My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Show and I cannot rave enough about how incredible this venue, the managers, and the staff all are! While on our initial walkthrough, we knew almost immediately this was the venue for us. There isn't a single space that isn't gorgeous from the main ballroom to the bar to the bridal suite to even the bathrooms.

The stunning architecture, details, and decor all speak for themselves, but the manager Lisa really sold us. She was just as invested in our vision as we were and was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. No idea ours was too big of an ask and she made us feel so accommodated. Sara, another event manager at The Show who we met closer to our big day, was also wonderful! They both worked so well with all of our vendors too which made the day go seamlessly.

Beyond that, the entire staff was awesome! We didn't spend a lot of time at the bar during the reception, but we heard from so many guests about how friendly the bartenders were and how fast they made every drink -- and the bar has a very expansion selection no less!

I simply can't find a negative thing to say about this space and it was an absolute dream to host such a significant event there. It made the day even more memorable than we could have imagined!

The very first venue I wanted to tour was The Show at Shea’s Seneca, which was in the process of renovations and improvements and I was so excited to see it up close and personal. I sent a message and crossed my fingers that I would hear back soon. Where some other venues had taken many days to respond, The Show responded quickly and within a couple of hours we had our first venue tour.

Reader, we walked into the space and immediately knew that tours of other venues were not necessary.

From the second we walked in, Lisa made every step of planning and executing our wedding a dream. When we arrived, she led us through with a lens pointed toward the historic significance of the venue. My wife and I both share a deep love of movies (our wedding was heavily Romantic Comedy themed), so we were very drawn to this former “Movie Palace.”

There is no way to truly, accurately capture how hard Lisa worked to make our dreams come true.
She made every step as easy as possible, from booking our date to choosing our vendors. She prepared with a list of vendors to suggest, but also made it easy for us to use our own selections. On the day of, she even offered her own phone to play our playlist when my phone wasn’t compatible with the venue’s sound system!
Lisa made our day the most magical day of our lives, and we could not be more grateful to the team at The Show at Shea’s Seneca. Our friends and family still rave about how beautiful the venue was and how lovely all of the event staff were. We feel so incredibly blessed to have celebrated our wedding day in a venue full of so much history and beauty.
