recommend Gabi & her team whether you are taking notes at the Weddings you are attending or already started planning your dream Wedding. Thank you Gabi! Gabrielle and her team were amazing. We had them as a partial planning/coordinating crew and they went above and beyond. They made sure things ran smoothly the day of, and when I realized I had forgotten to order the late night food, Gab took care of it. She connected us with amazing vendors like Flowers by Brian and MJ Event Signage, and she worked seamlessly with those we already had signed with. Would absolutely recommend Gab and Ashley and Paige to anyone looking to make their special day a success! -

Hiring The Wedding Connection was, without a doubt, the BEST decision I made for our wedding. To give you some context: I thought I could plan everything on my own and didn't think I needed a planner. (Big mistake!) At first, I worked with a catering company that promised an “all-inclusive” package, but it turned out to be a disaster. I was left scrambling and feeling completely overwhelmed, so I reached out to Gab in a complete panic. I sent her the contract and, within minutes, she jumped in and started picking up the pieces that I had no idea how to fix. One thing she said about the contract we were dealing with really stuck with me: “It's like reading a contract in a different language.” When you don’t have experience as a wedding planner, it's so easy to overlook things that could cause huge problems later. Gab’s expertise meant that we avoided all of those pitfalls and ended up with a day that felt seamless. I had hired a day-of team, but they simply wouldn’t have been able to handle the level of coordination and problem-solving Gab brought to the table. Gab didn’t just "manage" the day; she was the calm in the storm that I didn’t know I needed. A big lesson for me was realizing the true value of working with a planner who has relationships with trusted vendors. I had initially thought I was being cost-conscious by choosing the cheapest options, but Gab helped me understand that sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. The days leading up to the wedding, Gab was in constant communication with the catering team, and all my vendors coordinating delivery times, which was a huge relief for me because I couldn’t imagine worrying about those details myself. On the wedding day itself, Gab and her team executed everything flawlessly. I felt like I could relax and enjoy the day because I knew that she had everything under control. Our guests keep raving about how smoothly everything went, and I have Gab to thank for that. She not only got the job done, but she did it with such grace, always taking time to support me individually and make me feel special. As an anxious bride, that constant reassurance and communication was PRICELESS. If you're on the fence about whether or not you need a planner, think about how you want to feel on your wedding day. Do you want to be stressed and running around, or do you want to show up knowing everything has been taken care of? Gab’s work alleviates that stress in a way I never could have imagined. Hiring The Wedding Connection team for our wedding day was the best decision in the wedding planning process. Gabby made us feel so at ease and taken care of from the first phone call, and having Ashley and Paige on board once the planning process started only added to that. My husband and I are not type A individuals, and we massively benefited from the structure that the Wedding Connection team provided. They helped us dream up a wedding day beyond our imagination, and we would not have made it to the wedding day without them. They managed so much that we had little stress throughout the wedding planning process. Best of all, the day of the wedding, Ashley and Paige brought such calm energy and handled every little issue that popped up throughout the day -- my dress strap broke and Paige hand-sewed it back on, and I later heard of minor little hiccups that were managed so swiftly that I had no idea they were happening on day of the wedding. We even had guests of the wedding comment on Ashley and Paige's efficiency and ability to keep things organized, making the day noticeably smooth to our guests! I've had many friends use wedding planners only to be disappointed on the wedding day, and in our circumstance, that couldn't be further from reality. We love this team! They made magic happen and were an invaluable part of our day. -

Gab and her team are absolutely must haves for your wedding. Every step of the way she was there to not only listen to our vision but she knew exactly how to make it come to life. Gab knows everything and everyone it seems in the industry and throughout the entire process she got us the best of everything we could have asked for! She was so great at helping us get the venue of our dreams and she helped us get every detail perfect, even the very many details we did not even think of ourselves. There is so much involved in preparing for the big day but Gab was able to make everything seem less like a chore and more like an exciting part of our wedding journey.
Gab is so well organized, prompt, and willing to go above and beyond to help you get your big day perfect. She was so great at making me and my husband feel special and heard throughout the process, and she really did feel more like a friend than a planner towards the end. Throughout the time leading up to the wedding and especially on the big day itself she was so on top of everything and had a solution for every single thing that may have come our way.
What made Gab and her team stand out so much was how comfortable, even on the big day while I was a wreck, she made me feel when I would go to her with the many questions I had leading up to the ceremony. At every single step in the process I felt like I could call Gab with any dumb questions or ideas I had and she was ready and willing to genuinely listen and help.
Can’t say enough about Gab and her fabulous team and I can’t recommend them enough. There is absolutely nobody else I would have trusted with this special moment in my life. -

I am nearly unable to find the words to explain how grateful I am to Gab, Ash and Paige. I truly do not think my wedding day would have been half as amazing without them by my side.
The minute Gab came on board she was fixing my timeline issues, recommending vendors and handling coordination across multiple events all while putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable coming to her with anything.
From the second Gab arrived at my church rehearsal, she eased any worry or anxiety I had. Though by the time of my wedding, I was anxiety free because the team had helped me think through every little detail for the ceremony ahead of time, counseled me on details as small as our reception entrance and meticulously put together a weekend packet of information to keep everyone on track. On the day of my wedding the team coordinated every aspect of the many moving parts seamlessly. Any little thing I needed or could think of, the girls had or had already handled. At one point I asked for deodorant and mouthwash during my reception and the girls produced both instantly! They bustled my HUGE dress quickly, took it back to the bridal suite and left our meals from the venue in our fridge - what amazing service is that!!
I cannot recommend hiring TWC enough. Save yourself future stress and headache and hire the best team in the NYC area.

Choosing Gabrielle was, without a doubt, the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning journey! I am beyond grateful for her and her incredible team. But from day one, Gab was by our side, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I have to start off by saying I was totally on the fence about working with a wedding planner. I had been such a control freak throughout the planning process that I didn’t think I needed help. I WAS DEAD WRONG. You can’t even imagine how many things go wrong the week leading up to the big day. It would’ve been IMPOSSIBLE without this crew!! So if you’re on the fence about a wedding planner— DO IT! That’s first of all. Now let me tell you why TWC is the best in the business. Not only are they super organized, but they cut out all the bulls***. No beating around the bush, no phoniness, Gab knows how to be efficient and get things done. They did everything a wedding planner is supposed to do but it was the way they communicate and how direct they are that me confident we were in the best hands. They put out every fire so we were truly able to ENJOY our special day!!! -

TWC doesn’t believe in swooping in at the last minute—because, as they rightfully say, no good planner could actually just show up on the “day of.” Instead, they’re there with you from the moment you become a client, helping guide decisions, offering insider resources, and making the entire planning journey feel less overwhelming and a lot more joyful.
What sets them apart? It’s their genuine understanding of the wedding industry and how to tailor it to you. Every TWC couple receives a 39-page custom timeline (yes, really), and every detail is meticulously thought through. I had the pleasure of working with Gab for my intimate wedding at Fouquet's New York, and I cannot recommend her enough! I tend to be very particular about the details, and I was honestly a bit nervous about how everything would come together. However, Gab exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, she was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my vision. She made sure that every single element was in place and perfectly aligned with what I had imagined.

Deciding to hire Gabrielle from The Wedding Connection was the best decision I have ever made. After we got engaged, I was crippled with anxiety of all the things I had to choose and organize. The second Gabrielle entered the picture I felt a sense of ease and actually started to enjoy the engagement period. She handled everything down to the smallest detail and executed them perfectly. Even though I am extremely organized, there is no way I would have been able to pull everything off seamlessly and enjoy my big day. She also came up with really great ideas, like having a sketch artist! Gabrielle was very communicative, available day or night, seven days a week. She was so professional and attentive to the smallest detail. I think it is rare for people to say they enjoyed the whole planning process, but Gabrielle made everything so easy and enjoyable, I was sad when it was over. Gabrielle exceeded my expectations and brought my wedding vision to life. I seriously cannot recommend her and her team enough! -

We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Gabrielle and The Wedding Connection!! Throughout the wedding process our #1 goal was to have an enjoyable, stress-free day and night, and Gabrielle and her team made sure that was possible.
From day one the TWC team was on top of vendor coordination and timeline, to ensure everyone (me, my husband and my picky parents) were happy with the schedule and flow of the day. Gab provided unparalleled guidance as we navigated planning the first wedding of the family.
TWC was available via phone or text at all times leading up to the wedding, answering questions and giving us important reminders as the day approached. For the day of, Gab brought on additional coordinators to make sure things ran smoothly. The team went above and beyond handling our last minute requests, soothing nerves, and doing those pesky tasks like bustling the dress and fixing my post-veil hair! If there were any issues during the night, I was not aware, because the TWC team handled everything discreetly and efficiently. They allowed not only me and my husband but also my family to be fully present and enjoy the special day!
I cannot recommend Gab and her team enough; I only wish we could do it all again! -

Gabrielle and her team are my personal heroes. My wedding was at serious risk when we had a nightmare scenario with a different planner. We had just under 2 months left to the wedding and we had very little signed up and booked by that point. We came across Gab by chance through a florist we found independently and what a blessing that was. Our first conversation was such a relief – she clearly knew her stuff and more than anything, she had the best attitude towards what we all anticipated would be a grueling 2 months. A couple days later I remember we had a long text conversation just getting to know each other and I knew I was in good hands. Gab is the kind of person who learns and understands her clients. She gets to know what your likes and dislikes are and takes a lot of pride in her work. It’s that kind of approach and attitude that shined and helped us through the remainder of the wedding planning process. And we had fun doing it – we had group messages where we’d share ideas and also just chat all day. Gab worked around the clock, reaching out to countless vendors for us and connecting us with her very best people, helping us design every last detail, and reassuring us that we were in good hands and everything would be okay. I also can’t over emphasize just how much work it was – she basically planned an entire wedding within two months and we’re continuing to get amazing reviews from our friends and family saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. On the day of as well, she and her team (thank you Paige and Ashley!) were all over everything. Our venue had tight guidelines and as part of that there was extremely little time for set up and break down – but they got it done and did it beautifully. The Wedding Connection team was balancing helping the wedding party with steaming, photos, making sure we were hydrated and happy, while sprinting through set up downstairs. To this day I still don’t know how they did it. They’re a fantastic group of extremely talented and driven women and they’re also the kind of people you will not want to let go of once your wedding is over! -

If you are going to use a wedding planner or a wedding coordinator for the day of, I couldn't recommend The Wedding Connection enough. Gabrielle is not only incredibly responsive, she is on top of everything to make sure she assigns the right person for you on your day. I needed a wedding coordinator just to help me during my big day and Paige from the TWC team was INCREDIBLE. My guests the next day were raving about how on top of every single detail she was, going above and beyond was she was contracted to do the day of. She coordinated everything throughout the day, from managing everyone at the church, delegating everyone's to do's from our musical director to our flowerboy, setting up the venue with flower arrangements, candles and all decor + helping during photo session with our photographer. Paige managed not only my expectations but went above and beyond during my day. My husband was opposed to getting a planner at all, and the day of he was really happy we both had Paige to lean on. They are truly the best team out there and I feel very lucky to have found them. Five stars doesn't measure how emotionally supportive this team is. Best decision we made. -

If you are going to have one takeaway from my review, PLEASE listen to me when I say The Wedding Connection was the BEST thing to happen to me for my wedding. I actually won a free day of coordinator through their instagram contest and was immediately welcomed by Gab. I met with Gab a few times over the phone in the beginning to catch her up about my wedding plans and about 3 months prior to my wedding she introduced me to Jess and Jackie, who would be my 2 day of coordinators. After that, I had a groupchat with the 3 of them that we would text almost daily, we also would facetime to go over all the details and they created a detailed timeline for my day. They also reached out to all my vendors on my behalf the week of the wedding to make sure everything was confirmed and in place. When there was a delay with my signage the week of the wedding, Gab volunteered to pick it up for me and bring it to my venue because I didn’t have the time to. Jess and Jackie are complete angels and were life savers on the day of my wedding. For reference, I am a type A bride, planned everything out, am extremely organized and didn’t think I would need a day of coordinator, but was lucky enough to win them because let me tell you… YOU NEED ONE. Jess and Jackie showed up for my day while we were getting ready at the hotel and immediately took control of everything. You don’t realize how many silly things will happen the day of that you don’t account for or don’t realize will take time and attention. For example, when all 8 groomsmen, plus 2 dads and the Groom were tasked with folding their pocket squares, Jess and Jackie were there to do it (which also included cutting a napkin to make a makeshift pocket square because one was forgotten). They took control of being the liaison with all my vendors that day, like making sure the photographers got every shot on my photo shot list and knew all the important family members by name and made sure our bridal party was always ready and in the right place at the right time. They were basically my bodyguard throughout my wedding and made sure we were running on time and that everything I had told them in advance that I wanted to do, was getting done and that everything was in the right place. There were seriously so many moments that I said to myself that day, “Thank god I have Jess and Jackie.” I would have been so much more stressed and overwhelmed that day if I didn’t have them and I can’t thank them enough for putting their heart and souls into my wedding day. -

Hire Gab! I can’t say that enough times. Gab and I connected from the very beginning. As I began the process of looking for a wedding planner, I interviewed 10+ individuals and Gab made the best first impression from the very beginning. I immediately connected with her, and knew that she understood me and my vision. I ended up picking Gab to be my wedding planner and it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!
I got married at Westbury Manor on Long Island. My husband was born and raised on Long Island. I was originally from Vancouver, Canada and moved to Los Angeles. I had no connections to Long Island, and had no idea where to start when it came to planning an out of state wedding and had no clue on what vendors to choose. That is where Gab entered and took over! Gab picked the most amazing vendors for me, from the photographer to the live band to the videographer to the florals. She picked the most incredible vendors that brought my vision to life.
As I was having an out of state wedding and the reality that all of my wedding guests would be traveling out of state and in some cases even out of the country, Gab took care of it all from handling the wedding block to the Airbnb recommendations! Gab made sure that all of my guests arrived safely and were comfortable for the duration of their stay. She also ensured that I secured a location for my Welcome Dinner/Rehearsal Dinner and that my guests left fed and happy at our Going Away Breakfast the morning after the wedding.
Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the wedding and overall wedding weekend was!
Gab thought of every detail big and small! The small, special details are so important to me as I truly believe that’s what makes a wedding and she made sure to deliver. She brought things up that I didn’t even think of or contemplate. Gab was integral to making my wedding day not only beautiful but making sure it was seamless!
Not only was Gab my wedding planner, but we also developed a close friendship and still stay in touch to this day. Hiring Gabrielle and The Wedding Connection team was the single best thing we did throughout our wedding planning process. Gabrielle was professional and detail oriented and she went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. She had our back throughout the entire process and protected us from any potential issues that arose with vendors that we had booked before hiring her. She was always available to us and we looked forward to every call with her. We appreciated her calm demeanor leading up to the big day and were impressed by her ability to effectively communicate any last second changes/requests to our venue and vendors. On the day of our wedding she and her team quickly adapted when the weather necessitated some changes in our schedule and she competently handled a complex load in with our band across two separate event spaces. She was so much fun to work with and we cannot recommend her more.

Like planning your wedding with a best friend!
I am unbelievably thankful and grateful for Gab and her team for planning an incredible wedding! She goes above and beyond! Things that stood out when working with Gab:
1) PERSONABLE - she really got to know me, my fiancé and my mom to understand our vision and what we wanted for our big day. She just got it! She made it feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend! She was very easy to communicate with, was always available, and was dedicated to us in a way that I don’t think you can find with other planners.
2) DILIGENT & HARD WORKING - She combed through every detail for the day and was on top of any hiccups that came up, allowing me to stay calm. For example, there was an issue with our band signing a contract with our venue, and she immediately contacted colleagues for insight, got a backup band just in case things fell through, AND quickly resolved the issue in a day, meaning we were able to keep our favorite band! It was reassuring that if anything didn’t go as planned, she would take care of it and have a backup plan just in case. She also advocated to lower prices we were quoted. For example, she helped us find the stage we wanted at a discount by going directly to the vendor (vs getting it through the band).
3) GREAT TASTE - My style was simple, classy, and not ‘over-the-top’ and Gabby completely understood. She made sure all vendors understood our vision and handled majority of the design.
4) GREAT LISTENER - She listened to our opinions and what we wanted and, when asked, also helped us make decisions by giving her perspective and insight from working in the industry. Instead of being a cookie cutter wedding, she made it feel personalized and incorporated our requests!
5) COMPREHENSIVE - Gab went above and beyond with every single detail. She helped us come up with unique experiences for our guests and took care of stressful tasks!
- My fiancé is British and she located a British phone booth for After The Tone and the Brits thought it was real!
- She also helped us find an illustrator who drew portraits of our guests as a souvenir, which was truly a unique experience!
- She helped us find a local babysitter for a guest with a newborn (incredible!)
- She gave me great suggestions for hotels for our mini moon in the Hamptons/Shelter Island
- She helped find a tailor when my first tailor didn’t do a good job. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and Gab even picked up my dress for me when it was done!
- Gab came to our welcome party to pick up items for the wedding (saving me a drive to our venue) and went through the rehearsal with our bridal party.
Thanks to Gab and her team, we had a seamless and incredible wedding day! On the day, I didn’t have to think about any of the details, she took care of everything.

Where do I even begin! I contacted Gab a month after getting engaged because I knew I needed support with wedding planning since I work two different jobs. My wedding is in October of 2023 & the planning has been stressful but Gab has helped that so much. I hired Gabby as a wedding planner and a DOC she was absolutely everything I needed before I even knew I needed it. She exceeded all my expectations and more. For planning the wedding I had just started a new job and had very little free time especially during business hours. She did all of my research, countless phone calls and was always available to talk to me and give me her honest opinion. For DOC I had a backyard wedding that she helped build from the ground up and she was on top of everything, making sure all vendors were present, sticking to the timeline and always making sure I had everything I needed. There was not a time during the day where I needed something and she wasn’t there in almost an instant to help me with whatever it is I needed. She handled everything and made sure none of it fell on me so that I could have the most perfect day. We owe our perfect day to Gabby!
