We hired the party affair for a day of coordination and absolutely would recommend. She made the entire process so smooth. Day of the wedding was perfect and we had complete trust.

Donna was the most important person involved with planning and executing our wedding and the best money we spent on the whole thing. She recommended all of our wonderful vendors, she walked us through the entire process and she made the day go off without a hitch. She was the single reason that I was never stressed throughout the wedding planning process, and by the end I felt like she was part of my family. If you do one thing for your wedding... HIRE DONNA!

Donna and her staff were Awesome!! She made everything so easy and I never worried that things were going to get done! She has years of knowledge of wedding planning and it showed!! She has many supplies to provide for the reception which made it so much easier for us and everything looked absolutely beautiful! As the mother of the bride, I was in constant contact with Donna and she never failed to answer any of my questions! She made the day of the wedding so easy and nice for me that I could just be with my daughter all day and show up to the wedding and everything from beginning to end was done, so great and so smooth! Donna Solbrig was our Wedding Planner for my daughter's wedding at La Bonne Vie Ranch. We could not have had a more beautiful and memorable event. Donna really shines as the coordinator on the big day, and we were able to relax and celebrate. We rented napkins, farm tables and a loveseat for the head tables from Donna (The Party Affair). Donna supported us when we decided to go with something other than the traditional chargers for our place setting at the reception and the results were gorgeous!

Donna was amazing to work with. We had so many changes throughout the week of the wedding due to weather and she handled everything like a true professionalism. She offered her advice, what she would do, and provided the services within our budget. I couldn't recommend her more if I tried. She made the weekend so easy with drop off and pick up and took care of everything we asked her to. Book with Donna, but hurry because she is popular!!

Donna is the BEST!! If you are looking for a planner, look no further. I am a type-A, everything has to be just so person, and Donna put our wedding together so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She's the best combo of professional and fun, and I am so lucky to have had her plan our big day. She's highly organized & will take care of everything behind the scenes. If you want to be hands on, she will work with you. If you want her to run with things, she will do that too. Her experience in planning is so valuable because she has really "seen it all," knows what to do in any situation that may arise, and has great relationships with vendors in the area. I really was impressed & I can't say enough about how grateful I am for her job well done!!

Where do I even start with Donna and The Party Affair?!! Donna went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely magical!!!! She was always available for a text, email, phone call with any questions or concerns - no matter how small!!! She worked her tail off for us with every detail, planning, coordinating, vendors, venue, everything!! She was a life saver, she helped provide everything I wanted and needed just the way I asked! She helped bustle my dress and keep everything flowing. Our pastor had car trouble and showed up late to our wedding and she made it to where people weren’t worried about it, everyone was having fun.. and after the ceremony she made up time so we were back on track to have a night we will never forget!!!! She was a dream coordinator!!!! We HIGHLY recommend her, it was the best decision we made while planning our wedding! She is the most reasonably priced coordinator out there with the BEST talent and personality! We are so grateful for her!!!

Wow - I truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Party Affair. Donna was our fairy godmother throughout the entire process. I started planning my wedding while still living in Texas, then finished it from out of state. Despite being so far away, I 100% trusted her with everything. She was our constant source of insight for wedding planning in town and helped us figure out logistical items that we didn't even think of. She went above and beyond for our wedding, handling each and every bump that we encountered. She was always on our side, advocating for us to make our wedding perfect.

Donna is a truly fantastic person and will make your wedding infinitely better! She organizes, decorates, sets up your tables, provides rentals, and the list goes on. She does it all! Her awesome relationship with other vendors in town (MOC catering, The Flower Pail) were such a plus as well. But above all, she is a warm and kind person who makes you feel like family. Our wedding was the best day of my life - I thank Donna for that!
