  The Party Affair and Donna are AMAZING!

  Donna was the most important person involved with planning and executing our wedding and the best money we spent on the whole thing. She recommended all of our wonderful vendors, she walked us through the entire process and she made the day go off without a hitch. She was the single reason that I was never stressed throughout the wedding planning process, and by the end I felt like she was part of my family. If you do one thing for your wedding... HIRE DONNA!

  Wonderful Experience

  We hired the party affair for a day of coordination and absolutely would recommend. She made the entire process so smooth. Day of the wedding was perfect and we had complete trust.

  Highly Recommend Donna!!!

  Donna and her staff were Awesome!! She made everything so easy and I never worried that things were going to get done! She has years of knowledge of wedding planning and it showed!! She has many supplies to provide for the reception which made it so much easier for us and everything looked absolutely beautiful! As the mother of the bride, I was in constant contact with Donna and she never failed to answer any of my questions! She made the day of the wedding so easy and nice for me that I could just be with my daughter all day and show up to the wedding and everything from beginning to end was done, so great and so smooth! We would highly recommend Donna as your wedding coordinator!! Worth Every Penny!!!

  Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire!

  Donna Solbrig was our Wedding Planner for my daughter's wedding at La Bonne Vie Ranch. We could not have had a more beautiful and memorable event. Donna really shines as the coordinator on the big day, and we were able to relax and celebrate. We rented napkins, farm tables and a loveseat for the head tables from Donna (The Party Affair). Donna supported us when we decided to go with something other than the traditional chargers for our place setting at the reception and the results were gorgeous!

  Kind, Affordable, and Responsive!

  Donna was amazing to work with. We had so many changes throughout the week of the wedding due to weather and she handled everything like a true professionalism. She offered her advice, what she would do, and provided the services within our budget. I couldn't recommend her more if I tried. She made the weekend so easy with drop off and pick up and took care of everything we asked her to. Book with Donna, but hurry because she is popular!!

  Organized and Pleasant to work with!

  Donna and her team at Party Affair are a wonderful team to work with. She had been out to our venue to plan several weddings. She is very organized and creative in what she does! Donna is super dependable and one of easiest persons to work with. She has many years of experience tucked under her belt and it shows! Anyone can tell she enjoys serving others. Keep up the good work!

  Where do I even start with Donna and The Party Affair?!! Donna went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely magical!!!! She was always available for a text, email, phone call with any questions or concerns - no matter how small!!! She worked her tail off for us with every detail, planning, coordinating, vendors, venue, everything!! She was a life saver, she helped provide everything I wanted and needed just the way I asked! She helped bustle my dress and keep everything flowing. Our pastor had car trouble and showed up late to our wedding and she made it to where people weren’t worried about it, everyone was having fun.. and after the ceremony she made up time so we were back on track to have a night we will never forget!!!! She was a dream coordinator!!!! We HIGHLY recommend her, it was the best decision we made while planning our wedding! She is the most reasonably priced coordinator out there with the BEST talent and personality! We are so grateful for her!!!

  Our fairy godmother!

  Wow - I truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Party Affair. Donna was our fairy godmother throughout the entire process. I started planning my wedding while still living in Texas, then finished it from out of state. Despite being so far away, I 100% trusted her with everything. She was our constant source of insight for wedding planning in town and helped us figure out logistical items that we didn't even think of. She went above and beyond for our wedding, handling each and every bump that we encountered. She was always on our side, advocating for us to make our wedding perfect.
  
  Donna is a truly fantastic person and will make your wedding infinitely better! She organizes, decorates, sets up your tables, provides rentals, and the list goes on. She does it all! Her awesome relationship with other vendors in town (MOC catering, The Flower Pail) were such a plus as well. But above all, she is a warm and kind person who makes you feel like family. Our wedding was the best day of my life - I thank Donna for that!

I am a type-A, everything has to be just so person, and Donna put our wedding together so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She's the best combo of professional and fun, and I am so lucky to have had her plan our big day. She's highly organized & will take care of everything behind the scenes. If you want to be hands on, she will work with you. If you want her to run with things, she will do that too. Her experience in planning is so valuable because she has really "seen it all," knows what to do in any situation that may arise, and has great relationships with vendors in the area. I really was impressed & I can't say enough about how grateful I am for her job well done!!

  Wonderful!

  Donna was so great to have to help with our wedding. The day of I didn't have to worry about anything. She had helpers and they all handled everything, and it all went great! We got so many compliments on our wedding! She was also a great resource for questions and to help with the timeline and set up! She met with us multiple times to ensure we had everything figured out.

Donna was so great to work with and is so kind, professional, and an excellent communicator. I live in Houston and Donna was such a huge help with planning the details and was flexible in scheduling meetings when I made trips to Fredericksburg. She made sure every detail was covered from coordinating with other vendors, adding personal touches to the reception décor, and making sure the evening ran smoothly and on schedule. I would highly recommend Donna and her staff for your Hill Country Wedding.

  We got married in Fredericksburg, TX in but live in Brooklyn, NY. We hired Donna at The Party Affair to help us with some day of coordination as well as for a few rentals (linens, ceremony chairs, wine barrels, etc) for our day. She worked with us to give us a custom package to fit our budget and needs. I'm a super Type A bride and like to do most stuff myself, so I really just needed some help with handling a few things from afar and for some help during the wedding weekend itself. Donna was super flexible with what I wanted and needed and stepped in wherever we asked her to. She brought years and years of expertise to the table to help us work through flow of the day and our ceremony but was totally cool to go with what we wanted when we wanted to do something a little more unique. We really couldn't have done this without Donna!

  We got married in Fredericksburg, TX in but live in Brooklyn, NY. We hired Donna at The Party Affair to help us with some day of coordination as well as for a few rentals (linens, ceremony chairs, wine barrels, etc) for our day. She worked with us to give us a custom package to fit our budget and needs.
