The Mansion can accommodate up to 168 seated guests or 200 with serving stations for your reception in the beautiful Grand Salon. It boasts 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows bringing natural light for incredible photos. The Salon includes a fireplace, white oak wainscoting, ornate wood carvings and an adjacent private terrace. The Library offers an intimate feel, with its own fireplace, bright windows and historic details.

History
Renovated by architect George M. Allison as the Second Empire Structure, The Mansion on Delaware Avenue was originally a private residents built in 1869 and called The House of Light due to its many, many windows. The exterior of the building is registered with the Historical Society for the preservation of George Allison’s 19th century American Gothic Second Empire design.
