Wow! I don’t believe there is a word to describe how outstandingly incredible Amanda and her team were for my wedding. I hired her for the full service and it was without a doubt one of the best best decisions I have ever made. From day 1 she was readily available to speak with either via text, call or in person meeting to review ideas, items, vendors anything needed for my wedding. The day of my wedding leading up-to my ceremony was one of the most relaxing (yes I said relaxing) days, even the hair and makeup artist agreed. Every detail was perfect, every situation handled with ease, every guest taken care of and spoken to in a way that made them feel welcome. Everything was PERFECT there is not one single thing I would have changed if I wanted to and I am a perfectionist. She is without a doubt the true MVP for what I believe to be one of the most EPIC days of mine and my husbands life and most likely a lot of my guest.

From the very first conversation, I knew Amanda was someone special. I was initially drawn to her from her stunning work online, but it was our first phone call that truly sold me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and immediately felt like someone I could genuinely connect with. By the end of that call—after realizing we both had French bulldogs—it honestly felt like she was meant to be our wedding planner.

She was always there—whether it was grabbing coffee or dinner to talk through details, or answering my (many) texts and calls, even when I insisted nothing was urgent. Along the way, she became so much more than our planner—she became someone I genuinely loved having in my life and consider a true friend.

Our wedding day was absolutely seamless, and that is entirely thanks to Amanda and the incredible team of vendors she brought together. She has impeccable taste and an amazing ability to guide you when you feel unsure, making every decision feel easy and intentional.

We hired Amanda from Olive Tree Weddings as our month of coordinator, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. From the start, she was organized, thoughtful, and thorough. She asked all the right questions and made sure she understood exactly what my daughter wanted. It wasn’t just about the big picture, but also all the tiny details. My daughter had a very specific vision for her wedding, and the day really was her dream come true. Actually, the day was even better than she had dreamed!

First off, Amanda ran the rehearsal like clockwork. She made sure every person in the processional knew exactly when and where to walk, and she helped time it all down to the second to match the music cues just like my daughter had envisioned. This wasn’t a small thing because it meant working closely with the sound tech to make sure he had the correct cues and with the wedding party to make sure that they walked slowly enough and to the correct spot in the venue. By the end of the rehearsal, my daughter knew that what she had pictured in her head was actually going to happen.

On the big day, Amanda handled the timeline, vendors, deliveries, setup, and decor with calm professionalism. Because she was involved early in the planning process, she was able to guide us through decisions that might have gone poorly without her input. I really credit her with how smoothly the day ran.

And I mean smoothly... like untypically smooth. Everyone says to expect at least one or two hiccups on a wedding day, but there really weren’t any. OK, one groomsman lost his pants, and the toddler flower girls decided halfway down the aisle they’d rather turn around and go back. But those things ended up being funny, sweet moments, not problems. And honestly, if we had asked Amanda to go find a backup-pair of groomsmen pants, she probably would have (we easily got them ourselves).

She was also already familiar with our venue, Hotel Haya, and with many of our other vendors, which made everything easier. One moment that really stood out was when the table setting décor. My daughter had made photo cards of herself and the groom with each guest which were supposed to go at the dinner tables where each person was seated. Some vendors were concerned those photos would get in the way of food or other table decor. Amanda asked me whether we wanted to stick with the plan. We did, and then she made it happen. I don’t know how she worked it out with the other vendors, and I didn’t have to know. That was a huge gift. My daughter would have been heartbroken if those photos had not been out, and Amanda quietly made sure that heartbreak didn’t happen.

She wasn’t just managing logistics. She was also an advocate. She knew what my daughter wanted and made sure it was honored. Because of her, I didn’t spend the day answering questions or fixing things. I just got to be there, enjoy it, and smile for photos.

If you are on the fence about hiring Olive Tree, let me just say this: do it. Amanda is more than worth it. And if you think you can’t afford it, I would honestly recommend cutting your guest list before skipping out on hiring her. Let Amanda do what she does best so you and your family can actually enjoy the day you have worked so hard to plan.

I might be biased because my wife works with Amanda. However, I couldn't imagine leaving our wedding in the hands of anyone else. Our day simply would’ve been impossible without her working behind the scenes. From knowing a specific flower wasn't supposed to be in our floral arrangements, to lighting the 200 candles we provided. Amanda strives for nothing less than perfect. Kinsey & I were truly able to let ourselves enjoy every aspect of our wedding day because of her. The day was everything we could ever dream of. There is no one I know (besides my wife) that pays as close of attention to the small details and making sure that everything is in place quite like Amanda does. We will always be thankful for the role she played on our wedding day, it would not be the same without her.

Amanda was absolutely incredible. I had an intimate backyard wedding with around 120 guests and Amanda assisted with month of coordination. Not a single detail went unnoticed and on my special day I was truly stress-free. She works together with the vendors beautifully and creates a seamless special day. Amanda offers the added benefit of month-of coordination, which lets you get comfortable with each other and finalize all the planning details. The final month can be the hardest— but she coordinated with the venue and vendors, and formalized a timeline for the day which helped everything run smoothly.
