He just came so prepared and the setup was so great. He provided such a fun vibe for the wedding and had everyone on the dance floor all night. I loved working with Trey and recommend him to all my wedding planning clients.

Trey is amazing to work with & also great to plan with. He really understood our music taste/vibe from the get-go! We had a lot of different styles to incorporate during the reception and Trey made it flow so seamlessly and was able to make changes on the fly to accommodate some of the older folks to get them out on the dance floor. Heck, at one point, I even saw Trey get out on the dance floor when some of our guests were having trouble line dancing!! He helped steer everyone in the right direction for sure, and I really appreciated that. Not only a great DJ, but a great MC as well..helped with last minute announcements like letting everyone know to help themselves to dessert. All my guests had the time of their lives on the dance floor, and really had great things to say about Trey! Trey is one of the best/easiest vendors we got to work with during our wedding process & made it stress free. On top of all of that, we had some crazy winter weather that hit Austin hard the week of my wedding, and Trey came through for us despite the freezing weather & slick roads the day-of. Very reliable! My husband and I were married at Kindred Oaks on 12/18/21, and The Music Coordinator was a preferred vendor on their list. As as soon as we met him, we knew that Trey was absolutely the right pick for our wedding! We love dancing at weddings and wanted to make sure we had someone who could read the crowd and move to the next song if the dancing was slowing down. Our dance floor was full for the entire reception! We had multiple guests and other vendors come up to us throughout the night to comment on how incredible Trey was. Beyond that, he’s a fantastic emcee and made sure that everyone knew when the next event was coming up (toasts, cake cutting, dances, etc) so no one missed the big moments. Prior to the wedding, we had a great planning call with Trey where he walked us through a very detailed and organized sheet to make sure he had all the information he needed. We gave him a Spotify playlist and he ran with it to perfection. You can either do that or talk with him about your music preferences and let him curate the playlist. We loved his flexibility. His calm demeanor coupled with the prep call gave us full confidence that the DJ was one less thing to worry about! Look no further — you’ve found your DJ!

Loved working with Trey! He threaded a difficult needle of meshing our musical style with classics our family would love. He got a small wedding of people of dancing-hesitant people up and moving. He was extremely on top if all communication leading up to our day. I feel like we asked for a lot of very specific things from a DJ and Trey rose to occasion!

We recently celebrated our wedding in Austin, TX and hired The Music Coordinator as our DJ-Entertainment. Trey served as our DJ, Emcee, and overall party-starter and we cannot imagine our day without his beats. HE KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK and went above and beyond all of our expectations to make sure all of our guests had a great time. You could tell he read the room and used his experience to figure out what the right next song to play was. One of our guests, who is getting married later this year, asked who we hired as our DJ so they could fly him in for their wedding. THAT is the impact of this entertainment service right there!

Trey made our wedding day so special!!! He was extremely organized and made sure to ask all the right questions leading up to the big day. Our guests raved about him!!! 10/10 recommend using him for your next event :)

Trey was amazing. He was super up beat, had a great personality, and made everything easy for us. He really did a great job with the music selection for how little we gave him to go off of. He was able to suggest songs to us and choose things that fit our music taste. He succeeded in getting people dancing, which was not an easy feat with my group. He transitioned songs great and was able to read the crowd. I was extremely happy with my wedding reception music!

Trey did such an incredible job! He made the whole planning process so easy. He was very quick to respond to emails and extremely professional during our phone meeting. I even asked him questions outside of music that he was able to help us with.

At the reception, Trey remained upbeat and the guests LOVED him. He did a wonderful job of keeping things moving and avoiding any awkward silences in between toasts. At the end of our wedding, our limo was lost to the venue to pick us up. Our last song ended up not being out last song, but Trey kept the party going. He joked with all of us and managed to keep the guests going for several more dance songs while our wedding planner tried to figure out plan B. I truly do not know how he was able to do that because we had to move to a tiny space for the dance floor (due to weather) and everyone was getting extremely hot and tired. His energy was infectious all night! We so appreciate how flexible he was the entire night.

We are SO beyond happy we went with him. I could not say enough good things about him! Snap him up quick for your event!
