Trey is amazing to work with & also great to plan with. He really understood our music taste/vibe from the get-go! We had a lot of different styles to incorporate during the reception and Trey made it flow so seamlessly and was able to make changes on the fly to accommodate some of the older folks to get them out on the dance floor. Heck, at one point, I even saw Trey get out on the dance floor when some of our guests were having trouble line dancing!! He helped steer everyone in the right direction for sure, and I really appreciated that. Not only a great DJ, but a great MC as well..helped with last minute announcements like letting everyone know to help themselves to dessert. All my guests had the time of their lives on the dance floor, and really had great things to say about Trey! Trey is one of the best/easiest vendors we got to work with during our wedding process & made it stress free. On top of all of that, we had some crazy winter weather that hit Austin hard the week of my wedding, and Trey came through for us despite the freezing weather & slick roads the day-of. Very reliable! Thank you Trey! -

We recently celebrated our wedding in Austin, TX and hired The Music Coordinator as our DJ-Entertainment. Trey served as our DJ, Emcee, and overall party-starter and we cannot imagine our day without his beats. HE KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK and went above and beyond all of our expectations to make sure all of our guests had a great time. You could tell he read the room and used his experience to figure out what the right next song to play was. One of our guests, who is getting married later this year, asked who we hired as our DJ so they could fly him in for their wedding. THAT is the impact of this entertainment service right there!
Thanks again, Trey (The Music Coordinator) for helping us rock out on our big day! It was perfect. Honestly, if you haven't hired TMC yet, what are you waiting for?! Can't go wrong.

Trey did such an incredible job! He made the whole planning process so easy. He was very quick to respond to emails and extremely professional during our phone meeting. I even asked him questions outside of music that he was able to help us with.
At the reception, Trey remained upbeat and the guests LOVED him. He did a wonderful job of keeping things moving and avoiding any awkward silences in between toasts. At the end of our wedding, our limo was lost to the venue to pick us up. Our last song ended up not being out last song, but Trey kept the party going. He joked with all of us and managed to keep the guests going for several more dance songs while our wedding planner tried to figure out plan B. I truly do not know how he was able to do that because we had to move to a tiny space for the dance floor (due to weather) and everyone was getting extremely hot and tired. His energy was infectious all night! We so appreciate how flexible he was the entire night.
We are SO beyond happy we went with him. I could not say enough good things about him! Snap him up quick for your event! -

Trey was an incredible DJ for our wedding. He truly exceeded our expectations, and made it as stress free as possible for us. He helped us plan each and every detail for the ceremony, entrance, first dances and money dances, and even graciously hosted the speeches. I would highly recommend Trey to anyone! -

Trey DJ'd at our wedding back on Nov. 2nd, 2019, and did an amazing job!! He helped select our playlists for cocktail, dinner, reception, etc. and was right in line with our thoughts! He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the wedding, even with things outside of his scope. It was great that he sent reminders too for action items for us. He even lent his tie to one of my groomsmen who forgot his!! Great guy too to round it all out. Thanks Trey!! -

We had Trey DJ our wedding last weekend and he was outstanding! We had three areas that needed audio and Trey didn't skip a beat between them. Trey worked with us to incorporate our own Spotify playlists across the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. He is very professional and had a Google doc to collaborate and get all the details right. I wish more vendors did this!
THE BEST PART was how he kept our guests dancing THE ENTIRE NIGHT. They didn't quit. It was crazy! I've never been to a wedding where everyone danced the ENTIRE time. All my wife wanted was to dance all night long, and she got her wish. Thanks for an incredible night, Trey! -

Trey was a phenomenal DJ, and he worked with us to craft a fantastic wedding playlist.
We hired Trey to do our pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail, and reception music, and he did a fantastic job. We had a unique challenge of blending classic American favorites with Greek dancing classics, and Trey NAILED IT. Never in my life have I seen so much dancing at a wedding. Everyone loved Trey's DJ'ing. He was extremely professional and all of the vendors loved working with him. We could not be happier with our choice. -

We hired Trey for our wedding and are so happy we did! He is not just a DJ - he truly is The Music Coordinator! Trey made the process leading up to the wedding easy, helping us pick our music and guiding us through the schedule of events. He came to our rehearsal to set-up and was so professional and helpful with his suggestions for the big day. It was at the wedding, though, that I was most thankful for him. The weather that day sent parts of our schedule right out of the window, but Trey was flexible and extremely helpful in keeping the day moving forward. Needless to say, I was a little frazzled but he kept calm and worked with us to make the day extra special! We couldn't be happier we hired The Music Coordinator! -

Trey was such an incredible DJ for our wedding! We 100% recommend him. The DJ plays such a huge part in the "fun factor" of a wedding and he definitely did not dissapoint. Trey is definitely more than a DJ. He helped us with our timeline, with our song list and emceed our wedding. Originally, we were going to have three different areas during the night of the wedding - ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Trey made sure he had all the equipment necessary to make sure there was music at every part of the night. At our rehearsal, we switched things around so the cocktail hour was next to the ceremony area. Trey was awesome with the last-minute change. He even came to our rehearsal to make sure everything would be covered! So professional and an all-around nice guy! Thank you, Trey!! -

Trey, The Music Coordinator, was an outstanding person to work with for our wedding! He offered us more than just rehearsal music, he consulted with us about our style preferences, reached out to our vendors to make sure others knew him and would collaborate well, and he catered to our special requests for announcements. Trey was also flexible last minute when we needed to add a music system to our ceremony space. Our wedding reception was fun and entertaining, we absolutely loved it. Much more than a DJ
Trey is the only one I wanted to DJ our wedding however, due to the location I thought he wasn’t an option. I was SO happy to find out he travels for events!
We were in touch several times leading up to the wedding via FaceTime, phone calls, and email as Trey planned out the music and timeline for our wedding. Offering suggestions and giving me advice that I needed along the way.
He even worked with my wedding planner and photographer to coordinate a seamless timeline.
The music was perfect at the ceremony and throughout the reception! We had so much fun dancing with our guests, we didn’t want the night to end! -

Trey had been our DJ for our wedding reception a month ago.
I work in the event/wedding industry and so does my husband, so we have had many experiences working with wedding vendors.
Trey, hands down, is a really great DJ. Our guests were mostly 65 and older, with a few handful of younger guests. But he played the songs I requested for (beforehand), and really understood the vibe. He was truly so accommodating (especially since my husband and I are from Chicago trying to plan our wedding in Texas can get a little crazy) and thorough. His DJ setup looked really great. I definitely recommend him :) -

Trey is a wonderful DJ who went above and beyond to make our event special. Trey is very well organized and worked very closely with the wedding planner to ensure the script for the wedding ran smoothly. Not only was he an outstanding DJ but you can really tell he cares and wants to make your event the best it can be. My wife and I Highly recommend Trey to anyone else out there looking for a DJ.
