I heard about DJ Will through another friend of mine who got married a few months before, and had a lot of good things to say about him! So it’s not just me who has a plethora of positives to talk about.

DJ Will was extremely professional and detail oriented, and everything went perfectly at our wedding! He laid everything out very clearly in terms of pre-wedding planning, and even threw in up lights for the reception hall which were a really nice touch. We also had an extremely productive pre-wedding planning call, where we were able to flesh out many small details (which make all the difference at an event like a wedding) and figure out logistics together. He even made sure to find a way to accommodate his audio setup for an acoustic guitar as well for a mid ceremony performance, and provided the correct jacks/connections for that.

On the day of the wedding, he showed up early, worked really well with our coordinator, and was flexible enough to make day of changes to the set, and transition looped our music really smoothly when the processional went a few minutes longer than expected. His MC-ing was really good as well, and kept the energy flowing, and he also made sure to get everyone’s name pronunciations correct with more foreign names. Finally, he worked a really good set on the dance floor and took a ton of suggestions from us beforehand instead of just playing his own preferences. I was impressed by his ability to weave a lot of different genres (Kpop, Pop, Hip Hop, Country even) together to create an awesome energetic experience on the dance floor. He was also really good at reading the floor to know when to transition to the next song more quickly if necessary. He was also flexible enough to end his set early since we were tired, and even took a couple requests from me in the moment and worked them in seamlessly.

All in all I had an amazing time working with DJ Will; I never felt like he was unprepared for anything, didn’t have an ego whatsoever, and offered extremely competitive and reasonable rates for his services. I wouldn’t have had anyone else DJ our event! Truly cannot recommend him enough.
