Wedding Weekend in Grafton
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding weekend at the Grafton Inn. We fell in love with Grafton the first time we visited - the charm and beauty of the town, the historic Inn, and the fact that we could bring all of our favorite people together in one place. Somehow, the actual weekend exceeded everything we had imagined.
From the beginning, Roma, Olivia, and the entire Grafton team were incredible. Their patience, guidance, attention to detail, and genuine care made the planning process feel manageable and the wedding weekend itself completely seamless. Once we arrived, we were able to simply be present and enjoy it. We never felt like we needed to worry about what was happening behind the scenes, and our families felt equally taken care of. That peace of mind was one of the greatest gifts they could have given us.
One of the things that made Grafton so special was being able to create an entire weekend experience for our guests. Having so many friends and family staying right at the Inn and throughout the village meant no one needed to get in their car or worry about logistics. Guests could walk between events, explore town, spend time together between festivities, and truly settle in for the weekend. It created this wonderful feeling that the whole town was ours for a few days.
The venues and grounds were absolutely beautiful, the food throughout the weekend was incredible, and the staff could not have been warmer or more accommodating. We heard from so many guests afterward about how much they loved the food, exploring Grafton, staying on property, and interacting with the wonderful staff. It meant so much to us that our guests felt as welcomed and cared for as we did.

The Winter Wedding of Our Dreams
We accidentally found the Grafton while looking for some cheddar cheese after a weekend in Vermont where we hoped to find some wedding inspiration. Boy did we!
When we arrived it was late fall. There were colorful mums complimenting the rustic Phelps barn, amongst charming decor like string lights and lanterns that felt very inviting. We could tell the space had lots of stories of gatherings, love and laughter. It felt warm and charming. The perfect quintessential New England vibe. While the barn wasn’t open for lunch as we’d hoped, we were so impressed by the building and space. My now husband said “I wonder if they do weddings here.” It only took one email to Olivia and we knew we would marry at the Grafton.
The customer service is immeasurable. You will feel like the staff at the Grafton are your friends, because they are! Olivia and Roma were so thorough. They made my planning so much easier for me, which was really important as a mom of three. They kept me on track, were in contact with our vendors, made fantastic recommendations and were incredibly accommodating. Everyone is so friendly. We even met our Pastor who married us while having a drink after our tasting. Discovering the Grafton and everything to follow had a “meant to be” feeling.
Our wedding was gorgeous. The food was delicious! There were so many options and flavors. We had an incredible time selecting our menu. There was something for everyone. Something that really impressed me was all of the dietary accommodations as we have many in our group with restrictions.
Truly I can’t recommend this venue enough. If you visit the space you will understand what I mean! Every time you leave, you can’t wait to go back. It’s just so special.

Long Wedding Weekend!
We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding experience than what we had at the The Grafton Inn. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the beauty of the venue and the warmth of everyone on staff. We knew right away it was where we wanted to get married.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible support, organization, and care from our event coordinators, Roma and Olivia, throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless, enjoyable, and exciting.
Even when rain forced us to make the difficult last-minute decision to move our ceremony indoors, Roma and Olivia handled everything with such calmness and professionalism that the transition felt effortless. While it wasn’t what we originally envisioned, the indoor ceremony space was absolutely stunning and ended up feeling perfect for our day. Their experience and reassurance helped us stay present and enjoy every moment. We even got some amazing rain photos that we’ll treasure forever.
Roma and Olivia went above and beyond to make our wedding feel deeply personal, including accommodating meaningful touches like our unity tree ceremony. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt so supported the entire weekend.

Best day of our lives!
Making the decision to do our wedding at the Grafton Inn was easily one of the best decisions we could have made. Everything from the initial tour and booking to the day of was handled so perfectly by the venue, and Roma was such an absolute joy to work with throughout the whole process as our coordinator. The site was beautiful, and it was so special to have all our family and friends stay so close together for the full weekend. The staff were warm and welcoming the whole weekend, and the FOOD was also incredible! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations and we’re looking forward to continuing to visit the Grafton Inn for years to come to remember our special day.

The Most Perfect Day
We cannot say enough amazing things about our wonderful wedding weekend at the Grafton Inn! We stumbled upon the Grafton Inn while browsing venues online and were very impressed with their website and how quickly they responded to our email requesting more information on their packages. Once we spoke with Olivia and found out more about the venue we knew that this was the place that we wanted to get married. We had a small wedding in May and everyone at the Inn went above and beyond to make our day so special! Roma made sure that every detail was in place and that everything was seamless! Our guests had a lovely time and are still talking about how much fun they had and how great the service and food was. We are so thankful for everyone at the Inn and cannot wait to go back soon!

The best not so secret elopement in New England
We knew we wanted an elopement sized wedding. It's a second marriage for both of us. Our love for New England historic inns, privacy, small towns, intimate settings, good food, fireplaces, and outdoor opportunities, led us to a small list which included the Grafton Inn. This was the only historic inn who clearly understood the elopement assignment (they have a separate web page for elopements!) and the need to be flexible. The staff is very professional, personable, connected, and have extensive experience with elopements and events of all sizes. The staff spent the perfect amount of time getting to know us, and then made all the plans and connections to ensure the event went perfectly. We didn't do a ton of interviews to hire a photographer, flowers, or our officiant because the Inn's recommendations were all spot on. We added two rooms to our elopement for our children. They stayed in the same part of the hotel but far enough away for us to all have privacy. Our wedding was a noon wedding, so we had breakfast, changed, and then took photos before the ceremony. After the toast, we changed into something more comfortable, had a sandwich at the local market and took a walk. The children left and my new husband and I spent two more glorious days at the inn. It was a reverse send off making the time from bye to unwind, near zero.
Sometimes one gives a special thanks to one or two members of the team, but in this case, I can wholeheartedly endorse ALL of the staff, vendors, and town staff who helped make our elopement perfect. We loved it so much, we made reservations to spend our one year anniversary here.

DREAM WEDDING!!! A millions stars!!!
I honestly can't speak highly enough of this venue and all the staff that works there. Me and my husband decided to get married there in the Fall, October 4th 2025, because we wanted a beautiful little serene getaway that felt both peaceful and magical and the Grafton Inn is exactly that. I seriously can't express my gratitude enough for how amazing everything went that day, between the staff, the attention to detail, the thoughtful little details, and everything in between, it was seriously beyond perfect. My friends and family cannot stop talking about how amazing and beautiful that entire day was! Literally multiple people came up to me both during and after the wedding saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Every detail was thought of and executed by the amazing wedding team AKA Olvia and Roma, who took care of every detail and made sure I was extremely comfortable, cared after and happy! Another thing everyone kept noting is that it was the best wedding food anyone has ever tasted! I really can't praise this place enough, it was the best day of our lives and hands-down the best venue I could've ever possibly dreamed of. :)

Such a great wedding experience!
We had such a beautiful and magical wedding day and I don't think I have the words to express how much of a wonderful experience we had at the Grafton Inn. As soon as we visited the venue, we felt like it was meant to be. All of the spaces are beautiful, and we were lucky to be able to rent two of the houses so that we could get ready with our friends on the morning of the wedding. From the whole planning process to the actual day, we felt so supported and it honestly felt like we were planning this wedding with friends. Olivia and Roma were on top of everything, always offering the best advice and taking our needs to heart. They worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best day ever, and were helpful and kind. There is so much talent at the Grafton for events, as well as passion and joy for wedding planning. The whole team showcases an immense amount of enthusiasm for making sure that your big day is a special and joyful celebration. All of our guests came to us throughout the wedding and even months later and were blown away by the wedding experience. I wish we could relive our big day over and over again, but we were lucky to at least experience it once. The best decision we made was to get married at the Grafton Inn!
