We can't say enough good things about The Hollins House. We had an incredible experience during the planning process for our wedding - Giselle and team are a well-oiled machine. They guided us through every detail with confidence, and on the day itself, we never once wondered if something would fall through, allowing us to be present during the wedding. One small example of the attention to detail from this venue - when the sun started to set, a staff member came over to ask me if I wanted a shawl. She handed me a beautiful white shawl that was honestly higher quality, warmer, and prettier than the one I had brought. 10/10 service!

The venue is stunning - our guests couldn't stop raving about the views. The layout allows for a nice flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner and dancing. The food was amazing as well, and it was really nice to have the food and beverage completely taken care of by the venue.

We had such an amazing experience having our wedding at the Hollins House. The event team was extremely responsive and helpful. We had not been to many weddings as guests before hosting our own, and so we were a little lost on all the many things that need to be done and planned for a wedding. However, the Hollins House event team made everything in their power as easy as it could possibly be. Apart from everything I just mentioned, the location is beautiful and truly one of a kind. We are so glad we got married here, and if we were to do it again, we would not pick any other venue but Hollins House.

We loved having our wedding at Hollins House! From the moment we toured it, we knew it was the place for us. Every angle of the property is stunning in pretty much every weather. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. The food is amazing, and the recommended vendors (DJ Nick & Photographer Ben Ingram) were the best.

Incredible service. All of our needs were met in such a professional and friendly manner. Planning our wedding with the Hollins House as our venue made the entire process a breeze. Not to mention it has a stunning view and lawn. Lovely people, lovely venue.

We couldn't be happier with choosing The Hollins House as our wedding venue! Bella and Giselle were phenomenal through out the entire planning process and made us feel calm throughout. The food was AMAZING. We had multiple guests tell us how it was the best dinner they have ever had. The venue itself is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. We can't wait to come back for a Thursday night dinner!

We had an exceptional experience with every aspect of planning our wedding with the Hollins House. The staff is experienced, responsive, flexible, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. They really make the entire experience fun and exciting. The venue speaks for itself, but the food and service match it step for step. One of the hardest elements of planning the wedding was choosing which of the incredible options on the tasting menu we wanted to select for our guests. I could go on, but ultimately the bottom line is that I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it.

Hollins House is a beautiful venue with great service. Giselle and her team were able to support during the day of and through out the planning process. They provide many things ex linens etc. which was important since we were from out of town. The food was very good, many guests have said it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. I went with family style. The salmon and short ribs were a hit. The view and overall space was beautiful, again my guests were very impressed and loved the venue as did myself and my husband. Our reception pretty much went without a hitch and I would 100% recommend Hollins house.

Dina's Deluxe Events (featured on the Knot and Wedding Wire too) recommends the Hollins House as a fabulous historical venue with beautiful trees, gardens, views and floor plans for your wedding or other celebration! 5 stars to this amazing venue with a beautiful view, romantic settings and wonderful staff! We booked this venue for our client's wedding reception and we loved planning and coordinating the event with Giselle, the venue coordinator. Giselle is proactive, professor and friendly! During the event setup we had all of the support of the team managed by Giselle. Bella, Giselle's assistant and the other staff were very friendly, energetic and hospitable. Our Event went flawless thanks to the team!

My husband and I got married at the Hollins House on August 19th, 2022 and had an amazing day. We had a great experience planning our wedding at the Hollins House, these were some of the things that stood out to us:

The team is incredibly, organized, genuine and thoughtful:
- Giselle was amazing to work with! Giselle was incredibly organized and took care of so many details both on the day and leading up to the event that allowed us to enjoy our day. Leading up to the day, Giselle put together a timeline for us, coordinated with our vendors and helped lead our rehearsal the day before. Having Giselle as our on site coordinator was a huge benefit to choosing Hollins House as it meant that we did not have to appoint anyone to help coordinate and our families could relax and enjoy the day.
- Everyone we interacted with at the Hollins House was incredibly attentive and thoughtful on the day. They took care of so many small details like carrying our plate from the buffet to our table or bringing us cocktails during cocktail hour so we could mingle with our guests
- One thing that really stood out to use about the Hollins House compared to other venues we interacted with was that there were no hidden costs. Small things like cake cutting fees that we saw at other venues were not charged at the Hollins House and the team was very upfront about all costs.

The food and wine was high quality:
- The quality of the food was amazing, we also liked that we could serve our guests a buffet so they were free to try multiple entrees.
A very fun part of the planning process was the menu testing - the Hollins House invites couples to a tasting where you get to sample all the food and wine your guests will be served and narrow down your options.

The venue it beautiful:
- The view at the Hollins House is truly breathtaking, it’s hard to appreciate without visiting the venue in person but you can see the ocean from the ceremony and reception locations. Our guests really enjoyed eating outside and the site gets a cool breeze so it’s not too hot. Several of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to.

We had the best experience holding our wedding at the Hollins House a few months ago. Giselle and the rest of the staff were amazing - so professional, incredibly organized, and helpful/supportive through all the steps of the planning process and on the day of. The venue itself is also beautiful and the food was top notch. We can't recommend the Hollins House enough for anyone else looking to hold a wedding there!
